Kaže se "U po‘ marča - sipa i komarča". I s pravom se kaže, sad su i sipa i komarča osobito slatke, pa tko može, nek‘ navali. Nekidan smo vam ponudili baš jako dobar recept za pečene komarče, danas su na redu sipe.
A kako sipe pripremiti? Najbolje kao crni rižot, o tome nema dileme. Možda već imate svoj omiljeni recept, ali mi vam predlažemo naš. Vrlo je jednostavan, kako po pitanju sastojaka, tako i po pitanju pripreme. Šta ćemo komplicirat‘ gdje ne treba, je li tako?

Crni rižot
Sastojci:
500-600 g sipe
300 g riže
1 glavica luka
3 režnja češnjaka
100 ml bijelog vina
maslinovo ulje
svježi peršin
parmezan
sol, papar
Priprema:
Očistite sipu: tvrdi dio, gdje joj je kost, okrenite prema dolje pa je zarežite od dna prema glavi. Meso razdvojite, izvadite utrobu i vrećicu s crnilom. Crnilo sačuvajte. Uklonite i sipinu kost pa meso narežite. Krakove odrežite malo ispod očiju, glavu bacite.
Pokrijte maslinovim uljem dno teće debljeg dna pa na zagrijano ulje bacite nasjeckani luk. Kad postane staklast, ubacite sipu, nasjeckani češnjak, sol i papar.
Podlijte bijelim vinom, promiješajte, a kad alkohol ispari dodajte malo vode, po mogućnosti riblje juhe. Kuhajte na laganoj vatri dok sipa ne omekša uz povremeno dolijevanje vode.
Dodajte rižu, podlijte vodom ili ribljom juhom i kuhajte uz miješanje, povremeno dolijevajući još tekućine. Kad je riža napola gotova dodajte crnilo, oprezno ga cijedeći iz vrećice.
Kad je riža skuhana maknite s vatre i pustite da stoji poklopljeno par minuta. Na kraju pospite nasjeckanim peršinom i poslužite uz naribani parmezan i još koju kap maslinovog ulja.

Kaže se "U po‘ marča - sipa i komarča". I s pravom se kaže, sad su i sipa i komarča osobito slatke, pa tko može, nek‘ navali. Nekidan smo vam ponudili baš jako dobar recept za pečene komarče, danas su na redu sipe.
A kako sipe pripremiti? Najbolje kao crni rižot, o tome nema dileme. Možda već imate svoj omiljeni recept, ali mi vam predlažemo naš. Vrlo je jednostavan, kako po pitanju sastojaka, tako i po pitanju pripreme. Šta ćemo komplicirat‘ gdje ne treba, je li tako?

Crni rižot
Sastojci:
500-600 g sipe
300 g riže
1 glavica luka
3 režnja češnjaka
100 ml bijelog vina
maslinovo ulje
svježi peršin
parmezan
sol, papar
Priprema:
Očistite sipu: tvrdi dio, gdje joj je kost, okrenite prema dolje pa je zarežite od dna prema glavi. Meso razdvojite, izvadite utrobu i vrećicu s crnilom. Crnilo sačuvajte. Uklonite i sipinu kost pa meso narežite. Krakove odrežite malo ispod očiju, glavu bacite.
Pokrijte maslinovim uljem dno teće debljeg dna pa na zagrijano ulje bacite nasjeckani luk. Kad postane staklast, ubacite sipu, nasjeckani češnjak, sol i papar.
Podlijte bijelim vinom, promiješajte, a kad alkohol ispari dodajte malo vode, po mogućnosti riblje juhe. Kuhajte na laganoj vatri dok sipa ne omekša uz povremeno dolijevanje vode.
Dodajte rižu, podlijte vodom ili ribljom juhom i kuhajte uz miješanje, povremeno dolijevajući još tekućine. Kad je riža napola gotova dodajte crnilo, oprezno ga cijedeći iz vrećice.
Kad je riža skuhana maknite s vatre i pustite da stoji poklopljeno par minuta. Na kraju pospite nasjeckanim peršinom i poslužite uz naribani parmezan i još koju kap maslinovog ulja.
