S izrekom "Baudry de Sauniera" kako je biciklizam naišao na više neprijatelja nego bilo koji drugi oblik vježbanja, slažu se mnogi.

Među njima je naša mlada sugrađanka Dorotea Beljan koja je u svakodnevnoj ulozi i pješaka i biciklista pa nudi obje perspektive.

– Razumijem frustracije i jedne i druge strane i zato kada vozim bicikl, uvijek pazim na svaki detalj. Nikada ne vozim brzo u blizini šetača, niti radim nešto što bi potencijalno moglo ugroziti prolaznike. Nažalost, Split nema dovoljno biciklističkih staza pa smo primorani voziti među pješacima, a nekada i po cesti – požalila se Beljan, nadodavši kako bi bilo poželjno da se Grad potrudi na svakom pješačkom prijelazu napraviti prolaz za bicikliste, kako ne bi morali silaziti s bicikla pri svakom prelasku ceste.

Nisu samo pješaci ti koji se žale na njih, nerijetko su to i vozači automobila.

Vozači psuju

– Više i ne brojim koliko puta osoba koja vidi da vozim bicikl počne psovati u stilu "Đava te odnija". Umjesto da budu sretni što se pojedinac brine za okoliš, pa bira manje štetnu alternativu prijevoza, oni i kada im se ne približim viču, osuđuju i psuju, što stvarno nije u redu.

Također, biciklisti se dosta žale i na situaciju na Marjanu, gdje postoji staza na kojoj se roditelji i djeca šetaju ignorirajući upute i pravila. Nerijetko se dogodi da i na dozvoljenim područjima vozači bicikla ne mogu voziti tempom koji im odgovara, a koji im je dozvoljen, upravo zbog okolnih faktora

Ipak, uz sve probleme vezane za ovaj oblik prijevoza, tvrtka "Split parking", od ove godine bilježi stalni porast najma bicikli, a rekordan mjesec bio je svibanj s ostvarenih 9168 najmova, koji su popratili nešto slabiji lipanj i srpanj.

– U nešto više od godinu dana funkcioniranja sustava, korisnici su ostvarili ukupno 48.340 najmova, a od toga su 11 posto ostvarili strani, a 88 posto domaći korisnici. Interes turista je izniman. Od ukupno 661 novoregistriranog korisnika, čak 329 su stranci, dok su ostalo domaći ljudi. Top-postaje ovog mjeseca su Riva, Pazar i Split 3 – kaže nam Marko Bartulić, direktor "Split parkinga".

Porast najma

Iz priloženog se može zaključiti kako su naši sugrađani, ali i gosti, prepoznali prednosti ovog alternativnog načina kretanja po gradu koji je zdraviji, jeftiniji te omogućava socijalnu distancu i izbjegavanje prometnih gužvi.

U više navrata pokušali smo kontaktirati Grad o projektima i planovima za daljnju izgradnju biciklističkih staza, no odgovor nismo dobili. Međutim, prema tvrdnjama iz "Split parkinga", građanima je trenutačno na raspolaganju 12 postaja i 86 bicikli, ali uskoro se očekuje proširenje sustava s novih 40 postaja te nabavom novih 170 bicikli, i električnih, i klasičnih.

Ipak, prema već dostupnim informacijama Grad Split je kroz svoj strateški projekt "Razvoj sustava biciklističkih staza grada Splita" pripremio projekt regulacije prometovanja biciklima na relaciji od Trga dr. Franje Tuđmana do uvale Trstenik, odnosno početka žnjanskog platoa.

Procijenjena vrijednost projekta označavanja ove biciklističke trase iznosi 200 tisuća kuna bez PDV-a. S obzirom na prostorne uvjete i dosadašnju prostorno-plansku dokumentaciju, koja nije previđala izgradnju ove vrste komunalne infrastrukture, manji dio ove trase sadrži biciklističku stazu, no ovaj projekt uređenja prometne signalizacije ​pridonijet će povećanju sigurnosti prometovanja biciklima, vodeći računa o postojećim prostornim, prometnim i financijskim uvjetima.

Planira se trasa od pet kilometara

Planirana biciklistička trasa duga je 5100 metara te se pruža sljedećim ulicama i trgovima: Trg dr. Franje Tuđmana, Riva, Obala Lazareta, Obala kneza Domagoja, Katalinićev prilaz, Preradovićevo šetalište, Put Firula, Spinčićeva ulica, Šetalište kalafata, Šetalište pape Ivana Pavla II. Iz smjera istoka prema zapadu (prema gradskom centru), zbog jednosmjernih ulica, trasa se od Preradovićeva šetališta pruža sljedećim ulicama: Hatzeov perivoj, Ulica Matije Gupca, Trg M. Pavlinovića, Bijankinijeva ulica, Petrova ulica, Poljana kneza Trpimira.

– Smatram da je esencijalno za grad da se nešto poduzme u vezi izgradnje spomenutih staza, jer dolaze vremena u kojima ljudi sve više prakticiraju vožnju bicikli, što klasičnih što električnih, kao primarni oblik prijevoza. Što prije riješimo taj problem, to će biti bolje za obje strane – zaključuje Beljan.

S njom se slažu i u "Split parkingu" koji poziva na oprez svih sudionika prometa, na sigurnu vožnju i odgovornost prema drugim sudionicima u prometu, kako bi korištenje ovog sustava bilo dostupno svima.

S izrekom "Baudry de Sauniera" kako je biciklizam naišao na više neprijatelja nego bilo koji drugi oblik vježbanja, slažu se mnogi.

Među njima je naša mlada sugrađanka Dorotea Beljan koja je u svakodnevnoj ulozi i pješaka i biciklista pa nudi obje perspektive.

– Razumijem frustracije i jedne i druge strane i zato kada vozim bicikl, uvijek pazim na svaki detalj. Nikada ne vozim brzo u blizini šetača, niti radim nešto što bi potencijalno moglo ugroziti prolaznike. Nažalost, Split nema dovoljno biciklističkih staza pa smo primorani voziti među pješacima, a nekada i po cesti – požalila se Beljan, nadodavši kako bi bilo poželjno da se Grad potrudi na svakom pješačkom prijelazu napraviti prolaz za bicikliste, kako ne bi morali silaziti s bicikla pri svakom prelasku ceste.

Nisu samo pješaci ti koji se žale na njih, nerijetko su to i vozači automobila.

Vozači psuju

– Više i ne brojim koliko puta osoba koja vidi da vozim bicikl počne psovati u stilu "Đava te odnija". Umjesto da budu sretni što se pojedinac brine za okoliš, pa bira manje štetnu alternativu prijevoza, oni i kada im se ne približim viču, osuđuju i psuju, što stvarno nije u redu.

Također, biciklisti se dosta žale i na situaciju na Marjanu, gdje postoji staza na kojoj se roditelji i djeca šetaju ignorirajući upute i pravila. Nerijetko se dogodi da i na dozvoljenim područjima vozači bicikla ne mogu voziti tempom koji im odgovara, a koji im je dozvoljen, upravo zbog okolnih faktora

Ipak, uz sve probleme vezane za ovaj oblik prijevoza, tvrtka "Split parking", od ove godine bilježi stalni porast najma bicikli, a rekordan mjesec bio je svibanj s ostvarenih 9168 najmova, koji su popratili nešto slabiji lipanj i srpanj.

– U nešto više od godinu dana funkcioniranja sustava, korisnici su ostvarili ukupno 48.340 najmova, a od toga su 11 posto ostvarili strani, a 88 posto domaći korisnici. Interes turista je izniman. Od ukupno 661 novoregistriranog korisnika, čak 329 su stranci, dok su ostalo domaći ljudi. Top-postaje ovog mjeseca su Riva, Pazar i Split 3 – kaže nam Marko Bartulić, direktor "Split parkinga".

Porast najma

Iz priloženog se može zaključiti kako su naši sugrađani, ali i gosti, prepoznali prednosti ovog alternativnog načina kretanja po gradu koji je zdraviji, jeftiniji te omogućava socijalnu distancu i izbjegavanje prometnih gužvi.

U više navrata pokušali smo kontaktirati Grad o projektima i planovima za daljnju izgradnju biciklističkih staza, no odgovor nismo dobili. Međutim, prema tvrdnjama iz "Split parkinga", građanima je trenutačno na raspolaganju 12 postaja i 86 bicikli, ali uskoro se očekuje proširenje sustava s novih 40 postaja te nabavom novih 170 bicikli, i električnih, i klasičnih.

Ipak, prema već dostupnim informacijama Grad Split je kroz svoj strateški projekt "Razvoj sustava biciklističkih staza grada Splita" pripremio projekt regulacije prometovanja biciklima na relaciji od Trga dr. Franje Tuđmana do uvale Trstenik, odnosno početka žnjanskog platoa.

Procijenjena vrijednost projekta označavanja ove biciklističke trase iznosi 200 tisuća kuna bez PDV-a. S obzirom na prostorne uvjete i dosadašnju prostorno-plansku dokumentaciju, koja nije previđala izgradnju ove vrste komunalne infrastrukture, manji dio ove trase sadrži biciklističku stazu, no ovaj projekt uređenja prometne signalizacije ​pridonijet će povećanju sigurnosti prometovanja biciklima, vodeći računa o postojećim prostornim, prometnim i financijskim uvjetima.

Planira se trasa od pet kilometara

Planirana biciklistička trasa duga je 5100 metara te se pruža sljedećim ulicama i trgovima: Trg dr. Franje Tuđmana, Riva, Obala Lazareta, Obala kneza Domagoja, Katalinićev prilaz, Preradovićevo šetalište, Put Firula, Spinčićeva ulica, Šetalište kalafata, Šetalište pape Ivana Pavla II. Iz smjera istoka prema zapadu (prema gradskom centru), zbog jednosmjernih ulica, trasa se od Preradovićeva šetališta pruža sljedećim ulicama: Hatzeov perivoj, Ulica Matije Gupca, Trg M. Pavlinovića, Bijankinijeva ulica, Petrova ulica, Poljana kneza Trpimira.

– Smatram da je esencijalno za grad da se nešto poduzme u vezi izgradnje spomenutih staza, jer dolaze vremena u kojima ljudi sve više prakticiraju vožnju bicikli, što klasičnih što električnih, kao primarni oblik prijevoza. Što prije riješimo taj problem, to će biti bolje za obje strane – zaključuje Beljan.

S njom se slažu i u "Split parkingu" koji poziva na oprez svih sudionika prometa, na sigurnu vožnju i odgovornost prema drugim sudionicima u prometu, kako bi korištenje ovog sustava bilo dostupno svima.
