Kad nam je probava narušena, svaki novi zalogaj može predstavljati novu dozu boli i patnje, no postoji hrana koja je jako dobra za zdravlje crijevne flore i na taj nam način pomaže da se oporavimo od muka koje nam zadaje uznemireni probavni sustav. Napominjemo da se zbog problema koji potraju duže vrijeme uputno javiti liječniku, kako bi se utvrdio pravi uzrok problema, no kod nekih blažih, ali neugodnih stanja možemo si i sami pomoći uvođenjem u prehranu namirnica koje blagotvorno djeluju.

A takvih je puno, od različitih fermentiranih namirnica do onih koji djeluju ublažavajuće ili hrane crijevnu floru i potiču razmnožavanje dobrih bakterija. Mnoge od takvih namirnica možete kombinirati u ukusne spojeve kao što je salata za koju vam recept donosimo u nastavku.

U njoj ćete pronaći brokulu koja sadrži sulforafan, bitan za ravnotežu crijevne mikroflore, divlju rižu koja sadrži impresivne količine vlakana koja pomažu u otklanjanju zatvora, nadutosti i grčeva, bademe koji imaju prebiotički učinak (hrane crijevnu floru) i gorgonzolu koja je u manjim količinama jako korisna jer, poput jogurta, sadrži probiotike.

Salata od riže i brokule

Sastojci

400 g brokule
100 g divlje riže
1 žlica maslinovog ulja
½ limuna
100 g prženih badema
pola vezice vlasca

Za preljev:

1 žlica maslinovog ulja
1 mali režanj češnjaka
100 g gorgonzole
½ limuna
30 g jogurta
sol, papar

Priprema:

Zakuhajte veliku posudu sa slanom vodom i kuhajte očišćenu brokulu 5 minuta pa je dobro ocijedite, stavite u zdjelu i prelijte maslinovim uljem i limunovim sokom. 

skuhajte rižu prema uputama na pakiranju, ocijedite i dodajte brokuli.

Za preljev kratko pirjajte češnjak na maslinovom ulju pa s ostalim sastojcima na preljev ubacite u blender. Miksajte dok ne postane potpuno glatko, dodajte 1-2 žlice vode ako je previše gusto.

Brokuliu i rižu obilno pokapajte dressingom pa pospite nasjeckanim bademima i vlascem.

Kad nam je probava narušena, svaki novi zalogaj može predstavljati novu dozu boli i patnje, no postoji hrana koja je jako dobra za zdravlje crijevne flore i na taj nam način pomaže da se oporavimo od muka koje nam zadaje uznemireni probavni sustav. Napominjemo da se zbog problema koji potraju duže vrijeme uputno javiti liječniku, kako bi se utvrdio pravi uzrok problema, no kod nekih blažih, ali neugodnih stanja možemo si i sami pomoći uvođenjem u prehranu namirnica koje blagotvorno djeluju.

A takvih je puno, od različitih fermentiranih namirnica do onih koji djeluju ublažavajuće ili hrane crijevnu floru i potiču razmnožavanje dobrih bakterija. Mnoge od takvih namirnica možete kombinirati u ukusne spojeve kao što je salata za koju vam recept donosimo u nastavku.

U njoj ćete pronaći brokulu koja sadrži sulforafan, bitan za ravnotežu crijevne mikroflore, divlju rižu koja sadrži impresivne količine vlakana koja pomažu u otklanjanju zatvora, nadutosti i grčeva, bademe koji imaju prebiotički učinak (hrane crijevnu floru) i gorgonzolu koja je u manjim količinama jako korisna jer, poput jogurta, sadrži probiotike.

Salata od riže i brokule

Sastojci

400 g brokule
100 g divlje riže
1 žlica maslinovog ulja
½ limuna
100 g prženih badema
pola vezice vlasca

Za preljev:

1 žlica maslinovog ulja
1 mali režanj češnjaka
100 g gorgonzole
½ limuna
30 g jogurta
sol, papar

Priprema:

Zakuhajte veliku posudu sa slanom vodom i kuhajte očišćenu brokulu 5 minuta pa je dobro ocijedite, stavite u zdjelu i prelijte maslinovim uljem i limunovim sokom. 

skuhajte rižu prema uputama na pakiranju, ocijedite i dodajte brokuli.

Za preljev kratko pirjajte češnjak na maslinovom ulju pa s ostalim sastojcima na preljev ubacite u blender. Miksajte dok ne postane potpuno glatko, dodajte 1-2 žlice vode ako je previše gusto.

Brokuliu i rižu obilno pokapajte dressingom pa pospite nasjeckanim bademima i vlascem.

Kad nam je probava narušena, svaki novi zalogaj može predstavljati novu dozu boli i patnje, no postoji hrana koja je jako dobra za zdravlje crijevne flore i na taj nam način pomaže da se oporavimo od muka koje nam zadaje uznemireni probavni sustav. Napominjemo da se zbog problema koji potraju duže vrijeme uputno javiti liječniku, kako bi se utvrdio pravi uzrok problema, no kod nekih blažih, ali neugodnih stanja možemo si i sami pomoći uvođenjem u prehranu namirnica koje blagotvorno djeluju.

A takvih je puno, od različitih fermentiranih namirnica do onih koji djeluju ublažavajuće ili hrane crijevnu floru i potiču razmnožavanje dobrih bakterija. Mnoge od takvih namirnica možete kombinirati u ukusne spojeve kao što je salata za koju vam recept donosimo u nastavku.
