Zagrebačka agencija za naplatu potraživanja “Adriatic Assets”, iza koje stoji nizozemski vlasnik, preuzela je javnu garažu nasuprot splitskog KBC-a koja se prostire na četiri podzemne etaže stambeno poslovne zgrade “Lazarica”.

Na površini od ukupno 3972 četvorna metra nalazi se 341 parkirno mjesto i autopraonica. Do prodaje nekretnine je došlo nakon pet godina vođenja stečaja nad tvrtkom “Atrium Spalatum”, investitorom projekta “Lazarica”.

Vrijednost podzemne garaže sudski vještak je procijenio na 28,85 milijuna kuna, odnosno u protuvrijednosti na 3,9 milijuna eura. Na drugoj javnoj dražbi, održanoj u ožujku ove godine, početna cijena parkirališnog prostora je bila pola tog iznosa.

Licitirale su tri tvrtke koje su uplatile traženu jamčevinu od 1,44 milijuna kuna. Tako su se s “Adriatic Assetsom”, koji je razlučni vjerovnik s potraživanjem prema “Atrium Spalatumu” od 137,83 milijuna kuna, nadmetale riječka tvrtka “Alphatec” koja u mješovitom njemačkom i hrvatskom suvlasništvu, te “Sjever” iz Splita, čiji su vlasnici i direktori naši sugrađani Jozo Marasović i Kristijan Budiša.

Prve najave govorile su da će tražba trajati od 4. ožujka do 17. ožujka u ponoć, a “Adriatic Assets” je pobijedila u “produžecima”, jer je nadmetanje bilo - produljeno.

Tako je najbolja ponuda od te agencije u iznosu od 17.345 kuna stigla 18. ožujka u 1.23 sata.

No, “Adriatic Assets” neće morati uplatiti taj iznos da bi postao vlasnik garaže, jer kao razlučni vjerovnik svoju tražbinu namiruje iz kupovnine.

No, zato će joj podzemni prostor za smještaj vozila biti predan tek kada uplati 2,64 milijuna kuna sudskih troškova.

Meri Šitić, stečajna upraviteljica “Atrium Spalatuma”, u taj je iznos uračunala gotovo 1,8 milijuna kuna izravnih troškova garaže, a to su komunalna naknada, izrada vještva, troškovi dražbe, čuvanja garaže, električne energije, čistoće, ugradnje i održavanja opreme, te police osiguranja.

Zatim, dodaje upraviteljica, tu su troškovi tvrtke u stečaju, u kojima garaža sudjeluje sa 46,43 posto, jer ona čini jednaki postotak stečajne mase, odnosno s 548.357 kuna, a radi se o troškovima platnog prometa, učešća u bruto plaćama zaposlenika, odvjetničkih usluga, trošku uredskog materijala, telefona, električne energije, vode...

Treća stavka koja je uračunata u iznos koji razlučni vjerovnik kao kupac treba platiti jest 292.978 kuna za nagradu stečajnoj upraviteljici.

– Vladina uredba predviđa da nagrada stečajnog upravitelja iznosi 630 tisuća kuna, a uvećana za 7,5 posto doprinosa iznosi 677.250 kuna. Postotak od 43,26 posto, s koliko garaža sudjeluje u stečajnoj masi, iznosi 292.978 kuna – izračunala je Šitić kolika će joj nagrada sada pripasti.

Zagrebačka agencija za naplatu potraživanja “Adriatic Assets”, iza koje stoji nizozemski vlasnik, preuzela je javnu garažu nasuprot splitskog KBC-a koja se prostire na četiri podzemne etaže stambeno poslovne zgrade “Lazarica”.

Na površini od ukupno 3972 četvorna metra nalazi se 341 parkirno mjesto i autopraonica. Do prodaje nekretnine je došlo nakon pet godina vođenja stečaja nad tvrtkom “Atrium Spalatum”, investitorom projekta “Lazarica”.

Vrijednost podzemne garaže sudski vještak je procijenio na 28,85 milijuna kuna, odnosno u protuvrijednosti na 3,9 milijuna eura. Na drugoj javnoj dražbi, održanoj u ožujku ove godine, početna cijena parkirališnog prostora je bila pola tog iznosa.

Licitirale su tri tvrtke koje su uplatile traženu jamčevinu od 1,44 milijuna kuna. Tako su se s “Adriatic Assetsom”, koji je razlučni vjerovnik s potraživanjem prema “Atrium Spalatumu” od 137,83 milijuna kuna, nadmetale riječka tvrtka “Alphatec” koja u mješovitom njemačkom i hrvatskom suvlasništvu, te “Sjever” iz Splita, čiji su vlasnici i direktori naši sugrađani Jozo Marasović i Kristijan Budiša.

Prve najave govorile su da će tražba trajati od 4. ožujka do 17. ožujka u ponoć, a “Adriatic Assets” je pobijedila u “produžecima”, jer je nadmetanje bilo - produljeno.

Tako je najbolja ponuda od te agencije u iznosu od 17.345 kuna stigla 18. ožujka u 1.23 sata.

No, “Adriatic Assets” neće morati uplatiti taj iznos da bi postao vlasnik garaže, jer kao razlučni vjerovnik svoju tražbinu namiruje iz kupovnine.

No, zato će joj podzemni prostor za smještaj vozila biti predan tek kada uplati 2,64 milijuna kuna sudskih troškova.

Meri Šitić, stečajna upraviteljica “Atrium Spalatuma”, u taj je iznos uračunala gotovo 1,8 milijuna kuna izravnih troškova garaže, a to su komunalna naknada, izrada vještva, troškovi dražbe, čuvanja garaže, električne energije, čistoće, ugradnje i održavanja opreme, te police osiguranja.

Zatim, dodaje upraviteljica, tu su troškovi tvrtke u stečaju, u kojima garaža sudjeluje sa 46,43 posto, jer ona čini jednaki postotak stečajne mase, odnosno s 548.357 kuna, a radi se o troškovima platnog prometa, učešća u bruto plaćama zaposlenika, odvjetničkih usluga, trošku uredskog materijala, telefona, električne energije, vode...

Treća stavka koja je uračunata u iznos koji razlučni vjerovnik kao kupac treba platiti jest 292.978 kuna za nagradu stečajnoj upraviteljici.

– Vladina uredba predviđa da nagrada stečajnog upravitelja iznosi 630 tisuća kuna, a uvećana za 7,5 posto doprinosa iznosi 677.250 kuna. Postotak od 43,26 posto, s koliko garaža sudjeluje u stečajnoj masi, iznosi 292.978 kuna – izračunala je Šitić kolika će joj nagrada sada pripasti.

Garažu ispod Lazarice preuzela zagrebačka agencija za naplatu potraživanja iza koje stoji nizozemski vlasnik

Zagrebačka agencija za naplatu potraživanja “Adriatic Assets”, iza koje stoji nizozemski vlasnik, preuzela je javnu garažu nasuprot splitskog KBC-a koja se prostire na četiri podzemne etaže stambeno poslovne zgrade “Lazarica”.

Na površini od ukupno 3972 četvorna metra nalazi se 341 parkirno mjesto i autopraonica. Do prodaje nekretnine je došlo nakon pet godina vođenja stečaja nad tvrtkom “Atrium Spalatum”, investitorom projekta “Lazarica”.

Vrijednost podzemne garaže sudski vještak je procijenio na 28,85 milijuna kuna, odnosno u protuvrijednosti na 3,9 milijuna eura. Na drugoj javnoj dražbi, održanoj u ožujku ove godine, početna cijena parkirališnog prostora je bila pola tog iznosa.

Licitirale su tri tvrtke koje su uplatile traženu jamčevinu od 1,44 milijuna...
