Sličan je receptu za focacciju, ali ne zahtijeva da se tijesto ostavi u hladnjaku preko noći. Nešto će vam vremena doduše ipak trebati pa je najbolje da ga zamijesite otprilike dva i pol do tri sata prije nego namjeravate jesti.
Ovaj recept predviđen je za tri veće štruce, no lako ćete ga prilagoditi ako želite šest manjih ili 12 bublica. Samo ćete trebati malo skratiti vrijeme pečenja.

Mekane štručice
Sastojci:
500 g bijelog brašna
6 g instant kvasca
390-420 ml tople vode
15 ml maslinovog ulja
2 žličice soli
1 žličica šećera ili meda
Priprema:
Pomiješajte ulje, 390 ml vode, šećer i kvasac, pričekajte 15 minuta pa im dodajte brašno i sol. Izmiješajte sastojke pa po potrebi dodajte preostalu vodu (svako brašno je drugačije upija). Tijesto ne morate mijesiti pa nema veze što je mekano i ljepljivo. Pokrijte ga i ostavite ga da počiva 15 minuta, a zatim mu uhvatite jedan kraj, malo ga rastegnite i preklopite preko ostatka. Ponovite sa suprotnom stranom, a zatim isto napravite s preostale dvije strane. Ostavite tijesto da počiva pokriveno 15 minuta pa ponovite postupak.
Nakon što ste to obavili, ostavite tijesto pokriveno na sobnoj temperaturi sat i pol pa ga prebacite ga na pobrašnjenu površinu i rukama ga blago rastegnite da dobijete manje-više pravilan pravokutnik. Podijelite ga na tri dijela pa oblikujte štručice te ih ostavite da odstoje pokrivene na sobnoj temperaturi oko 45 minuta prije pečenja.
Zagrijte pećnicu na 230 stupnjeva Celzija, a na dno pećnice stavite posudu s vodom kako biste stvorili paru. U zagrijanu pećnicu stavite štručice i pecite ih 10 minuta, zatim maknite posudu s vodom i pecite ih još 6-8 minuta ili dok kruh ne porumeni.

Nema veze, spasit će vas naš recept za štručice mekane poput pamuka i idealne za izradu sendviča. Uživat ćete još više nego da ste se sjetili uzeti više kruha jer ovo je zaista poseban recept. Sličan je receptu za focacciju, ali ne zahtijeva da se tijesto ostavi u hladnjaku preko noći. Nešto će vam vremena doduše ipak trebati pa je najbolje da ga zamijesite otprilike dva i pol do tri sata prije nego namjeravate jesti.
Ovaj recept predviđen je za tri veće štruce, no lako ćete ga prilagoditi ako želite šest manjih ili 12 bublica. Samo ćete trebati malo skratiti vrijeme pečenja.

Mekane štručice
Sastojci:
500 g bijelog brašna
6 g instant kvasca
390-420 ml tople vode
15 ml maslinovog ulja
2 žličice soli
1 žličica šećera ili meda
Priprema:
Pomiješajte ulje, 390 ml vode, šećer i kvasac, pričekajte 15 minuta pa im dodajte brašno i sol. Izmiješajte sastojke pa po potrebi dodajte preostalu vodu (svako brašno je drugačije upija). Tijesto ne morate mijesiti pa nema veze što je mekano i ljepljivo. Pokrijte ga i ostavite ga da počiva 15 minuta, a zatim mu uhvatite jedan kraj, malo ga rastegnite i preklopite preko ostatka. Ponovite sa suprotnom stranom, a zatim isto napravite s preostale dvije strane. Ostavite tijesto da počiva pokriveno 15 minuta pa ponovite postupak.
Nakon što ste to obavili, ostavite tijesto pokriveno na sobnoj temperaturi sat i pol pa ga prebacite ga na pobrašnjenu površinu i rukama ga blago rastegnite da dobijete manje-više pravilan pravokutnik. Podijelite ga na tri dijela pa oblikujte štručice te ih ostavite da odstoje pokrivene na sobnoj temperaturi oko 45 minuta prije pečenja.
Zagrijte pećnicu na 230 stupnjeva Celzija, a na dno pećnice stavite posudu s vodom kako biste stvorili paru. U zagrijanu pećnicu stavite štručice i pecite ih 10 minuta, zatim maknite posudu s vodom i pecite ih još 6-8 minuta ili dok kruh ne porumeni.
