Uoči početka provedbe projekta "Zaželi sretniju starost 2" koji je vrijedan pet milijuna kuna i u potpunosti financiran sredstvima Europskog socijalnog fonda, održana je konferencija za medije. Drugom fazom projekta namijenjenog starijim osobama ili osobama u nepovoljnom položaju kojima je potrebna potpora i podrška u kućanstvu u periodu od 12 mjeseci, zaposlit će se 57 žena i tri člana stručnog tima koji će skrbiti o 342 krajnja korisnika.

Grad Split projekt provodi u suradnji s partnerima: Centrom za socijalnu skrb Split i Hrvatskim zavodom za zapošljavanje – Regionalnim uredom Split koji sudjeluju u odabiru krajnjih korisnika, odnosno odabiru žena koje će biti zaposlene u sklopu projekta.

Projekt osim pomoći našim najstarijim i najugroženijim sugrađanima ima i drugi segment - zapošljavanja žena našeg grada koje su u njemu pronašle smisao, važnost i poticaj da pomažu i da se educiraju, što je veliki iskorak jer upravo edukacijom postaju konkurentnije na tržištu. Treći bitan segment je i zadovoljstvo obitelji i djece i korisnika čime je doprinos projekta izniman dobitak za cjelokupnu zajednicu - kazala je Magda Vrvilo, pročelnica upravnog odjela za socijalnu skrb, zdravstvenu zaštitu i demografiju.

Nakon 24 mjeseca rada na terenu s korisnicima mogu reći da smo itekako zadovoljni dočekali drugu fazu u kojoj se sada nalazimo i koja će trajati 12 mjeseci. Međutim, tu nije kraj, za kraj ove godine najavljen je projekt "Zaželi sretnu starost 3" koji će trajati duže vremena - objasnila je Vrvilo.

Jela Gogić je ispred splitskog HZZ-a najavila objavu natječaja za zapošljavanje 57 žena. HZZ sudjeluje i u edukaciji ciljanih skupina, u ovom slučaju teško zapošljivih, dugotrajno nezaposlenih žena s nižim stupnjem obrazovanja, kojih u evidenciji HZZ-a prema posljednjim podacima ima oko 1600, od čega je osoba s invaliditetom 49.

Kroz prvu fazu u županiji je uspješno realizirano ukupno 30 projekata vrijednosti 107 milijuna kuna čime su se zaposlile 634 žene, ako uzmemo u obzir statistiku koja kaže da imamo oko 1400 aktivnih žena ciljane skupine, to znači da je ovim projektom zaposleno gotovo 40 posto žena - pojasnila je predstojnica Gogić.

Nakon što je Ministarstvo rada 19. veljače objavilo potvrdu druge faze projekta do sada je u našoj županiji prijavljen 21 projekt vrijednosti 35 milijuna kuna putem koje će se zaposliti 369 nezaposlenih žena, a do kraja realizacije očekuje se zapošljavanje oko 600 nezaposlenih žena iz ciljane skupine koje će pokriti čak 3600 krajnjih korisnika.

Ono što je najvažnije jest da se ovim projektom našim najpotrebitijim starijim i nemoćnim osobama potrebna pomoć pruža i izvan institucionalnih okvira - istaknula je Gogić.

Potpora i podrška uključuje pomoć u nabavi namirnica, lijekova i drugih potrepština, pomoć u pripremi obroka, pomoć u održavanju čistoće stambenog prostora, posredovanju u ostvarivanju raznih prava, plaćanje računa, dostava pomagala, naručivanje i pratnja kod liječnika te pružanje podrške kroz razgovore, druženje i slično.

Prijaviti se mogu osobe s prebivalištem na području grada Splita i okolnih naselja koja mu pripadaju: Donje Sitno, Gornje Sitno, Kamen, Slatine, Srinjine, Stobreč i Žrnovnica.

Prijave za korisnike ovog projekta su produžene do 15. ožujka. Uoči početka provedbe projekta "Zaželi sretniju starost 2" koji je vrijedan pet milijuna kuna i u potpunosti financiran sredstvima Europskog socijalnog fonda, održana je konferencija za medije. Drugom fazom projekta namijenjenog starijim osobama ili osobama u nepovoljnom položaju kojima je potrebna potpora i podrška u kućanstvu u periodu od 12 mjeseci, zaposlit će se 57 žena i tri člana stručnog tima koji će skrbiti o 342 krajnja korisnika.

Grad Split projekt provodi u suradnji s partnerima: Centrom za socijalnu skrb Split i Hrvatskim zavodom za zapošljavanje – Regionalnim uredom Split koji sudjeluju u odabiru krajnjih korisnika, odnosno odabiru žena koje će biti zaposlene u sklopu projekta.

Projekt osim pomoći našim najstarijim i najugroženijim sugrađanima ima i drugi segment - zapošljavanja žena našeg grada koje su u njemu pronašle smisao, važnost i poticaj da pomažu i da se educiraju, što je veliki iskorak jer upravo edukacijom postaju konkurentnije na tržištu. Treći bitan segment je i zadovoljstvo obitelji i djece i korisnika čime je doprinos projekta izniman dobitak za cjelokupnu zajednicu - kazala je Magda Vrvilo, pročelnica upravnog odjela za socijalnu skrb, zdravstvenu zaštitu i demografiju.

Nakon 24 mjeseca rada na terenu s korisnicima mogu reći da smo itekako zadovoljni dočekali drugu fazu u kojoj se sada nalazimo i koja će trajati 12 mjeseci. Međutim, tu nije kraj, za kraj ove godine najavljen je projekt "Zaželi sretnu starost 3" koji će trajati duže vremena - objasnila je Vrvilo.

Jela Gogić je ispred splitskog HZZ-a najavila objavu natječaja za zapošljavanje 57 žena. HZZ sudjeluje i u edukaciji ciljanih skupina, u ovom slučaju teško zapošljivih, dugotrajno nezaposlenih žena s nižim stupnjem obrazovanja, kojih u evidenciji HZZ-a prema posljednjim podacima ima oko 1600, od čega je osoba s invaliditetom 49.

Kroz prvu fazu u županiji je uspješno realizirano ukupno 30 projekata vrijednosti 107 milijuna kuna čime su se zaposlile 634 žene, ako uzmemo u obzir statistiku koja kaže da imamo oko 1400 aktivnih žena ciljane skupine, to znači da je ovim projektom zaposleno gotovo 40 posto žena - pojasnila je predstojnica Gogić.

Nakon što je Ministarstvo rada 19. veljače objavilo potvrdu druge faze projekta do sada je u našoj županiji prijavljen 21 projekt vrijednosti 35 milijuna kuna putem koje će se zaposliti 369 nezaposlenih žena, a do kraja realizacije očekuje se zapošljavanje oko 600 nezaposlenih žena iz ciljane skupine koje će pokriti čak 3600 krajnjih korisnika.

Ono što je najvažnije jest da se ovim projektom našim najpotrebitijim starijim i nemoćnim osobama potrebna pomoć pruža i izvan institucionalnih okvira - istaknula je Gogić.

Potpora i podrška uključuje pomoć u nabavi namirnica, lijekova i drugih potrepština, pomoć u pripremi obroka, pomoć u održavanju čistoće stambenog prostora, posredovanju u ostvarivanju raznih prava, plaćanje računa, dostava pomagala, naručivanje i pratnja kod liječnika te pružanje podrške kroz razgovore, druženje i slično.

Prijaviti se mogu osobe s prebivalištem na području grada Splita i okolnih naselja koja mu pripadaju: Donje Sitno, Gornje Sitno, Kamen, Slatine, Srinjine, Stobreč i Žrnovnica.

Prijave za korisnike ovog projekta su produžene do 15. ožujka. Obrazac prijave za korisnike koji čini sastavni dio ovog poziva nalazi se na Internet stranicama: www.split.hr, u pisarnici Gradske uprave i Centru za socijalnu skrb Split.
