Jučer je započelo suđenje višem savjetniku Odsjeka za kulturu Grada Splita  Daliboru Lovriću zbog optužnog prijedloga   splitske policije za omalovažavanje osobe s invaliditetom. Konkretno, u ovom slučaju, bivšeg gradskog Centrovog vijećnika Luke Baričića. 

Lovrić je, naime, na Facebooku objavio: ‘Luka nevjerniče, druže invalidni, tko to invalidima warp u guzicu daje?!‘ Baričića je objava povrijedila te je pravobraniteljica za osobe s invaliditetom poslala Lovriću upozorenje da vrijeđa i da njegova komunikacija predstavlja oblik govora mržnje i diskriminacije prema osobama s invaliditetom, prenosi Dalmatinski portal.

‘Nemam ništa protiv Lovrića kojeg ne poznajem. Ne znam kakav je povod imao za tekstove protiv mene. Bilo ih je više‘, istaknuo je Baričić.

‘Kako ste vi to protumačili? Invalidnost nije uvreda‘, upitala je sutkinja. 

‘Bilo je još tekstova. Warp je vrsta pogona koji zakrivljuje vrijeme i prostor…‘, započeo je Baričić s tehničkim pojašnjenjem svemirskog pogona, inače populariziranog u serijalu Zvjezdane staze, čiji je Baričič istaknuti obožavatelj.

Sutkinju je zanimalo kako je Baričić doživio izraz ‘warp u guzicu‘? 

‘Bilo je i gorih tekstova koji su me pogodili. Bio je to malo teži period za mene, pitao sam se što sam napravio tom čovjeku. Ovo je bilo nisko, na osobnoj razini, naglašavanje mog zdravstvenog stanja. Imao sam problema sa spavanjem poslije toga‘, kazao je Baričić. 

‘Vi se uopće ne znate?‘, pitala je sutkinja prisutni dvojac. 

‘Mislim da sam jednom komentirao da bi mi bila čast da napravi moju karikaturu. Ispala je super‘, prisjetio se Baričić. 

‘Ovdje se stalno impliciraju tekstovi o kojima ovdje ne govorimo. Gospodin je političar, o njima se može javno govoriti‘, zaključio je Lovrić. 

Sutkinja je pitala Baričića zašto je otišao iz politike. To se, podsjećamo, desilo zbog tzv. seks afere, odnosno, dopisivanja s navodnim maloljetnicama iz Srbije, a u čemu je sudjelovao i dogradonačelnik te Baričićev prijatelj Bojan Ivošević.  

‘A to nema veze s ovim‘, kazao je Baričić. 

‘Warp pogon u stražnjicu bio bi vjetar u leđa‘, obrazložio je Lovrić. 

‘Ali on to nije tako doživio‘, primjetila je sutkinja. 

‘Nije artikulirao. Ostaje mi nejasno zašto se gospodin uvrijedio‘, čudio se Lovrić.

‘Da je gospodin homoseksualac, ovo bi bila čista diskriminacija‘, zaključila je sutkinja. 

‘Jeste li homoseksualac?‘, pitao je Lovrić Baričića. 

‘Ne‘, kazao je on.

‘Ovdje je najvažnije pitanje korištenja invalidnosti u političke svrhe. Baričićev invaliditet iskorišten je u stranci Centar kao neka vrsta njihovog političkog pogona. I SDP i HDZ imao je invalide, kao da su se takmičili pa su ih ubacili u prve redove. Sada su nažalost nestali‘, konstatirao je Lovrić pa upitao Baričića je li vrijeđao u Gradskom vijeću i spominjao majke i ljubavnice. 

‘To nije relevantno za ovaj slučaj‘, odgovorio je Baričić. 

‘Jest, radi moralnog aspekta. On je uvrijedio vijećnika Igora Stanišića. Poslije mu se ispričavao, ali isprika nije prihvaćena. Htio ga je povrijediti‘, inzistirao je Lovrić. 

‘Mali je grad. Zna se da je gospođa partnerica gradskog vijećnika‘, istaknula je sutkinja potom upitavši Lovrića: ‘Jeste li se spremni ispričati ako je to shvaćeno uvredljivim?‘ 

‘Nikada ne bih vrijeđao invalida radi invalidnosti. Nikada u životu ni slova ne bih napisao o Baričiću da nije u politici i da nije tako govorio na sjednici Gradskog vijeća o Stanišiću. Riječ je o stilskoj delikatnosti, a to je meni svojstveno. Možemo govoriti o političkoj diskreditaciji, ali ne na osobnoj razini‘, odgovorio je Lovrić.

Baričić je kazao kako je uvidio svoju grešku na sjednici Gradskog vijeća. Zaključio je da se ružno ponio. 

‘Stanišiću sam se ispričao. Stisli smo si ruke‘, prepričao je Baričić. 

‘Ja bih voljela da vi stisnete ruke i da se ovo zaboravi‘, predložila je sutkinja. 

‘I mene vaši pljuju i gaze. To je udruženi zločinački pothvat. Htjeli su me maknuti s posla. Za to postoji razlog kada vas netko želi egzistencijalno uništiti. Povukli su tužbu, ali spremaju novu. Htjeli su i pravobraniteljicu instrumentalizirati‘, izjadao se Lovrić.

‘Dobro da ste izašli iz politike. To su strašni stresovi‘, obratila se sutkinja Baričiću na završetku ročišta. 

Suđenje je ovim zaključeno, presuda će se donijeti naknadno.

Jučer je započelo suđenje višem savjetniku Odsjeka za kulturu Grada Splita  Daliboru Lovriću zbog optužnog prijedloga   splitske policije za omalovažavanje osobe s invaliditetom. Konkretno, u ovom slučaju, bivšeg gradskog Centrovog vijećnika Luke Baričića. 

Lovrić je, naime, na Facebooku objavio: ‘Luka nevjerniče, druže invalidni, tko to invalidima warp u guzicu daje?!‘ Baričića je objava povrijedila te je pravobraniteljica za osobe s invaliditetom poslala Lovriću upozorenje da vrijeđa i da njegova komunikacija predstavlja oblik govora mržnje i diskriminacije prema osobama s invaliditetom, prenosi Dalmatinski portal.

‘Nemam ništa protiv Lovrića kojeg ne poznajem. Ne znam kakav je povod imao za tekstove protiv mene. Bilo ih je više‘, istaknuo je Baričić.

‘Kako ste vi to protumačili? Invalidnost nije uvreda‘, upitala je sutkinja. 

‘Bilo je još tekstova. Warp je vrsta pogona koji zakrivljuje vrijeme i prostor…‘, započeo je Baričić s tehničkim pojašnjenjem svemirskog pogona, inače populariziranog u serijalu Zvjezdane staze, čiji je Baričič istaknuti obožavatelj.

Sutkinju je zanimalo kako je Baričić doživio izraz ‘warp u guzicu‘? 

‘Bilo je i gorih tekstova koji su me pogodili. Bio je to malo teži period za mene, pitao sam se što sam napravio tom čovjeku. Ovo je bilo nisko, na osobnoj razini, naglašavanje mog zdravstvenog stanja. Imao sam problema sa spavanjem poslije toga‘, kazao je Baričić. 

‘Vi se uopće ne znate?‘, pitala je sutkinja prisutni dvojac. 

‘Mislim da sam jednom komentirao da bi mi bila čast da napravi moju karikaturu. Ispala je super‘, prisjetio se Baričić. 

‘Ovdje se stalno impliciraju tekstovi o kojima ovdje ne govorimo. Gospodin je političar, o njima se može javno govoriti‘, zaključio je Lovrić. 

Sutkinja je pitala Baričića zašto je otišao iz politike. To se, podsjećamo, desilo zbog tzv. seks afere, odnosno, dopisivanja s navodnim maloljetnicama iz Srbije, a u čemu je sudjelovao i dogradonačelnik te Baričićev prijatelj Bojan Ivošević.  

‘A to nema veze s ovim‘, kazao je Baričić. 

‘Warp pogon u stražnjicu bio bi vjetar u leđa‘, obrazložio je Lovrić. 

‘Ali on to nije tako doživio‘, primjetila je sutkinja. 

‘Nije artikulirao. Ostaje mi nejasno zašto se gospodin uvrijedio‘, čudio se Lovrić.

‘Da je gospodin homoseksualac, ovo bi bila čista diskriminacija‘, zaključila je sutkinja. 

‘Jeste li homoseksualac?‘, pitao je Lovrić Baričića. 

‘Ne‘, kazao je on.

‘Ovdje je najvažnije pitanje korištenja invalidnosti u političke svrhe. Baričićev invaliditet iskorišten je u stranci Centar kao neka vrsta njihovog političkog pogona. I SDP i HDZ imao je invalide, kao da su se takmičili pa su ih ubacili u prve redove. Sada su nažalost nestali‘, konstatirao je Lovrić pa upitao Baričića je li vrijeđao u Gradskom vijeću i spominjao majke i ljubavnice. 

‘To nije relevantno za ovaj slučaj‘, odgovorio je Baričić. 

‘Jest, radi moralnog aspekta. On je uvrijedio vijećnika Igora Stanišića. Poslije mu se ispričavao, ali isprika nije prihvaćena. Htio ga je povrijediti‘, inzistirao je Lovrić. 

‘Mali je grad. Zna se da je gospođa partnerica gradskog vijećnika‘, istaknula je sutkinja potom upitavši Lovrića: ‘Jeste li se spremni ispričati ako je to shvaćeno uvredljivim?‘ 

‘Nikada ne bih vrijeđao invalida radi invalidnosti. Nikada u životu ni slova ne bih napisao o Baričiću da nije u politici i da nije tako govorio na sjednici Gradskog vijeća o Stanišiću. Riječ je o stilskoj delikatnosti, a to je meni svojstveno. Možemo govoriti o političkoj diskreditaciji, ali ne na osobnoj razini‘, odgovorio je Lovrić.

Baričić je kazao kako je uvidio svoju grešku na sjednici Gradskog vijeća. Zaključio je da se ružno ponio. 

‘Stanišiću sam se ispričao. Stisli smo si ruke‘, prepričao je Baričić. 

‘Ja bih voljela da vi stisnete ruke i da se ovo zaboravi‘, predložila je sutkinja. 

‘I mene vaši pljuju i gaze. To je udruženi zločinački pothvat. Htjeli su me maknuti s posla. Za to postoji razlog kada vas netko želi egzistencijalno uništiti. Povukli su tužbu, ali spremaju novu. Htjeli su i pravobraniteljicu instrumentalizirati‘, izjadao se Lovrić.

‘Dobro da ste izašli iz politike. To su strašni stresovi‘, obratila se sutkinja Baričiću na završetku ročišta. 

Suđenje je ovim zaključeno, presuda će se donijeti naknadno.
