Da bi se raspetljao splitski prometni čvor, ključno je izgaditi tunel od rotora Bilice do TTTS-a, a riječ je o samo dva kilometra, tvrdi inženjer građevinarstva Ivan Vulić.

Inženjer Vulić je ugledni stručnjak s velikim iskustvom u gradnji tunela, poput Svetog Roka, a uvjeren je da su oni jedini način da promet u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji profunkcionira kao švicarski sat. 

Tako, veli, više nitko neće moći ucjenjivati gradsku upravu i tražiti basnoslovne cifre za otkup privatnog zemljišta u sudskim sporovima koji traju desetljećima, a cijeli splitski prometni prsten besprijekorno će profunkcionirati bez ijednog jedinog zastoja čak i u najfrekventnijim danima u godini jer će se između Bilica i TTTS-a vozila kretati pod zemljom.

Splitska aglomeracija od Trogira do Omiša i Brača, odjednom će postati nerazdvojna cjelina, a realizacija gradnje novih prometnica i nastavak onih započetih, bit će kudikamo jeftinija jer se lobije koji zbog otkupa privatnih parcela i "dodavanja" lovom poreznih obveznika predlažu nelogična cestovna rješenja, matira jednim potezom: tunelom Bilice - TTTS.  

- Prometno čvorište TTTS je ključno, ono je glavno u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji, a da bi se stavilo u funkciju na pravi način, da bi bilo učinkovito sto posto, treba ga pravilno promišljati od tunela Vučevica na Kozjaku pa sve do Omiša.

Izvjesno je da će se uskoro realizirati Vučevica i to je prava stvar jer će nam put do Zagreba biti kraći 13 kilometara u jednom pravcu ili 26 u oba.

Tomu se svi moramo radovati. E, sad, gužve u Splitu ćemo riješiti tako da s Vučevice promet spustimo izravno na Kaštel Sućurac, a ne na Kaštel Kambelovac kako se to pogrešno planira, pa ga mostom preko Kaštelanskog zaljeva prebacimo na Stinice.

Tu, na jednom velikom deniveliranom križanju, razvrstavat će se promet kroz sam grad Split. Tko ide prema povijesnoj jezgri, vozit će prema nekadašnjoj zgradi općine i usjeku pruge, a drugi prema Bilicama do TTTS-a i dalje prema Strožancu, odnosno Omišu - kaže Vulić.

Vulić pledira da se nastave radovi s čvorišta na TTTS-u prema Strožancu i Omišu, koji su zaustavljeni 2011. godine.

- Ishođena je građevinska dozvola, a na terenu još stoji tabla s generalijama izvođača radova. To je jedini logičan pravac, a ne onaj koji bi preko čvorišta Mravinci i Solina vodio prema Kozjaku, kako se to predlaže. 

TTTS čvorište ima smisla jedino ako kroz njega s jedne strane funkcionira promet preko Bilica i nastavlja se do Stobreča gdje bi trebalo graditi trajektnu luku Orišac jer se tu najkraće prometuje do Brača. Zbog čega otočani dolaze u Split?

Pa, zbog bolnice, Cityja ili Malla, a tuda im je najkraće, a ako tako i bude, a iza tog rješenja stoji prometna struka, gužve na prilazima gradskoj luci definitivno odlaze u povijest - kaže Vulić.

Naš sugovornik veli da je država ta koja je pozvana riješiti splitske prometne probleme jer se ovde radi o ulazima i izlazima iz grada, a križanje pred Stobrečom zna biti prometnije nego ono u Lučkom.

- Ako se Riječanima mogla platiti onakva obilaznica, onda ne bi trebao biti problem prema sjajnom projektu arhitekta Ante Kuzmanića, premostiti Kaštelanski zaljev i povezati Split, Kaštela i Zagoru u jednu cjelinu.

Do sada je na čvorište TTTS potrošeno 50 milijuna kuna, a budemo li ga spajali s Mravincima taj će novac biti bačen u vjetar jer tamo treba otkupiti silnu zemlju, a u prometnom smislu tim ćemo projektom dobiti malo i ništa.

To su mikro rješenja koja u široj prometnoj mreži ne znače puno, a na njih se gubi veliki novac, vrijeme i energija. Tu bi doslovno trebalo preskočiti cijeli Solin?! Kome to treba? Vlasnicima parcela na tom pravcu?

Jedino pametno rješenje koje će dobiti zeleno svjetlo struke, jest povezati veliko križanje na Stinicama preko rotora Bilice i tunela s TTTS-om, pa odatle nastaviti gradnju ceste prema Strožancu i Omišu. S tim se ne smije čekati ni dana - kategoričan je Vulić.

Tunel i prometna čvorišta u Omišu, porezni su obveznici već platili 240 milijuna kuna.

- Ne dopustimo da taj novac ode u vjetar. Omiš je samo finale duge prometnice čiji početak kreće s Kozjaka, iz Vučevice, a grana se preko Sućurca i auto - željezničkog mosta na dvije razine do Stinica i dalje prema tunelu Bilice - TTTS.

To je buduća žila kucavica jednog velikog grada koja ga savršeno povezuje sa Zagorom, a u kojoj će, kad se ovo jedan dan realizira, doći do gospodarske renesanse jer će krenuti gradnja cijelih stambenih naselja za čije je podizanje glavni preduvjet upravo Kuzmanićev most, odnosno bypass Bilice - TTTS tunelom od oko dva kilometra.

Tako bi čvorište na TTTS-u postalo najvažnije u Splitsko -dalmatinskoj županiji jer bi se tu razvrstavao promet iz svih pravaca prema centru Splita ili Stobreču, odnosno prema Bilicama i mostu do Kaštela dalje do Vučevice i autoceste prema Zagrebu.

Kuzmanićev most, koji se predlaže još od 2006. godine, a ne radi se o nikakvom megaprojeku, glavna je spona svih prometnih pravaca od Trogira do Omiša i dalje, a ljetne gužve na magistrali ili u centru Splita više neće biti jer ćete, iz kojeg se god smjera uputili u najveći grad Dalmacije ili izvan njega, na raspolaganju imati više alternativnih trasa - zaključuje inženjer Vulić.

Da bi se raspetljao splitski prometni čvor, ključno je izgaditi tunel od rotora Bilice do TTTS-a, a riječ je o samo dva kilometra, tvrdi inženjer građevinarstva Ivan Vulić.

Inženjer Vulić je ugledni stručnjak s velikim iskustvom u gradnji tunela, poput Svetog Roka, a uvjeren je da su oni jedini način da promet u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji profunkcionira kao švicarski sat. 

Tako, veli, više nitko neće moći ucjenjivati gradsku upravu i tražiti basnoslovne cifre za otkup privatnog zemljišta u sudskim sporovima koji traju desetljećima, a cijeli splitski prometni prsten besprijekorno će profunkcionirati bez ijednog jedinog zastoja čak i u najfrekventnijim danima u godini jer će se između Bilica i TTTS-a vozila kretati pod zemljom.

Splitska aglomeracija od Trogira do Omiša i Brača, odjednom će postati nerazdvojna cjelina, a realizacija gradnje novih prometnica i nastavak onih započetih, bit će kudikamo jeftinija jer se lobije koji zbog otkupa privatnih parcela i "dodavanja" lovom poreznih obveznika predlažu nelogična cestovna rješenja, matira jednim potezom: tunelom Bilice - TTTS.  

- Prometno čvorište TTTS je ključno, ono je glavno u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji, a da bi se stavilo u funkciju na pravi način, da bi bilo učinkovito sto posto, treba ga pravilno promišljati od tunela Vučevica na Kozjaku pa sve do Omiša.

Izvjesno je da će se uskoro realizirati Vučevica i to je prava stvar jer će nam put do Zagreba biti kraći 13 kilometara u jednom pravcu ili 26 u oba.

Tomu se svi moramo radovati. E, sad, gužve u Splitu ćemo riješiti tako da s Vučevice promet spustimo izravno na Kaštel Sućurac, a ne na Kaštel Kambelovac kako se to pogrešno planira, pa ga mostom preko Kaštelanskog zaljeva prebacimo na Stinice.

Tu, na jednom velikom deniveliranom križanju, razvrstavat će se promet kroz sam grad Split. Tko ide prema povijesnoj jezgri, vozit će prema nekadašnjoj zgradi općine i usjeku pruge, a drugi prema Bilicama do TTTS-a i dalje prema Strožancu, odnosno Omišu - kaže Vulić.

Vulić pledira da se nastave radovi s čvorišta na TTTS-u prema Strožancu i Omišu, koji su zaustavljeni 2011. godine.

- Ishođena je građevinska dozvola, a na terenu još stoji tabla s generalijama izvođača radova. To je jedini logičan pravac, a ne onaj koji bi preko čvorišta Mravinci i Solina vodio prema Kozjaku, kako se to predlaže. 

TTTS čvorište ima smisla jedino ako kroz njega s jedne strane funkcionira promet preko Bilica i nastavlja se do Stobreča gdje bi trebalo graditi trajektnu luku Orišac jer se tu najkraće prometuje do Brača. Zbog čega otočani dolaze u Split?

Pa, zbog bolnice, Cityja ili Malla, a tuda im je najkraće, a ako tako i bude, a iza tog rješenja stoji prometna struka, gužve na prilazima gradskoj luci definitivno odlaze u povijest - kaže Vulić.

Naš sugovornik veli da je država ta koja je pozvana riješiti splitske prometne probleme jer se ovde radi o ulazima i izlazima iz grada, a križanje pred Stobrečom zna biti prometnije nego ono u Lučkom.

- Ako se Riječanima mogla platiti onakva obilaznica, onda ne bi trebao biti problem prema sjajnom projektu arhitekta Ante Kuzmanića, premostiti Kaštelanski zaljev i povezati Split, Kaštela i Zagoru u jednu cjelinu.

Do sada je na čvorište TTTS potrošeno 50 milijuna kuna, a budemo li ga spajali s Mravincima taj će novac biti bačen u vjetar jer tamo treba otkupiti silnu zemlju, a u prometnom smislu tim ćemo projektom dobiti malo i ništa.

To su mikro rješenja koja u široj prometnoj mreži ne znače puno, a na njih se gubi veliki novac, vrijeme i energija. Tu bi doslovno trebalo preskočiti cijeli Solin?! Kome to treba? Vlasnicima parcela na tom pravcu?

Jedino pametno rješenje koje će dobiti zeleno svjetlo struke, jest povezati veliko križanje na Stinicama preko rotora Bilice i tunela s TTTS-om, pa odatle nastaviti gradnju ceste prema Strožancu i Omišu. S tim se ne smije čekati ni dana - kategoričan je Vulić.

Tunel i prometna čvorišta u Omišu, porezni su obveznici već platili 240 milijuna kuna.

- Ne dopustimo da taj novac ode u vjetar. Omiš je samo finale duge prometnice čiji početak kreće s Kozjaka, iz Vučevice, a grana se preko Sućurca i auto - željezničkog mosta na dvije razine do Stinica i dalje prema tunelu Bilice - TTTS.

To je buduća žila kucavica jednog velikog grada koja ga savršeno povezuje sa Zagorom, a u kojoj će, kad se ovo jedan dan realizira, doći do gospodarske renesanse jer će krenuti gradnja cijelih stambenih naselja za čije je podizanje glavni preduvjet upravo Kuzmanićev most, odnosno bypass Bilice - TTTS tunelom od oko dva kilometra.

Tako bi čvorište na TTTS-u postalo najvažnije u Splitsko -dalmatinskoj županiji jer bi se tu razvrstavao promet iz svih pravaca prema centru Splita ili Stobreču, odnosno prema Bilicama i mostu do Kaštela dalje do Vučevice i autoceste prema Zagrebu.

Kuzmanićev most, koji se predlaže još od 2006. godine, a ne radi se o nikakvom megaprojeku, glavna je spona svih prometnih pravaca od Trogira do Omiša i dalje, a ljetne gužve na magistrali ili u centru Splita više neće biti jer ćete, iz kojeg se god smjera uputili u najveći grad Dalmacije ili izvan njega, na raspolaganju imati više alternativnih trasa - zaključuje inženjer Vulić.
