Srđan Marinić, predsjednik Društva Marjan i vijećnik iz redova vladajuće opcije na svom Facebook profilu tvrdi kako se podzemna garaža još uvijek može graditi na Zvončacu, ali isključivo na parceli u vlasništvu Grada.

- Podzemna višeetažna garaža na Zvončacu, izvan PŠ Marjan, može se izgraditi na čestici 9511/1, koja je u vlasništvu Grada Splita 1/1, površine 5841 metara kvadratnih, bez da Grad Split otkupi susjedno zemljište koje je u vlasništvu tvrtke Elanija d.o.o. i koje je jučer ponuđena Gradu Splitu na otkup po cijeni od 1.772.000 eura, poručuje putem Facebooka predsjednik Društva Marjan. Pored toga zemljište je opterećeno i založnim pravom od 1.000.000 Eura - konstatirao je Marinić, o čemu je već pisao naš novinar Sandi Vidulić.

Ipak ništa od podzemne garaže na Zvončacu? Grad ne želi parcelu splitske poduzetnice koju nudi po paprenoj cijeni, mjesecima se u javnost plasirala sasvim druga priča...

Time je vijećnik iz redova vladajuće opcije istaknuo kako se može nastaviti s projektom gradnje garaže.

- S obzirom na to da je cijelo zemljište prema GUP-u u zelenoj zoni, ispod parkovne površine GUP-om je omogućena izgradnja višeetažne garaže, a sadašnje parkiralište postat će parkovna površina - najavio je Marinić.

- Podzemna višeetažna garaža na Zvončacu, izvan PŠ Marjan, može se izgraditi na čestici 9511/1, koja je u vlasništvu Grada Splita 1/1, površine 5841 metara kvadratnih, bez da Grad Split otkupi susjedno zemljište koje je u vlasništvu tvrtke Elanija d.o.o. i koje je jučer ponuđena Gradu Splitu na otkup po cijeni od 1.772.000 eura, poručuje putem Facebooka predsjednik Društva Marjan. Pored toga zemljište je opterećeno i založnim pravom od 1.000.000 Eura - konstatirao je Marinić, o čemu je već pisao naš novinar Sandi Vidulić.

Ipak ništa od podzemne garaže na Zvončacu? Grad ne želi parcelu splitske poduzetnice koju nudi po paprenoj cijeni, mjesecima se u javnost plasirala sasvim druga priča...

Time je vijećnik iz redova vladajuće opcije istaknuo kako se može nastaviti s projektom gradnje garaže.

- S obzirom na to da je cijelo zemljište prema GUP-u u zelenoj zoni, ispod parkovne površine GUP-om je omogućena izgradnja višeetažne garaže, a sadašnje parkiralište postat će parkovna površina - najavio je Marinić.
