Svima nam se jedu kolače, a samo rijetki imaju volje gnjaviti se s pripremom. Ako i vas muči višak želje a manjak elana, spasit će vas recept koji donosimo u nastavku. U glavnoj su ulozi breskve, nema vaganja i sve je gotovo u čas posla. Rezultat je divan, nostalgičan kolač s pahuljastim tijestom i sočnim breskvama. Ma divota!

Ali nemojte zahvaljivati nama, zahvalite Biljani Samardžić jer pronašli smo ga na njenom divnom Instagramu Biljina kuhinja tv. Biljana kaže da ga je često radila njena mama, a mi smo sigurni da će i mnogi od vas u ovome receptu prepoznati omiljeni ljetni kolač iz djetinjstva.

Kolač s breskvama

Sastojci:

1 kg breskvi
2 jaja
1 čaša (2dl) šećera
1 čaša jogurta ili kiselog vrhnja
2 čaše brašna
1/2 čaše ulja
1/2 praška za pecivo
šećer u prahu za posipanje
prstohvat soli

Priprema:

Umutite šećer i jaja, dodajte kiselo vrhnje (ili jogurt) i ulje, a na kraju lagano umiješajte brašno pomiješano s praškom za pecivo. Dodajte prstohvat soli i izmiksati u glatku smjesu.

Tijesto izlijte u posudu za pečenje namazanu uljem i posutu brašnom pa pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180°C 5-7 minuta.

Izvadite kolač pa po površini tijesta rasporedite breskve narezane na kriške. Vratite u pećnicu i pecite još 35 minuta. Gotov, ohlađen kolač pospite šećerom u prahu.

Svima nam se jedu kolače, a samo rijetki imaju volje gnjaviti se s pripremom. Ako i vas muči višak želje a manjak elana, spasit će vas recept koji donosimo u nastavku. U glavnoj su ulozi breskve, nema vaganja i sve je gotovo u čas posla. Rezultat je divan, nostalgičan kolač s pahuljastim tijestom i sočnim breskvama. Ma divota!

Ali nemojte zahvaljivati nama, zahvalite Biljani Samardžić jer pronašli smo ga na njenom divnom Instagramu Biljina kuhinja tv. Biljana kaže da ga je često radila njena mama, a mi smo sigurni da će i mnogi od vas u ovome receptu prepoznati omiljeni ljetni kolač iz djetinjstva.

Kolač s breskvama

Sastojci:

1 kg breskvi
2 jaja
1 čaša (2dl) šećera
1 čaša jogurta ili kiselog vrhnja
2 čaše brašna
1/2 čaše ulja
1/2 praška za pecivo
šećer u prahu za posipanje
prstohvat soli

Priprema:

Umutite šećer i jaja, dodajte kiselo vrhnje (ili jogurt) i ulje, a na kraju lagano umiješajte brašno pomiješano s praškom za pecivo. Dodajte prstohvat soli i izmiksati u glatku smjesu.

Tijesto izlijte u posudu za pečenje namazanu uljem i posutu brašnom pa pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180°C 5-7 minuta.

Izvadite kolač pa po površini tijesta rasporedite breskve narezane na kriške. Vratite u pećnicu i pecite još 35 minuta. Gotov, ohlađen kolač pospite šećerom u prahu.

Biljina kuhinja

Svima nam se jedu kolače, a samo rijetki imaju volje gnjaviti se s pripremom. Ako i vas muči višak želje a manjak elana, spasit će vas recept koji donosimo u nastavku. U glavnoj su ulozi breskve, nema vaganja i sve je gotovo u čas posla. Rezultat je divan, nostalgičan kolač s pahuljastim tijestom i sočnim breskvama. Ma divota!

Ali nemojte zahvaljivati nama, zahvalite Biljani Samardžić jer pronašli smo ga na njenom divnom Instagramu Biljina kuhinja tv. Biljana kaže da ga je često radila njena mama, a mi smo sigurni da će i mnogi od vas u ovome receptu prepoznati omiljeni ljetni kolač iz djetinjstva.

Kolač s breskvama

Sastojci:

1 kg breskvi
2 jaja
1 čaša (2dl) šećera
1 čaša jogurta ili kiselog vrhnja
2 čaše brašna
1/2 čaše ulja
1/2 praška za pecivo
šećer u prahu za posipanje
prstohvat soli

Priprema:

Umutite šećer i jaja, dodajte kiselo vrhnje (ili jogurt) i ulje, a na kraju lagano umiješajte brašno pomiješano s praškom za pecivo. Dodajte prstohvat soli i izmiksati u glatku smjesu.

Tijesto izlijte u posudu za pečenje namazanu uljem i posutu brašnom pa pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180°C 5-7 minuta.

Izvadite kolač pa po površini tijesta rasporedite breskve narezane na kriške. Vratite u pećnicu i pecite još 35 minuta. Gotov, ohlađen kolač pospite šećerom u prahu.
