Obišli smo cijeli kvart sa predsjednikom Gradskog kotara Meje Pjerom Baranovićem, pokušavajući na licu mesta doznati što to mori stanovnike "elitnoga" dijela našeg grada.

Elitni smo s namjerom stavili pod navodne znakove, jer ništa osim pozicije i kako starosjedioci tvrde: mikroklime, u ovom dijelu Splita nije elitno. Počevši od komunalnih problema koji ih proganjaju.

Negdje po sredini ulice nalazilo se do prije pet godina (zapamtite taj broj!) još jedno dječje igralište, no tada se priroda poigrala, pa je s padine Marjana odlomljena velika stijena koja je pala po košarkaškom stupu, srušila sve pred sobom, uništila mjesto za igru...

Događa se, reći ćete, i imate pravo. No, koliko se često događa da pet godina nitko (nitko!) nije ni promislio: hajdemo sanirati stijenu i vratiti djeci mjesto za igru!

- Zvao sam sve kojih sam se sjetio, od planinara do građevinara, preko speleologa i geologa, dali su mi mišljenje kako je potrebno oko 150 tisuća kuna da se sanira stijena, spriječi njezino daljnje propadanje i obrušavanje i da se prostor privede svrsi.

Obišli smo cijeli kvart sa predsjednikom Gradskog kotara Meje Pjerom Baranovićem, pokušavajući na licu mesta doznati što to mori stanovnike "elitnoga" dijela našeg grada.

Elitni smo s namjerom stavili pod navodne znakove, jer ništa osim pozicije i kako starosjedioci tvrde: mikroklime, u ovom dijelu Splita nije elitno. Počevši od komunalnih problema koji ih proganjaju.

Negdje po sredini ulice nalazilo se do prije pet godina (zapamtite taj broj!) još jedno dječje igralište, no tada se priroda poigrala, pa je s padine Marjana odlomljena velika stijena koja je pala po košarkaškom stupu, srušila sve pred sobom, uništila mjesto za igru...

Događa se, reći ćete, i imate pravo. No, koliko se često događa da pet godina nitko (nitko!) nije ni promislio: hajdemo sanirati stijenu i vratiti djeci mjesto za igru!

- Zvao sam sve kojih sam se sjetio, od planinara do građevinara, preko speleologa i geologa, dali su mi mišljenje kako je potrebno oko 150 tisuća kuna da se sanira stijena, spriječi njezino daljnje propadanje i obrušavanje i da se prostor privede svrsi.

Ništa od toga – veli nam Baranović....

Što je New Yorku Manhattan, što je Zagrebu Pantovčak, to su i Splitu – Meje.
