Kada je 2018. godine pompozno u Društvu arhitekata Split predstavljen natječaj za odabir idejnog urbanističko-arhitektonskog rješenja za nove garaže u našem gradu, nema onoga tko nije bio oduševljen kako će se za 78 milijuna kuna izgraditi šest novih objekata.

"Split parking" bi bio investitor i upravitelj novih garaža, koje bi pak trebale biti jedinstvene, kreativno oblikovane, prepoznatljive, ekološki prihvatljive, inovativne i u skladu s važećim GUP-om. Sanjalo se o 2197 novih garažnih mjesta, na Gripama, u Dobrilinoj na Splitu 3, Trsteniku kod Poliklinike "Kalajžić", na "Ravnim njivama", Lokvama i na Sućidru.

Precizno se doznao i hodogram aktivnosti, pa se kao okvirni početak gradnje iznjedrio prvi dan studenoga 2019. godine.

Prošao je taj studeni i još dva iza njega, pa smo pokušali doznati "gdje je zapelo". I odgovor je, kao i obično u državi gdje je zadnji put red u zemljišnik uveden za vrijeme Austro-Ugarske, imovinsko-pravni problemi!

Dozvole i pobune

Garaža planirana na Ravnim njivama nije dobila građevinsku dozvolu, odbijena je. Na Gripama su se stanari iz okruženja bunili, pa se od tog projekta odustalo. Na Trsteniku Grad nije vlasnik cijelog prostora, a bez "onog drugog" ne ide. Garaže na Lokvama i u Dobrilinoj za mjesec i pol dana očekuje početak radova, odabrani su i izvođači, jednu će graditi "Lavčević", a drugu "M-P-Beton".

I ostao nam Sućidar. Na Perivoju Ane Roje maštovito je osmišljen, osim garažnih mjesta, i cijeli kompleks za javno korištenje, planirali su se tu i sadržaji poput tržnice, balotališta, sportskih terena, igrališta za djecu... No, jedan dio od tih par tisuća kvadrata – a riječ je o tek stotinjak četvornih metara, nalazi se u takozvanom "povratu", stoga Grad nije izdao potvrdu o "pravnom interesu" za izgradnju, premda je izrađen i arhitektonski i glavni projekt.

– Dio zemljišta na kojem je planirana izgradnja nove gradske garaže na lokaciji Perivoj Ane Roje, sa sportsko-rekreacijskim centrom, u postupku je povrata, te je zbog toga došlo do zastoja u realizaciji projekta – kazali su nam u gradskoj u Službi za izgradnju i upravljanje razvojnim projektima.

Načekat ćemo se. Doslovno.

Kada je 2018. godine pompozno u Društvu arhitekata Split predstavljen natječaj za odabir idejnog urbanističko-arhitektonskog rješenja za nove garaže u našem gradu, nema onoga tko nije bio oduševljen kako će se za 78 milijuna kuna izgraditi šest novih objekata.

"Split parking" bi bio investitor i upravitelj novih garaža, koje bi pak trebale biti jedinstvene, kreativno oblikovane, prepoznatljive, ekološki prihvatljive, inovativne i u skladu s važećim GUP-om. Sanjalo se o 2197 novih garažnih mjesta, na Gripama, u Dobrilinoj na Splitu 3, Trsteniku kod Poliklinike "Kalajžić", na "Ravnim njivama", Lokvama i na Sućidru.

Precizno se doznao i hodogram aktivnosti, pa se kao okvirni početak gradnje iznjedrio prvi dan studenoga 2019. godine.

Prošao je taj studeni i još dva iza njega, pa smo pokušali doznati "gdje je zapelo". I odgovor je, kao i obično u državi gdje je zadnji put red u zemljišnik uveden za vrijeme Austro-Ugarske, imovinsko-pravni problemi!

Dozvole i pobune

Garaža planirana na Ravnim njivama nije dobila građevinsku dozvolu, odbijena je. Na Gripama su se stanari iz okruženja bunili, pa se od tog projekta odustalo. Na Trsteniku Grad nije vlasnik cijelog prostora, a bez "onog drugog" ne ide. Garaže na Lokvama i u Dobrilinoj za mjesec i pol dana očekuje početak radova, odabrani su i izvođači, jednu će graditi "Lavčević", a drugu "M-P-Beton".

I ostao nam Sućidar. Na Perivoju Ane Roje maštovito je osmišljen, osim garažnih mjesta, i cijeli kompleks za javno korištenje, planirali su se tu i sadržaji poput tržnice, balotališta, sportskih terena, igrališta za djecu... No, jedan dio od tih par tisuća kvadrata – a riječ je o tek stotinjak četvornih metara, nalazi se u takozvanom "povratu", stoga Grad nije izdao potvrdu o "pravnom interesu" za izgradnju, premda je izrađen i arhitektonski i glavni projekt.

– Dio zemljišta na kojem je planirana izgradnja nove gradske garaže na lokaciji Perivoj Ane Roje, sa sportsko-rekreacijskim centrom, u postupku je povrata, te je zbog toga došlo do zastoja u realizaciji projekta – kazali su nam u gradskoj u Službi za izgradnju i upravljanje razvojnim projektima.

Načekat ćemo se. Doslovno.
