Pao je i splitski hotel Park! Nakon što su svi hoteli u gradu jedan za drugim zbog epidemije koronavirusom zatvorili vrata, jedino je iz Parka bilo poručeno da nikad u sto godina svog postojanja nije zatvorio pa da neće ni sada. Direktorica Silvia Jelavić još je ovog vikenda kazala kako je hotel pregrmio sve ratove pa će i ovaj. Nažalost, u ratu s pandemijom je kapitulirao.

- Neke službe poput tehničke, prodaje, recepcije i administracije će ipak raditi, ali bez gostiju – kazala nam je Jelavić.

A samo nekoliko minuta prije ove vijesti razgovor s njom bio je potpuno drugačiji. Nazvali smo je, naime, da je pitamo otkazuju li se i u njih vjenčanja, na što nam je ona ponosna, zbog protokola kojemu su pribjegli, odgovorila kako će prostrana terasa ostati otvorena. Zvučalo nam je to među jučerašnjim vijestima kao tračak optimizma.

- Evo i jutros se na našoj terasi pila kava – bila je dobro raspoložena direktorica dodavši da imaju i pet soba još zauzetih.
A zatim je uslijedio šok, doduše očekivani. Poslala nam je poruku - zatvaramo.

Svi gosti su otišli iz hotela, imaju za dvije sobe u najavi, nazivaju goste i u upućuju ih u hotel Radisson koji još radi, ali kako u Parku doznaju, bez ručka i večere.

U najstarijem splitskom hotelu zasad nema najava otpuštanja zaposlenih, ali danas to zasad znači samo jedan mali trenutak.
Već za par takvih trenutaka doznali smo i da se zatvara hotel Brig u njihovu susjedstvu.

Pao je i splitski hotel Park! Nakon što su svi hoteli u gradu jedan za drugim zbog epidemije koronavirusom zatvorili vrata, jedino je iz Parka bilo poručeno da nikad u sto godina svog postojanja nije zatvorio pa da neće ni sada. Direktorica Silvia Jelavić još je ovog vikenda kazala kako je hotel pregrmio sve ratove pa će i ovaj. Nažalost, u ratu s pandemijom je kapitulirao.

- Neke službe poput tehničke, prodaje, recepcije i administracije će ipak raditi, ali bez gostiju – kazala nam je Jelavić.

A samo nekoliko minuta prije ove vijesti razgovor s njom bio je potpuno drugačiji. Nazvali smo je, naime, da je pitamo otkazuju li se i u njih vjenčanja, na što nam je ona ponosna, zbog protokola kojemu su pribjegli, odgovorila kako će prostrana terasa ostati otvorena. Zvučalo nam je to među jučerašnjim vijestima kao tračak optimizma.

- Evo i jutros se na našoj terasi pila kava – bila je dobro raspoložena direktorica dodavši da imaju i pet soba još zauzetih.
A zatim je uslijedio šok, doduše očekivani. Poslala nam je poruku - zatvaramo.

Svi gosti su otišli iz hotela, imaju za dvije sobe u najavi, nazivaju goste i u upućuju ih u hotel Radisson koji još radi, ali kako u Parku doznaju, bez ručka i večere.

U najstarijem splitskom hotelu zasad nema najava otpuštanja zaposlenih, ali danas to zasad znači samo jedan mali trenutak.
Već za par takvih trenutaka doznali smo i da se zatvara hotel Brig u njihovu susjedstvu.
