Grad Split je podnio je projektnu prijavu za drugu fazu izgradnje i opremanja centralne zgrade Tehnološkog parka. Radi se o drugoj fazi realizacije strateškog projekta izgradnje Tehnološkog parka Split - Dračevac koja će uslijediti nakon rekonstrukcije zgrade bivše vojarne "Sv. Križ", a kojom će se dovršiti rekonstrukcija objekta i njegovo opremanje.

Ukupan iznos prijavljenog projekta je 87.102.802,34 kuna, dok se bespovratna sredstva Europske unije mogu osigurati u iznosu do 60.800.000,00 kuna, odnosno 70% ukupnih sredstava projekta.

Zajedno s prvom projektnom prijavom, to čini iznos od ukupno 166.210.131,22 kuna za realizaciju tehnološkog parka za koje je moguće dobiti 104.442.609,95 kuna bespovratnih sredstava Europske Unije.

Druga faza izgradnje centralne zgrade Tehnološkog parka, odnosno EU projekt naziva „Izgradnja i opremanje centralnog objekta Tehnološkog parka Split - Dračevac“ uključuje radove završnog uređenja i opremanja centralne zgrade TPS-a do faze uporabljivosti te obuhvaća izvođenje svih potrebnih građevinsko-obrtničkih radova, instalacija, ventilacije, grijanja i hlađenja, vodoopskrbe i odvodnje, opremanja zajedničkih prostorija, konferencijske sale, 3D laboratorija i dr.

Realizacija ovog projekta rezultirat će ukupnom neto korisnom površinom centralne zgrade Tehnološkog parka od 17.571,65 kvadrata u kojoj će biti smješteno: 943 metara četvornih za lounge, 218 kvadrata ureda uprave, 353 restorana/menze za zaposlenike unutar objekta, 5.952,70 metara četvornih ureda prosječne veličine od 114,48 kvadrata

Bit će tu i 460,70 kvadrata co-working prostora, 697,40 metara četvornih inkubacijskih ureda, 858 kvadrata konferencijskog prostora, 392 metara četvornih prostora za čuvanje djece, 879 kvadrata pratećih prostorija te tri laboratorija za visoke tehnologije ukupne površine 219 kvadrata sve sukladno izrađenom idejnom projektu.

Cilj projekta je stvaranje infrastrukturnih preduvjeta za razvoj i unaprjeđenje poslovanja start-up te mikro, malih i srednjih poduzeća na području Urbane aglomeracije Split, usmjerenih prvenstveno na visoke tehnologije i inovacije (IKT industriju).

Grad Split je podnio je projektnu prijavu za drugu fazu izgradnje i opremanja centralne zgrade Tehnološkog parka. Radi se o drugoj fazi realizacije strateškog projekta izgradnje Tehnološkog parka Split - Dračevac koja će uslijediti nakon rekonstrukcije zgrade bivše vojarne "Sv. Križ", a kojom će se dovršiti rekonstrukcija objekta i njegovo opremanje.

Ukupan iznos prijavljenog projekta je 87.102.802,34 kuna, dok se bespovratna sredstva Europske unije mogu osigurati u iznosu do 60.800.000,00 kuna, odnosno 70% ukupnih sredstava projekta.

Zajedno s prvom projektnom prijavom, to čini iznos od ukupno 166.210.131,22 kuna za realizaciju tehnološkog parka za koje je moguće dobiti 104.442.609,95 kuna bespovratnih sredstava Europske Unije.

Druga faza izgradnje centralne zgrade Tehnološkog parka, odnosno EU projekt naziva „Izgradnja i opremanje centralnog objekta Tehnološkog parka Split - Dračevac“ uključuje radove završnog uređenja i opremanja centralne zgrade TPS-a do faze uporabljivosti te obuhvaća izvođenje svih potrebnih građevinsko-obrtničkih radova, instalacija, ventilacije, grijanja i hlađenja, vodoopskrbe i odvodnje, opremanja zajedničkih prostorija, konferencijske sale, 3D laboratorija i dr.

Realizacija ovog projekta rezultirat će ukupnom neto korisnom površinom centralne zgrade Tehnološkog parka od 17.571,65 kvadrata u kojoj će biti smješteno: 943 metara četvornih za lounge, 218 kvadrata ureda uprave, 353 restorana/menze za zaposlenike unutar objekta, 5.952,70 metara četvornih ureda prosječne veličine od 114,48 kvadrata

Bit će tu i 460,70 kvadrata co-working prostora, 697,40 metara četvornih inkubacijskih ureda, 858 kvadrata konferencijskog prostora, 392 metara četvornih prostora za čuvanje djece, 879 kvadrata pratećih prostorija te tri laboratorija za visoke tehnologije ukupne površine 219 kvadrata sve sukladno izrađenom idejnom projektu.

Cilj projekta je stvaranje infrastrukturnih preduvjeta za razvoj i unaprjeđenje poslovanja start-up te mikro, malih i srednjih poduzeća na području Urbane aglomeracije Split, usmjerenih prvenstveno na visoke tehnologije i inovacije (IKT industriju).

Grad Split je podnio je projektnu prijavu za drugu fazu izgradnje i opremanja centralne zgrade Tehnološkog parka. Radi se o drugoj fazi realizacije strateškog projekta izgradnje Tehnološkog parka Split - Dračevac koja će uslijediti nakon rekonstrukcije zgrade bivše vojarne "Sv. Križ", a kojom će se dovršiti rekonstrukcija objekta i njegovo opremanje.
