Iz Ureda Grada poslana je obavijest korisnicima poslovnih prostora.

- Svi bespravni korisnici poslovnih prostora kojima je poslan poziv za primopredaju odnosno povrat prostora Gradu Splitu, a isto nisu napravili u ostavljenom roku, mole se da prostore što prije predaju odnosno kontaktiraju Upravni odjel za gradsku imovinu putem adrese elektroničke pošte poslovni.prostori@split.hr za najavu termina primopredaje - poručuju iz Banovine.

Bespravni korisnici će u protivnom biti zaduženi za naknadu za bespravno korištenje poslovnih prostora u visini tržišnih cijena zakupa.

A po Zaključku o utvrđivanju visine naknade za korištenje bez valjanog pravnog osnova poslovnih prostora u vlasništvu, suvlasništvu ili pod upravljanjem Grada Splita visina mjesečne naknade više nije simbolična, već se utvrđuje u iznosu od:

- 60,00 eura/m2 poslovnog prostora u EKSTRA ZONI podgrupi A,

- 50,00 eura/m2 poslovnog prostora u EKSTRA ZONI podgrupi B,

- 40,00 eura/m2 poslovnog prostora u I. ZONI,

- 30,00 eura/m2 poslovnog prostora u II. ZONI,

- 20,00 eura/m2 poslovnog prostora u III. ZONI,

- 10,00 eura/m2 poslovnog prostora u IV. ZONI

- Za poslovne prostore koji budu vraćeni Gradu Splitu te ostale prazne poslovne prostore raspisat će se natječaj za zakup. Za dio poslovnih prostora bit će raspisan natječaj za zakup za udruge, ostale organizacije civilnog društva te za potrebe u kulturi, dok će za drugi dio poslovnih prostora biti raspisan natječaj za zakup za komercijalne djelatnosti - kazuju u gradskoj upravi.

Usput pozivaju i sve one korisnike poslovnih prostora kojima je poslana opomena pred ovrhu radi dugovanja ugovorene zakupnine da što prije podmire dug, jer će Grad Split u protivnom otkazati ugovore o zakupu i pokrenuti postupke naplate.

- Pozivaju se svi korisnici poslovnih prostora da redovno podmiruju račune za zakupninu i poštuju sve odredbe sklopljenih ugovora o zakupu. Upravni odjel za gradsku imovinu će ubuduće strogo kontrolirati poštivanje ugovora o zakupu, osobito redovno plaćanje ugovorene zakupnine i nedopušteni podzakup poslovnih prostora - zadnja je iz Banovine.

Iz Ureda Grada poslana je obavijest korisnicima poslovnih prostora.

- Svi bespravni korisnici poslovnih prostora kojima je poslan poziv za primopredaju odnosno povrat prostora Gradu Splitu, a isto nisu napravili u ostavljenom roku, mole se da prostore što prije predaju odnosno kontaktiraju Upravni odjel za gradsku imovinu putem adrese elektroničke pošte poslovni.prostori@split.hr za najavu termina primopredaje - poručuju iz Banovine.

Bespravni korisnici će u protivnom biti zaduženi za naknadu za bespravno korištenje poslovnih prostora u visini tržišnih cijena zakupa.

A po Zaključku o utvrđivanju visine naknade za korištenje bez valjanog pravnog osnova poslovnih prostora u vlasništvu, suvlasništvu ili pod upravljanjem Grada Splita visina mjesečne naknade više nije simbolična, već se utvrđuje u iznosu od:

- 60,00 eura/m2 poslovnog prostora u EKSTRA ZONI podgrupi A,

- 50,00 eura/m2 poslovnog prostora u EKSTRA ZONI podgrupi B,

- 40,00 eura/m2 poslovnog prostora u I. ZONI,

- 30,00 eura/m2 poslovnog prostora u II. ZONI,

- 20,00 eura/m2 poslovnog prostora u III. ZONI,

- 10,00 eura/m2 poslovnog prostora u IV. ZONI

- Za poslovne prostore koji budu vraćeni Gradu Splitu te ostale prazne poslovne prostore raspisat će se natječaj za zakup. Za dio poslovnih prostora bit će raspisan natječaj za zakup za udruge, ostale organizacije civilnog društva te za potrebe u kulturi, dok će za drugi dio poslovnih prostora biti raspisan natječaj za zakup za komercijalne djelatnosti - kazuju u gradskoj upravi.

Usput pozivaju i sve one korisnike poslovnih prostora kojima je poslana opomena pred ovrhu radi dugovanja ugovorene zakupnine da što prije podmire dug, jer će Grad Split u protivnom otkazati ugovore o zakupu i pokrenuti postupke naplate.

- Pozivaju se svi korisnici poslovnih prostora da redovno podmiruju račune za zakupninu i poštuju sve odredbe sklopljenih ugovora o zakupu. Upravni odjel za gradsku imovinu će ubuduće strogo kontrolirati poštivanje ugovora o zakupu, osobito redovno plaćanje ugovorene zakupnine i nedopušteni podzakup poslovnih prostora - zadnja je iz Banovine.
