Svaka čast gradelama i salatama, ali u nekom trenutku svi se zaželimo pošteno zagrabiti žlicom pa nakon što smo sve slistili lijepo komadom kruha pomazati tanjur. Nakon toga treba još samo popiti bevandu i zavaliti se u horizontalu. Suđe može malo pričekati, kao i sve ostalo.
E, ali o tome što je ljeti prikladno skuhati "za na žlicu", a što nije dalo bi se raspravljati - dok nekima, na primjer, ni u ludilu ne bi palo napamet skuhati fažol usred ljeta, drugi u tome ne vide ništa sporno. Neki bi, kao Roko Prč, ispalili na živce da im Anđa u njihovom životu spomene da je za ručak kaštradina i kupus, a drugi bi to jedva dočekali. No ipak vam nećemo predložiti ni kaštradinu ni fažol, iako eto mi smo ih spomenuli pa vi kako hoćete, nego vam predlažemo recepte za jela na žlicu s ljetnim predznakom.

Jedno od njih je, bez puno iznenađenja, brujet. Jede se žlicom, pun je ljetnih okusa, a da vam ne bi bio dosadan nudimo vam jedan malo posebniji recept koji pored ribe uključuje i škampe.
Drugi je prijedlog pomalo egzotičan, jer stiže iz Puerto Rica, ali među sastojcima su sve same stvari koje i mi ovdje volimo: piletina, pome, paprike, riža... Začinjen je mješavinom začina poznatom pod nazivom abodo, možda ćete je uspjeti pronaći, a ako ne uspijete, pomiješajte luk u prahu, češnjak u prahu, papriku, papar, kumin i origano.
Treći prijedlog je vrlo jednostavan i na tragu je poznatog talijanskog minestronea, osim što umjesto manistre, koja obično ide u minestrone, sadrži krumpir, a pored njega idu još i tikvice, pome i fažoleti kao i kobasice, pa nitko neće kukati da mu je posluženo jelo previše "tanko".

Brujet od ribe i škampa
Sastojci:
700 g miješane bijele ribe
500 g rajčica (ili 1 konzerva pelata)
300 g škampi
250 ml bijelog vina
100 ml ulja
3 velika luka
5 režnjeva češnjaka
2 žlice koncentrata rajčice
1 vezica peršina
sol, papar
Priprema:
Luk narežite na kockice pa ga dinstajte na ulju. Kad postane staklast dodajte mu grubo usitnjene rajčice, usitnjeni češnjak i peršin. Kuhajte 15-ak minuta uz povremeno miješanje.
Kad rajčica omekša, a luk se gotovo raspao, dodajte ribu narezanu na veće komade pa je zalijte vinom i koncentratom rajčice razmućenim u toploj vodi te dobro posolite. Kuhajte 10-ak minuta pa dodajte škampe, kuhajte još 5-8 minuta, ovisno o veličini škampa te poslužite.

Asopao de Pollo
Sastojci:
1 kg pilećih zabataka
500 g rajčice (ili 1 konzerva pelata)
300 g riže
250 g graška
200 g zelenih maslina bez koštice
4 češnja češnjaka
3 žlice maslinovog ulja
2 žlice paste od rajčice
2 žlice abodo začina (vidite napomenu gore)
1 srednja zelena paprika, narezana na kockice
1 srednja crvena paprika, narezana na kockice
1 srednji luk, narezan na kockice
1 list lovora
1/2 vezice korijandera ili peršina
sol, papar
Priprema:
Pileće batake narežite, otkoštite i dobro natrljajte adobo začinom.
Zagrijte ulje pa na njemu pirjajte usitnjeni luk i češnjak, paprike narezane na kockice i pastu od rajčice, dok povrće malo ne omekša. Izvadite povrće iz lonca i ostavite sa strane.
Na isto ulje stavite piletinu pa je pržite dok ne porumeni, vratite povrće, dodajte rižu i rajčicu narezanu na kockice pa sve zalijte toplom vodom ili temeljcem. Dodajte lovorov list te kuhajte dok ne zavrije pa smanjite vatru na srednje nisku i kuhajte dok riža ne omekša, oko 20 minuta.
Dodajte grašak i masline te kuhajte još 5 minuta. Maknite s vatre, izvadite lovorov list te dodajte nasjeckani korijander ili peršin i poslužite.

Varivo s fažoletima i tikvicom
Sastojci:
100 g fažoleta
2 tanke kobasice
2 krumpira
2 tikvice
1 luk
1 veća rajčica
1 mrkva
1 stabljika celera
sol, papar
Priprema:
sitno nasjeckajte luk, mrkvu i celer pa ih propirjajte na malo ulja. Dodajte im kobasicu narezanu na veće komade pa kratko prodinstajte. Ubacite rajčicu narezanu na veće komade pa kratko pirjajte.
Kad tekućina ispari ubacite tikvice narezane na kolutiće i krumpir narezan na kockice, posolite i popaprite te zalijte toplom vodom. Ubacite fažolete i kuhajte dok fažoleti ne omekšaju.
ako želite gušći umak, izvadite jednu kacijolu variva pa ga usitnite štapnim mikserom i vratite u lonac. Pospite nasjeckanim peršinom i poslužite.

Svaka čast gradelama i salatama, ali u nekom trenutku svi se zaželimo pošteno zagrabiti žlicom pa nakon što smo sve slistili lijepo komadom kruha pomazati tanjur. Nakon toga treba još samo popiti bevandu i zavaliti se u horizontalu. Suđe može malo pričekati, kao i sve ostalo.
E, ali o tome što je ljeti prikladno skuhati "za na žlicu", a što nije dalo bi se raspravljati - dok nekima, na primjer, ni u ludilu ne bi palo napamet skuhati fažol usred ljeta, drugi u tome ne vide ništa sporno. Neki bi, kao Roko Prč, ispalili na živce da im Anđa u njihovom životu spomene da je za ručak kaštradina i kupus, a drugi bi to jedva dočekali. No ipak vam nećemo predložiti ni kaštradinu ni fažol, iako eto mi smo ih spomenuli pa vi kako hoćete, nego vam predlažemo recepte za jela na žlicu s ljetnim predznakom.

Jedno od njih je, bez puno iznenađenja, brujet. Jede se žlicom, pun je ljetnih okusa, a da vam ne bi bio dosadan nudimo vam jedan malo posebniji recept koji pored ribe uključuje i škampe.
Drugi je prijedlog pomalo egzotičan, jer stiže iz Puerto Rica, ali među sastojcima su sve same stvari koje i mi ovdje volimo: piletina, pome, paprike, riža... Začinjen je mješavinom začina poznatom pod nazivom abodo, možda ćete je uspjeti pronaći, a ako ne uspijete, pomiješajte luk u prahu, češnjak u prahu, papriku, papar, kumin i origano.
Treći prijedlog je vrlo jednostavan i na tragu je poznatog talijanskog minestronea, osim što umjesto manistre, koja obično ide u minestrone, sadrži krumpir, a pored njega idu još i tikvice, pome i fažoleti kao i kobasice, pa nitko neće kukati da mu je posluženo jelo previše "tanko".

Brujet od ribe i škampa
Sastojci:
700 g miješane bijele ribe
500 g rajčica (ili 1 konzerva pelata)
300 g škampi
250 ml bijelog vina
100 ml ulja
3 velika luka
5 režnjeva češnjaka
2 žlice koncentrata rajčice
1 vezica peršina
sol, papar
Priprema:
Luk narežite na kockice pa ga dinstajte na ulju. Kad postane staklast dodajte mu grubo usitnjene rajčice, usitnjeni češnjak i peršin. Kuhajte 15-ak minuta uz povremeno miješanje.
Kad rajčica omekša, a luk se gotovo raspao, dodajte ribu narezanu na veće komade pa je zalijte vinom i koncentratom rajčice razmućenim u toploj vodi te dobro posolite. Kuhajte 10-ak minuta pa dodajte škampe, kuhajte još 5-8 minuta, ovisno o veličini škampa te poslužite.

Asopao de Pollo
Sastojci:
1 kg pilećih zabataka
500 g rajčice (ili 1 konzerva pelata)
300 g riže
250 g graška
200 g zelenih maslina bez koštice
4 češnja češnjaka
3 žlice maslinovog ulja
2 žlice paste od rajčice
2 žlice abodo začina (vidite napomenu gore)
1 srednja zelena paprika, narezana na kockice
1 srednja crvena paprika, narezana na kockice
1 srednji luk, narezan na kockice
1 list lovora
1/2 vezice korijandera ili peršina
sol, papar
Priprema:
Pileće batake narežite, otkoštite i dobro natrljajte adobo začinom.
Zagrijte ulje pa na njemu pirjajte usitnjeni luk i češnjak, paprike narezane na kockice i pastu od rajčice, dok povrće malo ne omekša. Izvadite povrće iz lonca i ostavite sa strane.
Na isto ulje stavite piletinu pa je pržite dok ne porumeni, vratite povrće, dodajte rižu i rajčicu narezanu na kockice pa sve zalijte toplom vodom ili temeljcem. Dodajte lovorov list te kuhajte dok ne zavrije pa smanjite vatru na srednje nisku i kuhajte dok riža ne omekša, oko 20 minuta.
Dodajte grašak i masline te kuhajte još 5 minuta. Maknite s vatre, izvadite lovorov list te dodajte nasjeckani korijander ili peršin i poslužite.

Varivo s fažoletima i tikvicom
Sastojci:
100 g fažoleta
2 tanke kobasice
2 krumpira
2 tikvice
1 luk
1 veća rajčica
1 mrkva
1 stabljika celera
sol, papar
Priprema:
sitno nasjeckajte luk, mrkvu i celer pa ih propirjajte na malo ulja. Dodajte im kobasicu narezanu na veće komade pa kratko prodinstajte. Ubacite rajčicu narezanu na veće komade pa kratko pirjajte.
Kad tekućina ispari ubacite tikvice narezane na kolutiće i krumpir narezan na kockice, posolite i popaprite te zalijte toplom vodom. Ubacite fažolete i kuhajte dok fažoleti ne omekšaju.
ako želite gušći umak, izvadite jednu kacijolu variva pa ga usitnite štapnim mikserom i vratite u lonac. Pospite nasjeckanim peršinom i poslužite.
