Predstavnici Hrvatske udruge radničkih sindikata (HURS) s konferencije za medije održane u petak poručili su da su protiv Branka Buljana, jednog od vlasnika tvrtke "Trajektna luka", podnijeli kaznenu prijavu zbog sumnje u zlouporabu povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.
Predsjednik HURS-a Ozren Matijašević iskazao je nezadovoljstvo zbog izostanka reakcije od svih nadležnih institucija, odnosno Inspektorata rada, Općinskog suda, te Ministarstva pomorstva.
– Kaznenu prijavu podnijeli smo zbog mogućeg pranja novca, što je očito iz financijskih rezultata poslovanja u proteklim godinama. U više navrata je "Trajektna luka" davala milijunske pozajmice povezanim tvrtkama, Imex banci i "Imex trgovini", iako su morali znati da te pozajmice neće biti vraćene.
Razvoj situacije doveo je do smanjenja plaća zaposlenicima na minimalan iznos prije nekoliko mjeseci. Želimo da se ispitaju uzroci takvog raspleta i da se odgovorne sankcionira – kazao je sindikalni lider.
Matijašević je dodao da se prvo ročište vezano uz izvanredni otkaz koji je prije nekoliko mjeseci uručen Marijanu Babiću, sindikalnom povjereniku u "Trajektnoj luci", može očekivati tek na jesen, iako je tužba podnesena još 1. travnja.
– Zatražili smo žurni sastanak u resornome ministarstvu još krajem ožujka, no Oleg Butković nije do danas našao vremena za susret s nama. U međuvremenu, od strane Inspektorata rada, kojem smo se obratili još u siječnju, dobili smo izvješće u kojem navode da nisu utvrđene povrede propisa iz njihove nadležnosti, pa inspekcijske mjere nisu poduzete – zaključio je Matijašević.
Zbog svega navedenog, HURS će nadolazeći Međunarodni praznik rada obilježiti novim prosvjedom u Gradskoj luci, ali tada neće blokirati ukrcaj putnika i isplovljavanje trajekata budući da građane smatraju saveznicima u čitavoj priči, pozvavši ih da iskažu solidarnost u akciji.

Predstavnici Hrvatske udruge radničkih sindikata (HURS) s konferencije za medije održane u petak poručili su da su protiv Branka Buljana, jednog od vlasnika tvrtke "Trajektna luka", podnijeli kaznenu prijavu zbog sumnje u zlouporabu povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.
Predsjednik HURS-a Ozren Matijašević iskazao je nezadovoljstvo zbog izostanka reakcije od svih nadležnih institucija, odnosno Inspektorata rada, Općinskog suda, te Ministarstva pomorstva.
– Kaznenu prijavu podnijeli smo zbog mogućeg pranja novca, što je očito iz financijskih rezultata poslovanja u proteklim godinama. U više navrata je "Trajektna luka" davala milijunske pozajmice povezanim tvrtkama, Imex banci i "Imex trgovini", iako su morali znati da te pozajmice neće biti vraćene.
Razvoj situacije doveo je do smanjenja plaća zaposlenicima na minimalan iznos prije nekoliko mjeseci. Želimo da se ispitaju uzroci takvog raspleta i da se odgovorne sankcionira – kazao je sindikalni lider.
Matijašević je dodao da se prvo ročište vezano uz izvanredni otkaz koji je prije nekoliko mjeseci uručen Marijanu Babiću, sindikalnom povjereniku u "Trajektnoj luci", može očekivati tek na jesen, iako je tužba podnesena još 1. travnja.
– Zatražili smo žurni sastanak u resornome ministarstvu još krajem ožujka, no Oleg Butković nije do danas našao vremena za susret s nama. U međuvremenu, od strane Inspektorata rada, kojem smo se obratili još u siječnju, dobili smo izvješće u kojem navode da nisu utvrđene povrede propisa iz njihove nadležnosti, pa inspekcijske mjere nisu poduzete – zaključio je Matijašević.
Zbog svega navedenog, HURS će nadolazeći Međunarodni praznik rada obilježiti novim prosvjedom u Gradskoj luci, ali tada neće blokirati ukrcaj putnika i isplovljavanje trajekata budući da građane smatraju saveznicima u čitavoj priči, pozvavši ih da iskažu solidarnost u akciji.
