Stotine kvadrata upravne zgrade "Konstruktor-Inženjeringa" u Svačićevoj ulici 4, u centru Splita, bile su izgrađene bez dozvola.

Zbog toga je nekadašnji građevinski div u stečaju nedavno ishodio rješenje o izvedenom stanju i legalizirao dijelove upravne zgrade. Otkriva to izvješće Josipa Hrge, koji je ove godine imenovan za stečajnog upravitelja "Konstruktor-Inženjeringa".

Time su se stekli preduvjeti da se tvrtka u stečaju upiše kao vlasnik legaliziranih dijelova nekretnine.

Naime, "Konstruktor-Inženjering" u stečaju trenutačno je u zemljišnim knjigama upisan samo na kat i pol objekta u Svačićevoj.

– Na tom dijelu nekretnine razlučno pravo ima OTP banka. To pravo banka će možda prodavati. Onaj tko ga kupi morat će snositi dio troškova stečajnog postupka – otkriva stečajni upravitelj Hrga.

Za drugi dio zgrade, koji je donedavno bio nelegalan, a radi se o više stotina kvadrata, "Konstruktor-Inženjering" u stečaju podnio je prijedlog da se upiše kao vlasnik.

Ujedno će se izbrisati upis društvenog vlasništva s pravom korištenja tvrtke "Hidroelektrana na Cetini" iz Omiša. Kako otkriva izvješće Josipa Hrge, pravnica nekadašnjega građevinskog giganta uspjela je od HEP-a, kao sljednika "Hidroelektrane na Cetini", dobiti presliku ugovora o kupoprodaji iz 1966. godine i tabularne izjave HEP-a iz 2008., ovjerenu kod javnog bilježnika. Tu dokumentaciju je "Konstruktor-Inženjering" u stečaju, radi uknjižbe vlasništva, predao u zemljišnik Općinskog suda u Splitu.

Istočni dio upravne zgrade, a riječ je o aneksu do crkve Gospe od Zdravlja, prema riječima stečajnog upravitelja Hrge, treba etažirati i podnijeti prijedlog za uknjižbu.

Uza sve to "Konstruktor-Inženjering" u stečaju vodi pet parnica kako bi pobio kupoprodaje i prijenose prava na zgradu u Svačićevoj na "Konstruktor-Plan", "Konstruktor-Biro"..., koje je prije otvaranja stečaja potpisao bivši direktor Željko Žderić.

– Radnici su naplaćeni u iznosu od 23 posto i potražuju još između 40 i 50 milijuna kuna. No njihova naplata ovisi o tome kako će završiti navedene parnice i za koliki iznos će se nakon toga prodati dijelovi upravne zgrade koji nisu opterećeni razlučnim pravom – ističe Josip Hrga.

Stotine kvadrata upravne zgrade "Konstruktor-Inženjeringa" u Svačićevoj ulici 4, u centru Splita, bile su izgrađene bez dozvola.

Zbog toga je nekadašnji građevinski div u stečaju nedavno ishodio rješenje o izvedenom stanju i legalizirao dijelove upravne zgrade. Otkriva to izvješće Josipa Hrge, koji je ove godine imenovan za stečajnog upravitelja "Konstruktor-Inženjeringa".

Time su se stekli preduvjeti da se tvrtka u stečaju upiše kao vlasnik legaliziranih dijelova nekretnine.

Naime, "Konstruktor-Inženjering" u stečaju trenutačno je u zemljišnim knjigama upisan samo na kat i pol objekta u Svačićevoj.

– Na tom dijelu nekretnine razlučno pravo ima OTP banka. To pravo banka će možda prodavati. Onaj tko ga kupi morat će snositi dio troškova stečajnog postupka – otkriva stečajni upravitelj Hrga.

Za drugi dio zgrade, koji je donedavno bio nelegalan, a radi se o više stotina kvadrata, "Konstruktor-Inženjering" u stečaju podnio je prijedlog da se upiše kao vlasnik.

Ujedno će se izbrisati upis društvenog vlasništva s pravom korištenja tvrtke "Hidroelektrana na Cetini" iz Omiša. Kako otkriva izvješće Josipa Hrge, pravnica nekadašnjega građevinskog giganta uspjela je od HEP-a, kao sljednika "Hidroelektrane na Cetini", dobiti presliku ugovora o kupoprodaji iz 1966. godine i tabularne izjave HEP-a iz 2008., ovjerenu kod javnog bilježnika. Tu dokumentaciju je "Konstruktor-Inženjering" u stečaju, radi uknjižbe vlasništva, predao u zemljišnik Općinskog suda u Splitu.

Istočni dio upravne zgrade, a riječ je o aneksu do crkve Gospe od Zdravlja, prema riječima stečajnog upravitelja Hrge, treba etažirati i podnijeti prijedlog za uknjižbu.

Uza sve to "Konstruktor-Inženjering" u stečaju vodi pet parnica kako bi pobio kupoprodaje i prijenose prava na zgradu u Svačićevoj na "Konstruktor-Plan", "Konstruktor-Biro"..., koje je prije otvaranja stečaja potpisao bivši direktor Željko Žderić.

– Radnici su naplaćeni u iznosu od 23 posto i potražuju još između 40 i 50 milijuna kuna. No njihova naplata ovisi o tome kako će završiti navedene parnice i za koliki iznos će se nakon toga prodati dijelovi upravne zgrade koji nisu opterećeni razlučnim pravom – ističe Josip Hrga.
