San mnogih mladih ljudi jest da upoznaju veličinu i bogatstvo naše graditeljske i arhitektonske baštine te da nastave gdje su ranije generacije stale. Upravo to je moguće na splitskom Građevinsko-arhitektonskom fakultetu.

Visokoškolsko obrazovanje u području graditeljstva u Splitu je počelo još 1971. godine, studij arhitekture ustrojava se 2003., a od lani je svoj dugo očekivani studij dobila i geodetska struka. Tako je splitski GAF postao jedina institucija u Hrvatskoj gdje se interaktivno razvija jaka graditeljska zajednica urbanizma, arhitekture, građevinarstva i geodezije.

Nastavnici svjetskog renomea

Fakultet surađuje s uspješnim građevinskim tvrtkama, koje traže najbolje studente GAF-a, stipendiraju ih i dodjeljuju im posao. Kako je arhitektura orijentirana prema mediteranskim temama i urbanoj kulturi, postoji velik raspon kasnijih zanimanja – od projektantskih, konzervatorskih i edukacijskih preko graditeljskih do javnih službi.

GAF je podrška graditeljskom i gospodarskom razvoju regije, pruža mogućnost inženjerima geodezije za cjeloživotno usavršavanje u institucijama i tvrtkama poput Katastra i Geodetskog zavoda te desetaka geodetskih i građevinskih tvrtki u Splitu i regiji.

Posebno treba naglasiti potrebu studija geodezije i geoinformatike u Splitu radi hidrografskih izmjera u Jadranskome moru te razvijanja posebnog područja geodezije koje je vezano uz projektiranje i izgradnju brodova u našim brodogradilištima.

Na GAF-u predaju profesori iz Splita i cijele Hrvatske, a dijelom i iz inozemstva. Velik dio njih imena su svjetskog renomea, svojevrsne zvijezde u svijetu arhitekture, što je posebno atraktivno za studente iz drugih dijelova Hrvatske, koji radi njih dolaze studirati u Split.

Uz to, splitski je studij malen i intiman, s tridesetak studenata na godini, što mu daje posebnu, gotovo atelijersku draž i atmosferu. U maniri nekadašnjih majstorskih radionica njeguje se prisni i intenzivni mentorski rad. Studente se redovito vodi na teren te u obilazak zanimljivih objekata, a na studiju geodezije, već od prve godine, studentima su dostupni najnovija tehnologija, GPS i satelitske snimke kao podloga za rad. Osigurane su im i primjerene dvorane, laboratoriji, knjižnica te restoran studentske prehrane.

Studij je pokretljiv i znatiželjan - potiče mobilnost studenata i nastavnika, ostvaruje razmjene s istaknutim europskim arhitektonskim školama te organizira međunarodne radionice.

Na temelju kvalitete radova na međunarodnim radionicama europski fakulteti često nude stipendije splitskim studentima. Tvrtka Cemex nudi i natječaj za najbolji projekt na kojem rade timovi studenata.

Posebno važno je što mogu sudjelovati u izgradnji urbanističke slike našega grada pa su tako studenti arhitekture nedavno pobijedili na natječaju za zapadnu obalu.

Rad bez radnog vremena i dobra zarada

Raditi u graditeljstvu znači baviti se dinamičnim, zanimljivim i odgovornim poslom, podrazumijeva komunikaciju s mnogim ljudima različitih struka. Često znači i rad bez radnog vremena, ali i dobru zaradu.

Za arhitekturu je potrebna i strast, jer ona angažira sva osjetila i kreativne sposobnosti.

A geodeti nikad nisu bili potrebniji. Upravo zato, ako odaberete splitski GAF, studirat ćete na suvremenoj instituciji, dokazanoj i prepoznatljivoj, koja ima realne ambicije da postane mediteranski lider u obrazovanju i znanostima graditeljstva.

Izložbe projekata i radova

Svake godine se organiziraju i izložbe najvažnijih projekata i najboljih radova, nerijetko studentskih. Uskoro će se prezentirati radovi vezani uz istočni dio Rive, pazar, potez od kazališta preko Prokurativa do obale, kroz koje arhitekti ističu važnost jedinstvene svjetske teme transformacije palače u grad.

San mnogih mladih ljudi jest da upoznaju veličinu i bogatstvo naše graditeljske i arhitektonske baštine te da nastave gdje su ranije generacije stale. Upravo to je moguće na splitskom Građevinsko-arhitektonskom fakultetu.

Visokoškolsko obrazovanje u području graditeljstva u Splitu je počelo još 1971. godine, studij arhitekture ustrojava se 2003., a od lani je svoj dugo očekivani studij dobila i geodetska struka. Tako je splitski GAF postao jedina institucija u Hrvatskoj gdje se interaktivno razvija jaka graditeljska zajednica urbanizma, arhitekture, građevinarstva i geodezije.

Nastavnici svjetskog renomea

Fakultet surađuje s uspješnim građevinskim tvrtkama, koje traže najbolje studente GAF-a, stipendiraju ih i dodjeljuju im posao. Kako je arhitektura orijentirana prema mediteranskim temama i urbanoj kulturi, postoji velik raspon kasnijih zanimanja – od projektantskih, konzervatorskih i edukacijskih preko graditeljskih do javnih službi.

GAF je podrška graditeljskom i gospodarskom razvoju regije, pruža mogućnost inženjerima geodezije za cjeloživotno usavršavanje u institucijama i tvrtkama poput Katastra i Geodetskog zavoda te desetaka geodetskih i građevinskih tvrtki u Splitu i regiji.

Posebno treba naglasiti potrebu studija geodezije i geoinformatike u Splitu radi hidrografskih izmjera u Jadranskome moru te razvijanja posebnog područja geodezije koje je vezano uz projektiranje i izgradnju brodova u našim brodogradilištima.

Na GAF-u predaju profesori iz Splita i cijele Hrvatske, a dijelom i iz inozemstva. Velik dio njih imena su svjetskog renomea, svojevrsne zvijezde u svijetu arhitekture, što je posebno atraktivno za studente iz drugih dijelova Hrvatske, koji radi njih dolaze studirati u Split.

Uz to, splitski je studij malen i intiman, s tridesetak studenata na godini, što mu daje posebnu, gotovo atelijersku draž i atmosferu. U maniri nekadašnjih majstorskih radionica njeguje se prisni i intenzivni mentorski rad. Studente se redovito vodi na teren te u obilazak zanimljivih objekata, a na studiju geodezije, već od prve godine, studentima su dostupni najnovija tehnologija, GPS i satelitske snimke kao podloga za rad. Osigurane su im i primjerene dvorane, laboratoriji, knjižnica te restoran studentske prehrane.

Studij je pokretljiv i znatiželjan - potiče mobilnost studenata i nastavnika, ostvaruje razmjene s istaknutim europskim arhitektonskim školama te organizira međunarodne radionice.

Na temelju kvalitete radova na međunarodnim radionicama europski fakulteti često nude stipendije splitskim studentima. Tvrtka Cemex nudi i natječaj za najbolji projekt na kojem rade timovi studenata.

Posebno važno je što mogu sudjelovati u izgradnji urbanističke slike našega grada pa su tako studenti arhitekture nedavno pobijedili na natječaju za zapadnu obalu.

Rad bez radnog vremena i dobra zarada

Raditi u graditeljstvu znači baviti se dinamičnim, zanimljivim i odgovornim poslom, podrazumijeva komunikaciju s mnogim ljudima različitih struka. Često znači i rad bez radnog vremena, ali i dobru zaradu.

Za arhitekturu je potrebna i strast, jer ona angažira sva osjetila i kreativne sposobnosti.

A geodeti nikad nisu bili potrebniji. Upravo zato, ako odaberete splitski GAF, studirat ćete na suvremenoj instituciji, dokazanoj i prepoznatljivoj, koja ima realne ambicije da postane mediteranski lider u obrazovanju i znanostima graditeljstva.

Izložbe projekata i radova

Svake godine se organiziraju i izložbe najvažnijih projekata i najboljih radova, nerijetko studentskih. Uskoro će se prezentirati radovi vezani uz istočni dio Rive, pazar, potez od kazališta preko Prokurativa do obale, kroz koje arhitekti ističu važnost jedinstvene svjetske teme transformacije palače u grad.
