Sve osobe su muškog spola i u dobi od 12 do 65 godina.

Dvojica od njih, 12-godišnji dječak i 58-godišnji muškarac, preminula su u Zagrebu, gdje su prevezli iz KBC-a Split zbog pogoršanja stanja, a trojica su preminula u KBC-u Split.

Dječak je preminuo na “Rebru”, a odrasli muškarac u Klinici za infektivne bolesti “Fran Mihaljević”. Svi preminuli imali su neku od teških kroničnih bolesti pa im je gripa stvorila komplikacije, od kojih su nažalost preminuli.

Ovih pet smrti od gripe povećanje je od čak 150 posto u odnosu na 2010. godinu, kada su u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji od iste bolesti preminule dvije osobe. Inače, kako doznajemo od dr. Zorane Klišmanić, voditeljice Epidemiološke službe Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo (Higijenski), od 15. prosinca 2010. zaključno sa 21. ožujkom ove godine Službi za epidemiologiju na području Županije prijavljeno je 7413 osoba oboljelih od kliničke slike slične gripi.

Napala muškarce

- Liječničku pomoć na Klinici za zarazne bolesti, Klinici za plućne bolesti i Klinici za dječje bolesti zatražilo je 925 osoba, a od toga je hospitalizirana 361 osoba. Umrlo je pet oboljelih, kojima je dokazan uzročnik gripe H1N1 (svinjska gripa).

Kod 311 bolesnika uzeti su brisovi nosa i ždrijela, od kojih su 152 bila pozitivna na virus gripe. U 93 posto uzoraka dokazan je tip A (H1N1), a u sedam posto tip B gripe - kazuje dr. Zorana Klišmanić.

Najveći broj oboljelih prijavljen je u prvom i drugom tjednu siječnja, da bi krajem veljače naglo opao i ostao na niskoj razini.

- Najveći broj oboljelih je između 30 i 64 godine života, a najmanje ih je u dobi od 65 godina i više. Nasuprot tome najveći broj onih koji su zatražili liječničku pomoć bile su osobe od 65 godina i više, jer je to rizična skupina za komplikacije od gripe. Među oboljelima koji su zatražili liječničku pomoć na Klinici za zarazne bolesti 55 posto ih je bolovalo od neke kronične bolesti - kazuje dr. Klišmanić.

Naravno, najbolja zaštita protiv gripe je cijepljenje, koje ove sezone baš i nije ispunilo brojčana očekivanja. Naime, Higijenski je dobio 60 tisuća doza cjepiva, od kojih je iskorišteno tek 33.715, budući da se toliko osoba u Županiji cijepilo protiv gripe. Dakle, ostalo je neiskorišteno 26.285 doza.

Ako se zna da svaka doza košta 42 kune, jednostavnim izračunom ispada da je u vjetar bačeno 1,1 milijun kuna ili oko 150 tisuća eura.

Cjepivo protiv gripe ima svoj vijek trajanja, a većini doza rok trajanja je do kraja svibnja ove godine, nakon čega će biti bačene u smeće.

Cjepivo u smeće

- Očekivali smo veći broj onih koji će se cijepiti. Nažalost moram uvrditi da je odaziv stanovništva na cijepljenje na području Županije bio malen. Ljudi su se bezrazložno pobojali cjepiva, a tome je umnogome pridonijela i prošlogodišnja antikampanja za pandemijsko cjepivo - zaključila je dr. Zorana Klišmanić.

Dvojica od njih, 12-godišnji dječak i 58-godišnji muškarac, preminula su u Zagrebu, gdje su prevezli iz KBC-a Split zbog pogoršanja stanja, a trojica su preminula u KBC-u Split.

Dječak je preminuo na “Rebru”, a odrasli muškarac u Klinici za infektivne bolesti “Fran Mihaljević”. Svi preminuli imali su neku od teških kroničnih bolesti pa im je gripa stvorila komplikacije, od kojih su nažalost preminuli.

Ovih pet smrti od gripe povećanje je od čak 150 posto u odnosu na 2010. godinu, kada su u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji od iste bolesti preminule dvije osobe. Inače, kako doznajemo od dr. Zorane Klišmanić, voditeljice Epidemiološke službe Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo (Higijenski), od 15. prosinca 2010. zaključno sa 21. ožujkom ove godine Službi za epidemiologiju na području Županije prijavljeno je 7413 osoba oboljelih od kliničke slike slične gripi.

Napala muškarce

- Liječničku pomoć na Klinici za zarazne bolesti, Klinici za plućne bolesti i Klinici za dječje bolesti zatražilo je 925 osoba, a od toga je hospitalizirana 361 osoba. Umrlo je pet oboljelih, kojima je dokazan uzročnik gripe H1N1 (svinjska gripa).

Kod 311 bolesnika uzeti su brisovi nosa i ždrijela, od kojih su 152 bila pozitivna na virus gripe. U 93 posto uzoraka dokazan je tip A (H1N1), a u sedam posto tip B gripe - kazuje dr. Zorana Klišmanić.

Najveći broj oboljelih prijavljen je u prvom i drugom tjednu siječnja, da bi krajem veljače naglo opao i ostao na niskoj razini.

- Najveći broj oboljelih je između 30 i 64 godine života, a najmanje ih je u dobi od 65 godina i više. Nasuprot tome najveći broj onih koji su zatražili liječničku pomoć bile su osobe od 65 godina i više, jer je to rizična skupina za komplikacije od gripe. Među oboljelima koji su zatražili liječničku pomoć na Klinici za zarazne bolesti 55 posto ih je bolovalo od neke kronične bolesti - kazuje dr. Klišmanić.

Naravno, najbolja zaštita protiv gripe je cijepljenje, koje ove sezone baš i nije ispunilo brojčana očekivanja. Naime, Higijenski je dobio 60 tisuća doza cjepiva, od kojih je iskorišteno tek 33.715, budući da se toliko osoba u Županiji cijepilo protiv gripe. Dakle, ostalo je neiskorišteno 26.285 doza.

Ako se zna da svaka doza košta 42 kune, jednostavnim izračunom ispada da je u vjetar bačeno 1,1 milijun kuna ili oko 150 tisuća eura.

Cjepivo protiv gripe ima svoj vijek trajanja, a većini doza rok trajanja je do kraja svibnja ove godine, nakon čega će biti bačene u smeće.

Cjepivo u smeće

- Očekivali smo veći broj onih koji će se cijepiti. Nažalost moram uvrditi da je odaziv stanovništva na cijepljenje na području Županije bio malen. Ljudi su se bezrazložno pobojali cjepiva, a tome je umnogome pridonijela i prošlogodišnja antikampanja za pandemijsko cjepivo - zaključila je dr. Zorana Klišmanić.
