Što god da danas pripremali za ručak, toplo vam preporučujemo da u obrok uključite i salatu, a ako u nju ubacite i pikantne listiće lako dostupne i super zdrave gorkaste biljčice, dobit ćete puno više od svježe doze vitamina.
Rukola, rokula, arugula ili kako je već volite zvati, pripadnica je obitelji Brassicaceae, što znači da je srodnica kupusu, brokuli i rotkvicama, umjesto kristalki, putarici i ostalim vrstama salate. Poznato je da je puna vitamina zbog čega nam je važna za zdravlje i ljepotu, ali nešto je manje poznato da je izrazito bogata mineralima poput magnezija, kalcija, kalija i željeza, a zahvaljujući tom bogatstvu, kao i obilju vlakana, pravi je melem za probavu.
Pospješuje stvaranje želučanih sokova, pomaže u sprječavanju gastritisa i ulcerativnih stanja te ima drenažno, diuretičko i laksativno djelovanje. No to nije sve - ima svojstvo sprječavanja stvaranja plinova u crijevima i pospješuje zdravlje crijevne flore.
Rukola također pomaže u radu jetre, održanju zdrave količine šećera u krvi, potiče metabolizam i učinkovita je u inhibiciji enzima koji uzrokuje probleme s erekcijom kod muškaraca.

Što god da danas pripremali za ručak, toplo vam preporučujemo da u obrok uključite i salatu, a ako u nju ubacite i pikantne listiće lako dostupne i super zdrave gorkaste biljčice, dobit ćete puno više od svježe doze vitamina.
Rukola, rokula, arugula ili kako je već volite zvati, pripadnica je obitelji Brassicaceae, što znači da je srodnica kupusu, brokuli i rotkvicama, umjesto kristalki, putarici i ostalim vrstama salate. Poznato je da je puna vitamina zbog čega nam je važna za zdravlje i ljepotu, ali nešto je manje poznato da je izrazito bogata mineralima poput magnezija, kalcija, kalija i željeza, a zahvaljujući tom bogatstvu, kao i obilju vlakana, pravi je melem za probavu.
Pospješuje stvaranje želučanih sokova, pomaže u sprječavanju gastritisa i ulcerativnih stanja te ima drenažno, diuretičko i laksativno djelovanje. No to nije sve - ima svojstvo sprječavanja stvaranja plinova u crijevima i pospješuje zdravlje crijevne flore.
Rukola također pomaže u radu jetre, održanju zdrave količine šećera u krvi, potiče metabolizam i učinkovita je u inhibiciji enzima koji uzrokuje probleme s erekcijom kod muškaraca.

Sasvim dovoljno razloga da je ubacite u salatu, zar ne? Zapravo, kad smo vam je ovoliko nahvaloili, možda ćete je poželjeti pojesti u većok količini, stoga evo ideje za ukusna jela u kojima je rukola glavna zvijezda.
Pripremite zasitnu salatu od rukole i konzerviranog slanutka (još bolje bi bilo da je suhi) - samo ih isplahnite, pomiješajte, po želji dodajte nasjeckanu mladu kapulicu i začinite po guštu.

Pripremate carpaccio? Ne zaboravite rukolu!
Napravite pesto od rukole, zaista je prefin. Psim tukole trebat će vam orasi, češnjak, maslinovo ulje, parmezan i malo soli, a ako želite nježnije ukuse parmezan ćete zamijeniti skutom. Možete ga koristiti kao namaz ili ga ubaciti u tjesteninu - kad kažemo ubaciti, mislimo doslovno: napunite njome domaće raviole i torteline, a ako ste u guižvi poslužit će vam i kao preljev.
I konačno najneobičniji prijedlog: starinsko talijansko jelo od rukole koje se poslužuje kao predjelo ili prilog: pirjana rukola začinjena pinjolima i grožđicama. Počnite tostiranje pinjola na suho, kad su gotovi maknite ih iz tave i dodajte ulje, na ulje bacite grubo usitnjen češnjak pa stavljajte šaku po šaku rukole i dinstajte je na srednje jakoj vatri dok ne svene. Maknite s vatre, začinite, ubacite pinjole i namočene grožđice i uživajte.
