Ne bujaju samo cijene nekretnina u prodaji već se pregrijevanje prelijeva i na tržište najma, piše Poslovni.hr. To se posebno odnosi na Zagreb, gdje su najtraženiji stanovi površine 40 kvadratnih metara, za koje je renta iznosi 351 euro. To bi bilo 10,6 eura po kvadratu, pokazuje analiza internetskog oglasnika Njuškalo.

Od 11.770 oglašenih stanova za najam diljem zemlje, na Zagreb otpada 45 posto. U Primorsko-goranskoj županiji je 29 posto stanova, od čega su dvije trećine u Rijeci.

Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji pripada 16 posto svih oglašenih stanova, pri čemu je njih 86 posto u Splitu.

U Zagrebu su cijene uvjerljivo najviše. Slijede Dubrovnik i Split te Rijeka kao jedini veći grad u kojem cijena najma nije rasla.

U Splitu se uglavnom traže stanovi od 40 metara kvadratnih, po prosječno 369 eura, no većina ih je dostupna samo izvan sezone.

Ne bujaju samo cijene nekretnina u prodaji već se pregrijevanje prelijeva i na tržište najma, piše Poslovni.hr. To se posebno odnosi na Zagreb, gdje su najtraženiji stanovi površine 40 kvadratnih metara, za koje je renta iznosi 351 euro. To bi bilo 10,6 eura po kvadratu, pokazuje analiza internetskog oglasnika Njuškalo.

Od 11.770 oglašenih stanova za najam diljem zemlje, na Zagreb otpada 45 posto. U Primorsko-goranskoj županiji je 29 posto stanova, od čega su dvije trećine u Rijeci.

Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji pripada 16 posto svih oglašenih stanova, pri čemu je njih 86 posto u Splitu.

U Zagrebu su cijene uvjerljivo najviše. Slijede Dubrovnik i Split te Rijeka kao jedini veći grad u kojem cijena najma nije rasla.

U Splitu se uglavnom traže stanovi od 40 metara kvadratnih, po prosječno 369 eura, no većina ih je dostupna samo izvan sezone.

Cijene nekretnina nastavljaju rasti, a Splićani imaju i dodatan problem: evo kakvi se stanovi najviše traže u Splitu i pošto se prodaju

Ne bujaju samo cijene nekretnina u prodaji već se pregrijevanje prelijeva i na tržište najma, piše Poslovni.hr. To se posebno odnosi na Zagreb, gdje su najtraženiji stanovi površine 40 kvadratnih metara, za koje je renta iznosi 351 euro. To bi bilo 10,6 eura po kvadratu, pokazuje analiza internetskog oglasnika Njuškalo.

Od 11.770 oglašenih stanova za najam diljem zemlje, na Zagreb otpada 45 posto. U Primorsko-goranskoj županiji je 29 posto stanova, od čega su dvije trećine u Rijeci.

Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji pripada 16 posto svih oglašenih stanova, pri čemu je njih 86 posto u Splitu.

U Zagrebu su cijene uvjerljivo najviše. Slijede Dubrovnik i Split te Rijeka kao jedini veći grad u kojem cijena najma nije rasla.

U Splitu se uglavnom traže stanovi od 40 metara kvad...
