Na prozivke splitskih SDP-ovca o uređenju Žnjana i cijeni montažnih kućica odgovorio je Krešimir Budiša, savjetnik gradonačelnika za projekte i EU fondove.
Splitski SDP napada vladajuće: Montažne objekte na Žnjanu ste plaćali 23.625 kune po kvadratu, a Tehnix ih sada u Petrinji nudi za 4.166 kune!
- Ne kaže se bezveze da se nekada treba znati, narodski rečeno "pokriti ušima i šutjeti". Evo samo nekoliko činjeničnih podataka: javnost je bila upoznata sa cijelim procesom "privremenog" i konačnog rješenja na Žnjanu, cijeli je postupak potpuno transparentno vođen natječajima.
Grad Split je potpuno zakonito vodio dva procesa, privremeni, s jasnim razlogom, što konačno rješenje traži određeno vrijeme za pripremu dokumentacije, koje je iskreno potrajalo duže nego što je inicijalno bilo planirano. I to je cijeli "krimen" ovog mandata - kazao nam je savjetnik gradonačelnika za razvoj grada i EU fondove.

Riječ je, kaže, o najvećem projektu u gradu posljednjih 40 godina u kojem su brojni pokušavali žalbama i pritužbama odgađati proces, zbog čega dijelom projekt nije realiziran prvotno planiranom dinamikom.
- Vlada je raspisala natječaj za koncesiju, sva dokumentacija je pripremljena i dozvole su dobivene, proces je došao pred realizaciju. Ostala je prijava na natječaj za koncesiju od gradskog društva, dobivanje predmetne koncesije, osiguranje financijske konstrukcije, izvedba, ali papirnata faza je praktički gotova - veli nam Budiša.
- Kada govorimo o troškovima – 36 objekata na Žnjanskom platou su plaćeni 8.260.000 kuna ili 19.120 kuna po metru četvornom, međutim, prihod Grada Splita i Spalatum DMC ukupno u tri godine od istih tih objekata i terasa iznosi 8.909.550 kuna. Grad je već u plusu za 650.000 kuna - kaže nam gradonačelnikov savjetnik.
- Sva oprema je već sada isplaćena, a zlonamjerno povlačenje paralela između potresom razrušenog područja i cijene po "kvadratu" građevinskih stambenih kontejnera te kompleksnih tipskih objekata za ugostiteljstvo čvrste čelične konstrukcije, sa šankom, s mogućnošću otvaranja svih ploha te s vanjskim oplatama otpornima na posolicu, jugo, buru i sve moguće atmosferilije - dodaje.

Ono što ga žalosti je prozivanje da radovi tada izvedeni nisu bili u skladu sa prostorno planskom dokumentacijom te dozvolama za struju, vodu i kanalizaciju.
- Neki drugi gradski vijećnici još u doba postavljanja fotografirali su sve pojedinačne radove te su ih prijavili građevinskoj inspekciji, koja je prijavu odbacila i potvrdila da su radovi rađeni sukladno Pravilniku o jednostavnim građevinama i radovima.
Za vrijeme mandata SDP-a, osim same činjenice da je više desetaka ilegalnih objekata bilo izgrađeno na platou prvi red do mora, te su isti imali septičke jame na samim plažama, od čega je dio odlazio u more, a Grad Split je podmirivao najveći dio troškova vode tim istim bespravnim ugostiteljskim objektima - otkriva nam Budiša.
Sumirao je na kraju da je "privremeni" Žnjan poslužio koliko je trebao, isplatio je sam sebe, a građani su u međuvremenu bili lišeni ispuštanja kanalizacije u more, dok je spremljena kompletna dokumentacija za konačni projekt.

Na prozivke splitskih SDP-ovca o uređenju Žnjana i cijeni montažnih kućica odgovorio je Krešimir Budiša, savjetnik gradonačelnika za projekte i EU fondove.
Splitski SDP napada vladajuće: Montažne objekte na Žnjanu ste plaćali 23.625 kune po kvadratu, a Tehnix ih sada u Petrinji nudi za 4.166 kune!
- Ne kaže se bezveze da se nekada treba znati, narodski rečeno "pokriti ušima i šutjeti". Evo samo nekoliko činjeničnih podataka: javnost je bila upoznata sa cijelim procesom "privremenog" i konačnog rješenja na Žnjanu, cijeli je postupak potpuno transparentno vođen natječajima.
Grad Split je potpuno zakonito vodio dva procesa, privremeni, s jasnim razlogom, što konačno rješenje traži određeno vrijeme za pripremu dokumentacije, koje je iskreno potrajalo duže nego što je inicijalno bilo planirano. I to je cijeli "krimen" ovog mandata - kazao nam je savjetnik gradonačelnika za razvoj grada i EU fondove.

Riječ je, kaže, o najvećem projektu u gradu posljednjih 40 godina u kojem su brojni pokušavali žalbama i pritužbama odgađati proces, zbog čega dijelom projekt nije realiziran prvotno planiranom dinamikom.
- Vlada je raspisala natječaj za koncesiju, sva dokumentacija je pripremljena i dozvole su dobivene, proces je došao pred realizaciju. Ostala je prijava na natječaj za koncesiju od gradskog društva, dobivanje predmetne koncesije, osiguranje financijske konstrukcije, izvedba, ali papirnata faza je praktički gotova - veli nam Budiša.
- Kada govorimo o troškovima – 36 objekata na Žnjanskom platou su plaćeni 8.260.000 kuna ili 19.120 kuna po metru četvornom, međutim, prihod Grada Splita i Spalatum DMC ukupno u tri godine od istih tih objekata i terasa iznosi 8.909.550 kuna. Grad je već u plusu za 650.000 kuna - kaže nam gradonačelnikov savjetnik.
- Sva oprema je već sada isplaćena, a zlonamjerno povlačenje paralela između potresom razrušenog područja i cijene po "kvadratu" građevinskih stambenih kontejnera te kompleksnih tipskih objekata za ugostiteljstvo čvrste čelične konstrukcije, sa šankom, s mogućnošću otvaranja svih ploha te s vanjskim oplatama otpornima na posolicu, jugo, buru i sve moguće atmosferilije - dodaje.

Ono što ga žalosti je prozivanje da radovi tada izvedeni nisu bili u skladu sa prostorno planskom dokumentacijom te dozvolama za struju, vodu i kanalizaciju.
- Neki drugi gradski vijećnici još u doba postavljanja fotografirali su sve pojedinačne radove te su ih prijavili građevinskoj inspekciji, koja je prijavu odbacila i potvrdila da su radovi rađeni sukladno Pravilniku o jednostavnim građevinama i radovima.
Za vrijeme mandata SDP-a, osim same činjenice da je više desetaka ilegalnih objekata bilo izgrađeno na platou prvi red do mora, te su isti imali septičke jame na samim plažama, od čega je dio odlazio u more, a Grad Split je podmirivao najveći dio troškova vode tim istim bespravnim ugostiteljskim objektima - otkriva nam Budiša.
Sumirao je na kraju da je "privremeni" Žnjan poslužio koliko je trebao, isplatio je sam sebe, a građani su u međuvremenu bili lišeni ispuštanja kanalizacije u more, dok je spremljena kompletna dokumentacija za konačni projekt.
