Zašto biste kupovali peciva, kad je tako lako napraviti domaća? Samo trebate dobar recept koji možete prilagođavati sastojcima koji su vam pri ruci. Jedan od takvih recepata je ovaj koji donosimo u nastavku, izvorno osmišljen za popularne "pesto rolls", odnosno bublice punjene pestom, a u ovoj verziji prilagođen za rolice punjene nešto pikantnijim nadjevom. Savršeno se ljube s  pivom, ali i vinom, no jednako tako su izvrsna opcija za marendu. Dodatni im je plus što se im je dodano i nešto pirovog brašna, lakše probavljivog i nutritivno bogatijeg od pšeničnog (ali možete koristiti i isključivo pšenično, ako vam pirovo nije pri ruci). Napravite i uživajte.

Pikantne rolice s pestom

Sastojci:

350 g pšeničnog brašna
170 g pirovog brašna
20 g svježeg kvasca
300 ml tople vode
30 ml maslinovog ulja
1 žličica soli
1 teglica pesta s bosiljkom
70 g pinjola
100 g mesnate slanine
100 g Grana Padana

Priprema:

Rastopite kvasac u vodi i ostavite ga da naraste pa ga dodajte brašnu, ubacite žličicu soli i 30 ml maslinovog ulja i zamijestite tijesto. Pustite ga da se diže na toplom mjestu oko sat, sat i pol.

Nakon što se tijesto diglo, razvaljajte ga u pravokutni oblik. Ostavljajući uz jedan rub oko 3 centimetra mjesta, ostatak tijesta dobro premažite pestom, pospite pinjolima i slaninom nasjeckanom na kockice pa sve prekrijte grubo ribanim sirom. Zatim zarolajte od kraja koji je nasuprot rubu uz koji ste ostavili mjesta. Narežite na deblje fetice pa poslažite na papir za pečenje ostavljajući dovoljno mjesta između fetica jer će se bublice još raširiti pa ih prekrijte i pustite još pola sata na toplom mjestu da se dižu.

Pecite u pećnici zagrijanoij na 180 stupnjeva dok ne dobiju lijepu boju.

Zašto biste kupovali peciva, kad je tako lako napraviti domaća? Samo trebate dobar recept koji možete prilagođavati sastojcima koji su vam pri ruci. Jedan od takvih recepata je ovaj koji donosimo u nastavku, izvorno osmišljen za popularne "pesto rolls", odnosno bublice punjene pestom, a u ovoj verziji prilagođen za rolice punjene nešto pikantnijim nadjevom. Savršeno se ljube s  pivom, ali i vinom, no jednako tako su izvrsna opcija za marendu. Dodatni im je plus što se im je dodano i nešto pirovog brašna, lakše probavljivog i nutritivno bogatijeg od pšeničnog (ali možete koristiti i isključivo pšenično, ako vam pirovo nije pri ruci). Napravite i uživajte.

Pikantne rolice s pestom

Sastojci:

350 g pšeničnog brašna
170 g pirovog brašna
20 g svježeg kvasca
300 ml tople vode
30 ml maslinovog ulja
1 žličica soli
1 teglica pesta s bosiljkom
70 g pinjola
100 g mesnate slanine
100 g Grana Padana

Priprema:

Rastopite kvasac u vodi i ostavite ga da naraste pa ga dodajte brašnu, ubacite žličicu soli i 30 ml maslinovog ulja i zamijestite tijesto. Pustite ga da se diže na toplom mjestu oko sat, sat i pol.

Nakon što se tijesto diglo, razvaljajte ga u pravokutni oblik. Ostavljajući uz jedan rub oko 3 centimetra mjesta, ostatak tijesta dobro premažite pestom, pospite pinjolima i slaninom nasjeckanom na kockice pa sve prekrijte grubo ribanim sirom. Zatim zarolajte od kraja koji je nasuprot rubu uz koji ste ostavili mjesta. Narežite na deblje fetice pa poslažite na papir za pečenje ostavljajući dovoljno mjesta između fetica jer će se bublice još raširiti pa ih prekrijte i pustite još pola sata na toplom mjestu da se dižu.

Pecite u pećnici zagrijanoij na 180 stupnjeva dok ne dobiju lijepu boju.

Zašto biste kupovali peciva, kad je tako lako napraviti domaća? Samo trebate dobar recept koji možete prilagođavati sastojcima koji su vam pri ruci. Jedan od takvih recepata je ovaj koji donosimo u nastavku, izvorno osmišljen za popularne "pesto rolls", odnosno bublice punjene pestom, a u ovoj verziji prilagođen za rolice punjene nešto pikantnijim nadjevom. Savršeno se ljube s  pivom, ali i vinom, no jednako tako su izvrsna opcija za marendu. Dodatni im je plus što se im je dodano i nešto pirovog brašna, lakše probavljivog i nutritivno bogatijeg od pšeničnog (ali možete koristiti i isključivo pšenično, ako vam pirovo nije pri ruci).
