Nakon što je kandidatkinja Možemo! i Nove ljevice Tamara Visković prozvala odgovorne iz Luke Split radi ugrožavanja zdravlja ljudi opasnim česticama iz Sjeverne luke, iz ove firme su poslali reakciju za javnost.

- Sjeverna luka Split je teretna luka za prekrcaj tereta s tradicijom dugom 77 godina i nalazi se u industrijskoj zoni, ne stambeno-industrijskoj, nego industrijskoj zoni. Godine 2005. tadašnja gradska vlast, s gospođom Visković kao vijećnicom, prenamijenila je samo mali dio zemljišta iz industrijske u mješovitu namjenu, u svrhu izgradnje zgrade iznad glavne prometnice s pogledom na Sjevernu luku. Spomenuta zgrada dobila je uporabnu dozvolu 2010. godine dok svi ostali "stambeni" (ilegalni?) objekti izgrađeni uz neposrednu blizinu Sjeverne luke pripadaju industrijskoj zoni - navodi Filip Rogošić, direktor Luke Split.

Spomenuta zgrada dobila je uporabnu dozvolu 2010 g., dok svi ostali „stambeni“ objekti izgrađeni uz neposrednu blizinu Sjeverne luke pripadaju industrijskoj zoni. Navedeno potvrđuje priložena slika GUP-a.

Dodaje kako ne stoji izjava Tamare Visković da Luka d.d. ulaže u novu mehanizaciju zbog ekstra profita jer se u Sjevernu luku nije ulagalo posljednjih 20 godina, odnosno do dolaska sadašnje uprave.

- Svrha ulaganja u novu mehanizaciju bila je upravo ekološka učinkovitost budući se novim strojevima skraćuje vrijeme rada i posljedično eliminiraju emisije istih u okoliš. Također, ne stoji da je promet u Sjevernoj luci veći za pedeset puta od projektiranog kapaciteta. Luka d.d. je 2019. godine koristila samo 30 posto raspoloživih kapaciteta, dok trenutno koristi otprilike 70 posto.

Teret ugljena se nalazi u zatvorenom skladištu te su nam trenutno sva zatvorena skladišta popunjena, a upravo u skladu s propisima vrata skladišta moraju biti otvorena zbog provjetravanja. Rasuti teret starog željeza koje nalazi na otvorenom, kao i u svakoj luci na svijetu, nije štetan za zdravlje što su i dokazale brojne inspekcije - naglašava Rogošić.

- Sve navedeno kandidatkinje liste Možemo! mogle su doznati kroz razgovor i posjetu Sjeverne Luke. Vjerujemo kako bi njihove izjave bile manje ishitrene i jednostrane da su odvojile vrijeme i upoznale se sa svim činjenicama, a ne samo sa pritužbama pojedinaca. Tako su mogle doznati kako je Sjeverna Luka neprestano izložena inspekcijskom nadzoru upravo zbog privatnih interesa pojedinaca kojima smeta pogled na staro željezo, kako buka vozila koje noću prolazi obližnjom prometnicom nadmašuje dozvoljenu buku, kako smo samoinicijativno pokrenuli projekt Revitalizacije Sjeverne luke kojim bi riješili pitanje odvodnje i kanalizacije budući je područje Sjeverne Luke izostavljeno iz Aglomeracije Grada Splita, a upravo se kanalizacija ilegalno priključenih „stambenih“ objekata s područja Brda izlijeva u more.

Luka d.d. radi sukladno propisanim i važećim zakonima RH i krajnji cilj joj je modernizacija i ekološka učinkovitost. Stoga smatram kako je neposredno ugrožavanje egzistencije stotina obitelji nauštrb privatnog interesa i komoditeta pojedinaca, odnosno u svrhu prikupljanja političkih poena i to bez konkretnih rješenja i prethodno provjerenih činjenica, krajnje neprofesionalno. Gospođo Visković, Vi kao dugogodišnja gradska vijećnica i kandidatkinja za gradonačelnicu Grada Splita, trebali bi znati da je upravo Grad Split drugi po veličini dioničar Luke d.d.- poručuje Rogošić.

Nakon što je kandidatkinja Možemo! i Nove ljevice Tamara Visković prozvala odgovorne iz Luke Split radi ugrožavanja zdravlja ljudi opasnim česticama iz Sjeverne luke, iz ove firme su poslali reakciju za javnost.

- Sjeverna luka Split je teretna luka za prekrcaj tereta s tradicijom dugom 77 godina i nalazi se u industrijskoj zoni, ne stambeno-industrijskoj, nego industrijskoj zoni. Godine 2005. tadašnja gradska vlast, s gospođom Visković kao vijećnicom, prenamijenila je samo mali dio zemljišta iz industrijske u mješovitu namjenu, u svrhu izgradnje zgrade iznad glavne prometnice s pogledom na Sjevernu luku. Spomenuta zgrada dobila je uporabnu dozvolu 2010. godine dok svi ostali "stambeni" (ilegalni?) objekti izgrađeni uz neposrednu blizinu Sjeverne luke pripadaju industrijskoj zoni - navodi Filip Rogošić, direktor Luke Split.

Dodaje kako ne stoji izjava Tamare Visković da Luka d.d. ulaže u novu mehanizaciju zbog ekstra profita jer se u Sjevernu luku nije ulagalo posljednjih 20 godina, odnosno do dolaska sadašnje uprave.

- Svrha ulaganja u novu mehanizaciju bila je upravo ekološka učinkovitost budući se novim strojevima skraćuje vrijeme rada i posljedično eliminiraju emisije istih u okoliš. Također, ne stoji da je promet u Sjevernoj luci veći za pedeset puta od projektiranog kapaciteta. Luka d.d. je 2019. godine koristila samo 30 posto raspoloživih kapaciteta, dok trenutno koristi otprilike 70 posto.

Teret ugljena se nalazi u zatvorenom skladištu te su nam trenutno sva zatvorena skladišta popunjena, a upravo u skladu s propisima vrata skladišta moraju biti otvorena zbog provjetravanja. Rasuti teret starog željeza koje nalazi na otvorenom, kao i u svakoj luci na svijetu, nije štetan za zdravlje što su i dokazale brojne inspekcije - naglašava Rogošić.

- Sve navedeno kandidatkinje liste Možemo! mogle su doznati kroz razgovor i posjetu Sjeverne Luke. Vjerujemo kako bi njihove izjave bile manje ishitrene i jednostrane da su odvojile vrijeme i upoznale se sa svim činjenicama, a ne samo sa pritužbama pojedinaca. Tako su mogle doznati kako je Sjeverna Luka neprestano izložena inspekcijskom nadzoru upravo zbog privatnih interesa pojedinaca kojima smeta pogled na staro željezo, kako buka vozila koje noću prolazi obližnjom prometnicom nadmašuje dozvoljenu buku, kako smo samoinicijativno pokrenuli projekt Revitalizacije Sjeverne luke kojim bi riješili pitanje odvodnje i kanalizacije budući je područje Sjeverne Luke izostavljeno iz Aglomeracije Grada Splita, a upravo se kanalizacija ilegalno priključenih „stambenih“ objekata s područja Brda izlijeva u more.

Luka d.d. radi sukladno propisanim i važećim zakonima RH i krajnji cilj joj je modernizacija i ekološka učinkovitost. Stoga smatram kako je neposredno ugrožavanje egzistencije stotina obitelji nauštrb privatnog interesa i komoditeta pojedinaca, odnosno u svrhu prikupljanja političkih poena i to bez konkretnih rješenja i prethodno provjerenih činjenica, krajnje neprofesionalno. Gospođo Visković, Vi kao dugogodišnja gradska vijećnica i kandidatkinja za gradonačelnicu Grada Splita, trebali bi znati da je upravo Grad Split drugi po veličini dioničar Luke d.d.- poručuje Rogošić.
