U posljednje vrijeme veliku su popularnost stekli wrapovi, koji polako izlaze iz sfere fast fooda i postaju zdrava hrana, zahvaljujući maštovitim receptima s puno korisnih sastojaka. Međutim, wrap ne mora biti ili-ili, odnosno "teški" fast food ili komad rijesta pun salate, moguće je pomiriti krajnosti i to na vrlo ukusan način čiji je rezultat zasitan, gurmanski i praktičan.

Upravo takav je wrap s kajganom i kobasicom upotpunjen šalšom i nasjeckanim povrćem. Izvorno se ovo jelo spravlja s pikantnom chorizo kobasicom i uz dodatak naribanog i zapečenog krumpira, no za malo zdraviju verziju bolje je izabrati grill kobasice od puretine, a krumpir zamijeniti sjeckanim povrćem.

Tako preinačen wrap nutricionisti preporučuju kao dobro izbalansirano jelo koje zahvaljujući obilju proteina jamči dugotrajnu sitost čime pomaže mršavljenju. Nama se sviđa i zbog još jedne stvari: brzo se priprema i lako ga je ponijeti sa sobom kao marendu - na posao, u školu ili na izlet. Ma savršeno!

Pikantni wrap

Sastojci

2 tortilje
2 jaja
2 pureće kobasice
2 stabljike mladog luka
1/8 mladog kupusa
1 avokado
par žličica gotove šalše ili ajvara
sol, papar

Priprema

Kobasice grilajte posebno ili ubacite u smjesu za kajganu. Jaja ispržite prema svom guštu. Povrće nasjeckajte. Avokado zgnječite i dodajte mu malo soli i papra. Sve ovo, pa čak i pečenje jaja, možete obaviti unaprijed.

Zagrijte tortilje na suhoj tavi oko 30 sekundi sa svake strane, pripazite da se ne pregriju im postanu hrskave jer ćete ih teško zamotati. Na tople tortilje namažite avokado, dodajte jaja, kobasice i povrće pa sve pokapajte šalšom.

Dno tortilje savijte prema sredini, a zatim prema sredini gurnite i bočne stranice. Na kraju zarolajte tortilju kao da radite štrudel. Ako ćete wrap odmah jesti, preperžite ga pošpola, ako ga nosite umotajte ga u foliju dok je još u komadu.

U posljednje vrijeme veliku su popularnost stekli wrapovi, koji polako izlaze iz sfere fast fooda i postaju zdrava hrana, zahvaljujući maštovitim receptima s puno korisnih sastojaka. Međutim, wrap ne mora biti ili-ili, odnosno "teški" fast food ili komad rijesta pun salate, moguće je pomiriti krajnosti i to na vrlo ukusan način čiji je rezultat zasitan, gurmanski i praktičan.

Upravo takav je wrap s kajganom i kobasicom upotpunjen šalšom i nasjeckanim povrćem. Izvorno se ovo jelo spravlja s pikantnom chorizo kobasicom i uz dodatak naribanog i zapečenog krumpira, no za malo zdraviju verziju bolje je izabrati grill kobasice od puretine, a krumpir zamijeniti sjeckanim povrćem.

Tako preinačen wrap nutricionisti preporučuju kao dobro izbalansirano jelo koje zahvaljujući obilju proteina jamči dugotrajnu sitost čime pomaže mršavljenju. Nama se sviđa i zbog još jedne stvari: brzo se priprema i lako ga je ponijeti sa sobom kao marendu - na posao, u školu ili na izlet. Ma savršeno!

Pikantni wrap

Sastojci

2 tortilje
2 jaja
2 pureće kobasice
2 stabljike mladog luka
1/8 mladog kupusa
1 avokado
par žličica gotove šalše ili ajvara
sol, papar

Priprema

Kobasice grilajte posebno ili ubacite u smjesu za kajganu. Jaja ispržite prema svom guštu. Povrće nasjeckajte. Avokado zgnječite i dodajte mu malo soli i papra. Sve ovo, pa čak i pečenje jaja, možete obaviti unaprijed.

Zagrijte tortilje na suhoj tavi oko 30 sekundi sa svake strane, pripazite da se ne pregriju im postanu hrskave jer ćete ih teško zamotati. Na tople tortilje namažite avokado, dodajte jaja, kobasice i povrće pa sve pokapajte šalšom.

Dno tortilje savijte prema sredini, a zatim prema sredini gurnite i bočne stranice. Na kraju zarolajte tortilju kao da radite štrudel. Ako ćete wrap odmah jesti, preperžite ga pošpola, ako ga nosite umotajte ga u foliju dok je još u komadu.

U posljednje vrijeme veliku su popularnost stekli wrapovi, koji polako izlaze iz sfere fast fooda i postaju zdrava hrana, zahvaljujući maštovitim receptima s puno korisnih sastojaka. Međutim, wrap ne mora biti ili-ili, odnosno "teški" fast food ili komad rijesta pun salate, moguće je pomiriti krajnosti i to na vrlo ukusan način čiji je rezultat zasitan, gurmanski i praktičan.

Upravo takav je wrap s kajganom i kobasicom upotpunjen šalšom i nasjeckanim povrćem. Izvorno se ovo jelo spravlja s pikantnom chorizo kobasicom i uz dodatak naribanog i zapečenog krumpira, no za malo zdraviju verziju bolje je izabrati grill kobasice od puretine, a krumpir zamijeniti sjeckanim povrćem.
