Doduše, brod u čijim se "štivama" još uvijek nalazi 4991 tona građevinskog željeza vjerojatno će otploviti upravo u staro željezo, ali to ne bi trebalo umanjiti ispunjavanje obveze prema nekadašnjim "Aninim" članovima posade, koji potražuju gotovo pola milijuna dolara za zaostale plaće.

Prof. dr. Srećko Favro, sudski vještak za pomorstvo, procijenio je vrijednost broda na 950.000 dolara, te je utvrdio da je "Ane" i nakon 15 mjeseci boravka uz lučke dokove sposobna za plovidbu, čak i prema azijskim rezalištima gdje bi se za brod i pripadajuću opremu mogla utržiti bolja zarada nego, primjerice, u Turskoj.

Budući da se svojevrsna donja granica vrijednosti broda kao starog željeza kreće oko 600.000 dolara, i taj bi iznos bio dovoljan da se podmire pomoračka potraživanja.

– Brod je zapušten zbog izostanka redovitog održavanja i servisiranja, a u skladištima se nalazi teret koji treba iskrcati prije predaje "Ane" novom vlasniku nakon sudske prodaje. Budući da je tržište rabljenih brodova prezasićeno, a potražnja za njima smanjena zbog ekonomske krize, smatram da je prodaja "Ane" radi daljnjeg korištenja neisplativa, te da je brod moguće prodati samo kao staro željezo, dok se strojevi i oprema mogu zasebno prodati i time ostvariti dodatnu vrijednost – naveo je vještak u svojoj procjeni.

Mogućim skorim raspletom čvora zadovoljan je i Neven Melvan, voditelj splitskog ureda Sindikata pomoraca Hrvatske.

– Najvažnije je da se isplate zaostale plaće pomorcima koji su i zatražili prodaju broda. Očekujemo da će i ta priča konačno završiti – istaknuo je sindikalac.

Doduše, brod u čijim se "štivama" još uvijek nalazi 4991 tona građevinskog željeza vjerojatno će otploviti upravo u staro željezo, ali to ne bi trebalo umanjiti ispunjavanje obveze prema nekadašnjim "Aninim" članovima posade, koji potražuju gotovo pola milijuna dolara za zaostale plaće.

Prof. dr. Srećko Favro, sudski vještak za pomorstvo, procijenio je vrijednost broda na 950.000 dolara, te je utvrdio da je "Ane" i nakon 15 mjeseci boravka uz lučke dokove sposobna za plovidbu, čak i prema azijskim rezalištima gdje bi se za brod i pripadajuću opremu mogla utržiti bolja zarada nego, primjerice, u Turskoj.

Budući da se svojevrsna donja granica vrijednosti broda kao starog željeza kreće oko 600.000 dolara, i taj bi iznos bio dovoljan da se podmire pomoračka potraživanja.

– Brod je zapušten zbog izostanka redovitog održavanja i servisiranja, a u skladištima se nalazi teret koji treba iskrcati prije predaje "Ane" novom vlasniku nakon sudske prodaje. Budući da je tržište rabljenih brodova prezasićeno, a potražnja za njima smanjena zbog ekonomske krize, smatram da je prodaja "Ane" radi daljnjeg korištenja neisplativa, te da je brod moguće prodati samo kao staro željezo, dok se strojevi i oprema mogu zasebno prodati i time ostvariti dodatnu vrijednost – naveo je vještak u svojoj procjeni.

Mogućim skorim raspletom čvora zadovoljan je i Neven Melvan, voditelj splitskog ureda Sindikata pomoraca Hrvatske.

– Najvažnije je da se isplate zaostale plaće pomorcima koji su i zatražili prodaju broda. Očekujemo da će i ta priča konačno završiti – istaknuo je sindikalac.
