[alias] => dug-od-441-274-kune-marjan-auto-ce-sveucilistu-vratiti-predajom-automobila [catid] => 253 [published] => 1 [introtext] => [fulltext] => Premda se za ovdašnjeprilike Sveučilište s godišnjim proračunom od pola milijarde kuna doima kao pravi bogataš, istina je da u odnosu na ostala tri velika državna sveučilišta dobiva najmanje novca iz državne blagajne.

Osim toga, iz godine u godinu Ministarstvo znanosti doznačuje mu sve manje novca za materijalne troškove, pa čelnici fakulteta i ostalih sveučilišnih sastavnica imaju sve više problema s održavanjem zgrada i nabavom osnovnih sredstava za rad.

Uglavnom, financijska injekcija ni Sveučilištu ne bi škodila. Recimo, bilo bi odlično kada bi tvrtka “Marjan Auto”, ovlašten serviser Škode i prodavač rabljenih auta, koja već godinama koristi 2100 metara četvornih na sveučilišnom Kampusu, platila dug za zakupninu tog prostora na kojemu bi se trebala izgraditi nova zgrada Umjetničke akademije.

Kako doznajemo, taj dug se do 31. siječnja 2013. popeo na 441.274 kune, a zanimljivo je kako je “Marjan auto” od 1. veljače 2013. do 31. prosinca 2014. bez pravnog temelja koristio navedeni poslovni prostor...

Ni u tom razdoblju nije plaćao zakupninu, pa je iznos duga još puno veći.
Kako bi se podmirila sva ta dugovanja, Sveučilište je pred Trgovačkim sudom pokrenulo postupak protiv “Marjan Auta”, a u prosincu 2014. zaključena je i sudska nagodba. Akademsku ustanovu na sudu je zastupao odvjetnik Miroslav Šarić, dok je stavove autokuće branio odvjetnik Hrvoje Alajbeg.

Isplata u novcu ili kompenzacija

Nagodbom je određeno da će “Marjan Auto” na ime zakupnine “isplatom u novcu ili kompenzacijom kroz predaju u vlasništvo određenih automobila na temelju zahtjeva i narudžbe tužitelja, podmiriti Sveučilištu 441.274 kune zajedno s pripadajućom zateznom kamatom, te troškove ovršnog postupka pred javnim bilježnikom u iznosu od 6028 kuna”. U sudskoj nagodbi navodi se i kako se tuženik, odnosno “Marjan Auto”, obvezuje glavnicu platiti do konca 2014. godine, a kamate do 30. travnja ove godine.

Međutim, nagodbom je određeno i to kako se autokuća za razdoblje kada je bez pravne osnove koristila prostor na Kampusu obvezuje platiti Sveučilištu polovicu visine zakupnine koja je bila važeća do 31. siječnja 2013. godine. U pitanju je iznos od 22.519,99 eura, a taj dug je “Marjan Auto”, sukladno sudskoj nagodbi, dužan platiti do 30. travnja ove godine.

- Realizacijom navedene zaključene sudske nagodbe riješit će se dugovanje “Marjan Auta” i omogućiti nastavak ugovornog zakupnog odnosa između dviju strana - odgovorila nam je Antonija Žaja Čičak iz sveučilišnog Ureda za odnose s javnošću.

Naša sugovornica dodala je i da su se ugovorne strane sporazumjele da će u slučaju potrebe započinjanja pripremnih radova na izgradnji objekata sveučilišnog sadržaja “Marjan Auto” napustiti i isprazniti zakupljeni prostor te ga “predati Sveučilištu slobodnog od osoba i stvari”.

Mehaničari, ne strahujte, umjetnici neće još dugo

Prema analizi poslovanja Sveučilišta u Splitu, a vezano uz ulaganja u zgradu Umjetničke akademije (UMAS), Sveučilište je u lipnju 2012. zaključilo ugovor o izradi projektno-tehničke dokumentacije sa zagrebačkom tvrtkom “EA Studio”, vrijedan 3 milijuna kuna. Budući da za izgradnju nove zgrade UMAS-a još nije riješena financijska konstrukcija, izvjesno je da se “Marjan Auto” uskoro iseliti iz Kampusa.

Osim toga, iz godine u godinu Ministarstvo znanosti doznačuje mu sve manje novca za materijalne troškove, pa čelnici fakulteta i ostalih sveučilišnih sastavnica imaju sve više problema s održavanjem zgrada i nabavom osnovnih sredstava za rad.

Uglavnom, financijska injekcija ni Sveučilištu ne bi škodila. Recimo, bilo bi odlično kada bi tvrtka “Marjan Auto”, ovlašten serviser Škode i prodavač rabljenih auta, koja već godinama koristi 2100 metara četvornih na sveučilišnom Kampusu, platila dug za zakupninu tog prostora na kojemu bi se trebala izgraditi nova zgrada Umjetničke akademije.

Kako doznajemo, taj dug se do 31. siječnja 2013. popeo na 441.274 kune, a zanimljivo je kako je “Marjan auto” od 1. veljače 2013. do 31. prosinca 2014. bez pravnog temelja koristio navedeni poslovni prostor...

Ni u tom razdoblju nije plaćao zakupninu, pa je iznos duga još puno veći.
Kako bi se podmirila sva ta dugovanja, Sveučilište je pred Trgovačkim sudom pokrenulo postupak protiv “Marjan Auta”, a u prosincu 2014. zaključena je i sudska nagodba. Akademsku ustanovu na sudu je zastupao odvjetnik Miroslav Šarić, dok je stavove autokuće branio odvjetnik Hrvoje Alajbeg.

Isplata u novcu ili kompenzacija

Nagodbom je određeno da će “Marjan Auto” na ime zakupnine “isplatom u novcu ili kompenzacijom kroz predaju u vlasništvo određenih automobila na temelju zahtjeva i narudžbe tužitelja, podmiriti Sveučilištu 441.274 kune zajedno s pripadajućom zateznom kamatom, te troškove ovršnog postupka pred javnim bilježnikom u iznosu od 6028 kuna”. U sudskoj nagodbi navodi se i kako se tuženik, odnosno “Marjan Auto”, obvezuje glavnicu platiti do konca 2014. godine, a kamate do 30. travnja ove godine.

Međutim, nagodbom je određeno i to kako se autokuća za razdoblje kada je bez pravne osnove koristila prostor na Kampusu obvezuje platiti Sveučilištu polovicu visine zakupnine koja je bila važeća do 31. siječnja 2013. godine. U pitanju je iznos od 22.519,99 eura, a taj dug je “Marjan Auto”, sukladno sudskoj nagodbi, dužan platiti do 30. travnja ove godine.

- Realizacijom navedene zaključene sudske nagodbe riješit će se dugovanje “Marjan Auta” i omogućiti nastavak ugovornog zakupnog odnosa između dviju strana - odgovorila nam je Antonija Žaja Čičak iz sveučilišnog Ureda za odnose s javnošću.

Naša sugovornica dodala je i da su se ugovorne strane sporazumjele da će u slučaju potrebe započinjanja pripremnih radova na izgradnji objekata sveučilišnog sadržaja “Marjan Auto” napustiti i isprazniti zakupljeni prostor te ga “predati Sveučilištu slobodnog od osoba i stvari”.

Mehaničari, ne strahujte, umjetnici neće još dugo

Prema analizi poslovanja Sveučilišta u Splitu, a vezano uz ulaganja u zgradu Umjetničke akademije (UMAS), Sveučilište je u lipnju 2012. zaključilo ugovor o izradi projektno-tehničke dokumentacije sa zagrebačkom tvrtkom “EA Studio”, vrijedan 3 milijuna kuna. Budući da za izgradnju nove zgrade UMAS-a još nije riješena financijska konstrukcija, izvjesno je da se “Marjan Auto” uskoro iseliti iz Kampusa.
