U sklopu revizije korištenja splitskih kadrovskih stanova, koji su se dodjeljivali osobama s osobitim zaslugama za Grad Split, utvrđeno je da je u najmanje četiri slučaja prekršen Pravilnika o davanju stanova u najam. Zbog ovoga će dosadašnji korisnici dobiti otkaz ugovora.

Jedna od njih je Marija Erceg, novinarka koja ni nakon opomene nije platila dugovanje s osnove najma stana, što na današnji dan iznosi 6.304 eura. To znači da renta nije plaćena otprilike sedam godina.

Kako se stan koji koristi Erceg nalazi u Kružićevoj ulici - poznatoj po tome da se u njoj zbog buke i gužve ne može živjeti tijekom sezone - u Facebook grupi Get Getanima su osvanule dirljive reakcije na ovu odluku. Jedan član je napisao podužu objavu i nazvao je: Jedna iz rubrike - Tuga.

"Uglavnon naše litanije budu pozitiva, današnja će bit duga i mižerjasta, pa je komodno priskočite do neke sritnije zgode i prigode.

Dok smo se mi jučer napajali slovima iz libra i kasnije uz kucanje čaša feštali, naša je šjora Marija doživljavala dramu. A dramu je doživila jerbo je svoje ime našla među nikin gradskin oportunistima koji bi plaćali stan malo, imajući adrese i na druga mista ili kako su to već mediji prinili da bi radili.

Vidite, šjora Marija to sama nije kadra i nema nikoga bliskoga, štano će kazat skrbnika, koji bi se za njene stvari pobrinija.

E, ovde se javlja problem, da Gradon vladaju pametni i socijalno osvješteni, prvo bi bili pozvali Centar za socijalnu skrb i utvrdili je li šjora Mare uopće sposobna brinit se o sebi, pa bi vidili u kakvin uvjetima živi i kakve je sve bolesti tište, pa bi se, da su vidili u kakvome je stanju pobrinili da joj se osigura tretman kakvo jedno čeljade njenih godina zaslužuje.

Ali, budući Gradon vlada ono šta se naziva manjin zlon, tj. potkapacitirani koji bilo u privatnika, bilo u ozbiljnoj znanosti ne bi kruva dva dana zobali, oni su popisali penzionerkin dug i brže bolje joj ime gurnili u novine, kako bi žena koja i inače pati od paranoja stala na vratima kako joj ne bi doša iz Grada kakav natječajen uhljebljen činovnik i izbacija ja na ulicu. Možda smišno, ali šjora Marijina stvarnost je ovakva, da je Centar na teren izaša na vrime, ne bi se sigurno šinjorina Đerek slavodobitno šepurila kako je uz antikvarijat i jednu bolesnu penzionerku na ulicu izbacila.

Mariju Erceg smo nakon objave vijesti iz Banovine o otkazivanju ugovora o najmu pokušali kontaktirati, ali se na naše brojne pozive i poruke nije javljala.

U sklopu revizije korištenja splitskih kadrovskih stanova, koji su se dodjeljivali osobama s osobitim zaslugama za Grad Split, utvrđeno je da je u najmanje četiri slučaja prekršen Pravilnika o davanju stanova u najam. Zbog ovoga će dosadašnji korisnici dobiti otkaz ugovora.

Jedna od njih je Marija Erceg, novinarka koja ni nakon opomene nije platila dugovanje s osnove najma stana, što na današnji dan iznosi 6.304 eura. To znači da renta nije plaćena otprilike sedam godina.

Kako se stan koji koristi Erceg nalazi u Kružićevoj ulici - poznatoj po tome da se u njoj zbog buke i gužve ne može živjeti tijekom sezone - u Facebook grupi Get Getanima su osvanule dirljive reakcije na ovu odluku. Jedan član je napisao podužu objavu i nazvao je: Jedna iz rubrike - Tuga.

"Uglavnon naše litanije budu pozitiva, današnja će bit duga i mižerjasta, pa je komodno priskočite do neke sritnije zgode i prigode.

Dok smo se mi jučer napajali slovima iz libra i kasnije uz kucanje čaša feštali, naša je šjora Marija doživljavala dramu. A dramu je doživila jerbo je svoje ime našla među nikin gradskin oportunistima koji bi plaćali stan malo, imajući adrese i na druga mista ili kako su to već mediji prinili da bi radili.

Nać će se među nama oni koji će kazat da je sama sebi napisala životnu dramu i da je more bit sram uživat nešto u centru grada, a to pošteno ne platit. Jedna od nas, a to šjora Mare je, ima dug prima Gradu (šta će kazat nama, jerbo smo mi Grad) 6.000 eura. Nekome puno, nekome malo, a njoj ogromno.

Ako znate osnove ekonomije, a svako iole razumno čeljade te osnove znade, onda virujemo da svoje obaveze plaćate na vrime. Ako vi ne znate, sigurno postoji kogod u familju da će se onda za vas pobrinit da platite namete koje blagodati modernoga društva donose.

Vidite, šjora Marija to sama nije kadra i nema nikoga bliskoga, štano će kazat skrbnika, koji bi se za njene stvari pobrinija.

E, ovde se javlja problem, da Gradon vladaju pametni i socijalno osvješteni, prvo bi bili pozvali Centar za socijalnu skrb i utvrdili je li šjora Mare uopće sposobna brinit se o sebi, pa bi vidili u kakvin uvjetima živi i kakve je sve bolesti tište, pa bi se, da su vidili u kakvome je stanju pobrinili da joj se osigura tretman kakvo jedno čeljade njenih godina zaslužuje.

Ali, budući Gradon vlada ono šta se naziva manjin zlon, tj. potkapacitirani koji bilo u privatnika, bilo u ozbiljnoj znanosti ne bi kruva dva dana zobali, oni su popisali penzionerkin dug i brže bolje joj ime gurnili u novine, kako bi žena koja i inače pati od paranoja stala na vratima kako joj ne bi doša iz Grada kakav natječajen uhljebljen činovnik i izbacija ja na ulicu. Možda smišno, ali šjora Marijina stvarnost je ovakva, da je Centar na teren izaša na vrime, ne bi se sigurno šinjorina Đerek slavodobitno šepurila kako je uz antikvarijat i jednu bolesnu penzionerku na ulicu izbacila.

Ili možda bi? Libri i penzioneri su ionako za škovace...

Mariju Erceg smo nakon objave vijesti iz Banovine o otkazivanju ugovora o najmu pokušali kontaktirati, ali se na naše brojne pozive i poruke nije javljala.
