– Stvar je suda kada će zakazati prodaju. Što prije, to bolje, jer brod gubi na vrijednosti – rekao je Giovanelli.

Rješenje o ovrsi sud je donio na prijedlog nekoliko članova posade koji su dobili presude o visini svojih potraživanja.

– Od prodaje će se namiriti svi pomorci i svima sam potpisao da im priznajemo dug. Za mene je bilo neosporno 90 posto njihova potraživanja, odnosno četiri plaće do 14. travnja prošle godine. Sindikat je smatrao da im moram isplatiti još jednu plaću nakon raskida ugovora i taj dio je bio sporan – istaknuo je brodovlasnik i dodao da se nakon njegova priznanja duga odmah trebalo krenuti u ovrhu, a ne proceduru otezati pokretanjem parnica.

– Brod je još uvijek zdrav. No, što duže stoji, teže ga je pokrenuti i teže je naći kupca – zaključio je Giovanelli.

Zabranu isplovljavanja “Ane” sud je izdao prije 15 mjeseci na prijedlog riječkog brodogradilišta “Viktor Lenac” tvrdeći da im nije plaćeno 180.000 eura od ukupno 394.000 za remont tog broda u prosincu 2011. godine.

Brodovlasnik je ustvrdio da 180.000 eura nije platio jer je Riječanima još u škveru iskazao nezadovoljstvo kvalitetom radova vrijednih 60.000 eura, a potom ni dodatnih 120.000 eura, jer je u prvih 15 dana plovidbe s “Ane” otpala sva boja protiv obrastanja oplate. Spor s “Lencem” rješava Arbitražno sudište pri Hrvatskoj gospodarskoj komori.

=> [text] => {OCMSplitter}Trgovački sud donio je rješenje o ovrsi nad brodom “Ane”, a njegov vlasnik Nikša Giovanelli kazao nam je da se neće žaliti na takav rasplet, jer želi da 28 pomoraca što prije dobiju svoje plaće koje im nije mogao isplatiti, jer je brod čvrsto privezan u Sjevernoj luci još od siječnja prošle godine.

– Stvar je suda kada će zakazati prodaju. Što prije, to bolje, jer brod gubi na vrijednosti – rekao je Giovanelli.

Rješenje o ovrsi sud je donio na prijedlog nekoliko članova posade koji su dobili presude o visini svojih potraživanja.

– Od prodaje će se namiriti svi pomorci i svima sam potpisao da im priznajemo dug. Za mene je bilo neosporno 90 posto njihova potraživanja, odnosno četiri plaće do 14. travnja prošle godine. Sindikat je smatrao da im moram isplatiti još jednu plaću nakon raskida ugovora i taj dio je bio sporan – istaknuo je brodovlasnik i dodao da se nakon njegova priznanja duga odmah trebalo krenuti u ovrhu, a ne proceduru otezati pokretanjem parnica.

– Brod je još uvijek zdrav. No, što duže stoji, teže ga je pokrenuti i teže je naći kupca – zaključio je Giovanelli.

Zabranu isplovljavanja “Ane” sud je izdao prije 15 mjeseci na prijedlog riječkog brodogradilišta “Viktor Lenac” tvrdeći da im nije plaćeno 180.000 eura od ukupno 394.000 za remont tog broda u prosincu 2011. godine.

Brodovlasnik je ustvrdio da 180.000 eura nije platio jer je Riječanima još u škveru iskazao nezadovoljstvo kvalitetom radova vrijednih 60.000 eura, a potom ni dodatnih 120.000 eura, jer je u prvih 15 dana plovidbe s “Ane” otpala sva boja protiv obrastanja oplate. Spor s “Lencem” rješava Arbitražno sudište pri Hrvatskoj gospodarskoj komori.
