Povodom novim informacija koje su se pojavile u medijima, a koje se odnose na kvalitetu zraka mjernih postaja na Brdima, oglasili su se iz Luke d.d. čije priopćenje prenosimo u cijelosti. 

- U povodu objave novog preliminarnog izvještaja o ispitivanju kvalitete zraka s mjernih postaja na Brdima osvrnuti ćemo se na nove, ali i na do sada objavljene preliminarne izvještaje.

Vezano za izmjereni UTT (ukupnu taložnu tvar) iz prvog preliminarnog izvještaja, a referirajući se na višestruku izmjerenu količinu taložnih čestica, navodimo da ista dolazi sa svih zemljanih površina čitavog područja industrijske zone, koje je nekoliko puta veće od same površine lučkog područja pod upravljanjem Luke d.d.

Danas objavljeni rezultati drugog preliminarnog izvještaja o ispitivanju kvalitete zraka lebdećih čestica (LČ PM10) na splitskim Brdima s mjernih postaja Brda 1 i Brda 2 potvrdila su kako ne postoji prekoračenje vrijednosti nikla, već isključivo povremenih prekoračenja arsena. Radi se o ukupno 7 od 30 dana mjerenja kada su izmjerena prekoračenja graničnih vrijednosti na mjernoj stanici Brda 1 (i samo 1 dan na mjernoj stanici Brda 2). Prosječna vrijednost količine arsena tijekom cijelog navedenog perioda ispitivanja je u granici dozvoljenih srednjih godišnjih graničnih vrijednosti.

„Mi smo u ovom trenutku, kao javno prozvana strana, prvenstveno zainteresirani da se otkrije otkud povremeno arsen u zraku na mjernoj postaji Brda 1 i pozivamo nadležne institucije da istraže sve moguće izvore onečišćenja na sjeveroistoku Splita. Razumijemo zabrinutost građana i zbog toga smo još ranije samoinicijativno uzorkovali i inicirali dodatne analize tereta kojih rezultate očekujemo ovih dana. Redovito nas obilaze inspekcije koje nisu utvrdile propuste. U ovom trenutku ne nalazimo mogući izvor tog povremenog prekoračenja arsena u zraku iz tereta na lučkom području pod upravljanjem Luke d.d., kao ni u procesima prekrcaja unutar luke. Luka d.d. u svom redovitom poslovanju već dulje vrijeme, a ne povremeno, kako se tvrdi u dijelu javnosti, poduzima sve raspoložive mjere protiv prašenja, uključujući i nabavu posebnog vatrogasnog vozila koje se koristi kod polijevanja tereta.“, izjavio je direktor Filip Rogošić.

Dva različita inspektora inspekcija zaštite okoliša su 27. ožujka 2023. te ponovno 4. travnja 2023. temeljem napisa u medijima o emisijama prašine s troske uskladištene u Sjevernoj luci u Splitu, obavila nenajavljene inspekcijske nadzore tijekom kojih su utvrdili da Luka d.d. poduzima niz mjera i maksimalan angažman u cilju smanjenja emisija prašine s lučkog područja i negativnog utjecaja iste na okoliš. Utvrđeno je da se tijekom nadzora obavljao ukrcaj troske s otvorenog skladišnog prostora u kamione i odvoz iste s lokacije, da nije uočeno prašenje te nisu utvrđene nepravilnosti iz nadležnosti inspekcije zaštite okoliša, stoji u priopćenju.

Povodom novim informacija koje su se pojavile u medijima, a koje se odnose na kvalitetu zraka mjernih postaja na Brdima, oglasili su se iz Luke d.d. čije priopćenje prenosimo u cijelosti. 

- U povodu objave novog preliminarnog izvještaja o ispitivanju kvalitete zraka s mjernih postaja na Brdima osvrnuti ćemo se na nove, ali i na do sada objavljene preliminarne izvještaje.

Vezano za izmjereni UTT (ukupnu taložnu tvar) iz prvog preliminarnog izvještaja, a referirajući se na višestruku izmjerenu količinu taložnih čestica, navodimo da ista dolazi sa svih zemljanih površina čitavog područja industrijske zone, koje je nekoliko puta veće od same površine lučkog područja pod upravljanjem Luke d.d.

Danas objavljeni rezultati drugog preliminarnog izvještaja o ispitivanju kvalitete zraka lebdećih čestica (LČ PM10) na splitskim Brdima s mjernih postaja Brda 1 i Brda 2 potvrdila su kako ne postoji prekoračenje vrijednosti nikla, već isključivo povremenih prekoračenja arsena. Radi se o ukupno 7 od 30 dana mjerenja kada su izmjerena prekoračenja graničnih vrijednosti na mjernoj stanici Brda 1 (i samo 1 dan na mjernoj stanici Brda 2). Prosječna vrijednost količine arsena tijekom cijelog navedenog perioda ispitivanja je u granici dozvoljenih srednjih godišnjih graničnih vrijednosti.

„Mi smo u ovom trenutku, kao javno prozvana strana, prvenstveno zainteresirani da se otkrije otkud povremeno arsen u zraku na mjernoj postaji Brda 1 i pozivamo nadležne institucije da istraže sve moguće izvore onečišćenja na sjeveroistoku Splita. Razumijemo zabrinutost građana i zbog toga smo još ranije samoinicijativno uzorkovali i inicirali dodatne analize tereta kojih rezultate očekujemo ovih dana. Redovito nas obilaze inspekcije koje nisu utvrdile propuste. U ovom trenutku ne nalazimo mogući izvor tog povremenog prekoračenja arsena u zraku iz tereta na lučkom području pod upravljanjem Luke d.d., kao ni u procesima prekrcaja unutar luke. Luka d.d. u svom redovitom poslovanju već dulje vrijeme, a ne povremeno, kako se tvrdi u dijelu javnosti, poduzima sve raspoložive mjere protiv prašenja, uključujući i nabavu posebnog vatrogasnog vozila koje se koristi kod polijevanja tereta.“, izjavio je direktor Filip Rogošić.

Dva različita inspektora inspekcija zaštite okoliša su 27. ožujka 2023. te ponovno 4. travnja 2023. temeljem napisa u medijima o emisijama prašine s troske uskladištene u Sjevernoj luci u Splitu, obavila nenajavljene inspekcijske nadzore tijekom kojih su utvrdili da Luka d.d. poduzima niz mjera i maksimalan angažman u cilju smanjenja emisija prašine s lučkog područja i negativnog utjecaja iste na okoliš. Utvrđeno je da se tijekom nadzora obavljao ukrcaj troske s otvorenog skladišnog prostora u kamione i odvoz iste s lokacije, da nije uočeno prašenje te nisu utvrđene nepravilnosti iz nadležnosti inspekcije zaštite okoliša, stoji u priopćenju.

Povodom novim informacija koje su se pojavile u medijima, a koje se odnose na kvalitetu zraka mjernih postaja na Brdima, oglasili su se iz Luke d.d. čije priopćenje prenosimo u cijelosti. 

- U povodu objave novog preliminarnog izvještaja o ispitivanju kvalitete zraka s mjernih postaja na Brdima osvrnuti ćemo se na nove, ali i na do sada objavljene preliminarne izvještaje.

Vezano za izmjereni UTT (ukupnu taložnu tvar) iz prvog preliminarnog izvještaja, a referirajući se na višestruku izmjerenu količinu taložnih čestica, navodimo da ista dolazi sa svih zemljanih površina čitavog područja industrijske zone, koje je nekoliko puta veće od same površine lučkog područja pod upravljanjem Luke d.d.
