Kad ste zadnji put jeli japrak? U sezoni sarmi pao je u drugi plan, ali sad kad nam je kiseli kupus već malo dosadio, pravi je trenutak za podsjetiti se koliko je japrak dobar. Ako kojim slučajem ne znate što je japrak, uputit ćemo vas - nešto slično sarmi, samo s raštikom umjesto kiselog kupusa. Recepata za ovo starinsko, izvorno tursko jelo ima koliko hoćete, no bitno je među njima odabrati pravi. A mi vjerujemo da je ovaj koji vam prenosimo pravi, jer smo ga dobili od Lamije Tešnjo Muharemi, meštrovice za slano i slatko koju pratimo na Instagramu Cherryontop_it.

Japrak

Sastojci:

25 listova raštike
400 g mljevenog mesa
100 g riže
2 glavice luka
2 žlice ulja
crvena paprika
peršin
sol, papar

Priprema: 

Listove raštike kratko prokuhajte (oko 5 minuta) u uzavreloj, posoljenoj vodi, a nakon toga ih prebacite u hladnu vodu.

Ostale sastojke pomiješajte pa otprilike po žlicu stavljajte na sredinu lista. Desnu stranu lista preklopite prema sredini, zamotajte, a drugu stranu uvucite lagano prstima i lijepo ih na taj način oblikujte.

Japrake redajte u širu posudu po dnu, pa ih prelijte vodom tek toliko da ih prekrije. Kuhajte oko 1 sat na laganoj vatri. Po potrebi dodajte još vode.

Prelijte ih jogurtom ili kajmakom i uživajte.

Kad ste zadnji put jeli japrak? U sezoni sarmi pao je u drugi plan, ali sad kad nam je kiseli kupus već malo dosadio, pravi je trenutak za podsjetiti se koliko je japrak dobar. Ako kojim slučajem ne znate što je japrak, uputit ćemo vas - nešto slično sarmi, samo s raštikom umjesto kiselog kupusa. Recepata za ovo starinsko, izvorno tursko jelo ima koliko hoćete, no bitno je među njima odabrati pravi. Japrak

Sastojci:

25 listova raštike
400 g mljevenog mesa
100 g riže
2 glavice luka
2 žlice ulja
crvena paprika
peršin
sol, papar

Priprema: 

Listove raštike kratko prokuhajte (oko 5 minuta) u uzavreloj, posoljenoj vodi, a nakon toga ih prebacite u hladnu vodu.

Ostale sastojke pomiješajte pa otprilike po žlicu stavljajte na sredinu lista. Desnu stranu lista preklopite prema sredini, zamotajte, a drugu stranu uvucite lagano prstima i lijepo ih na taj način oblikujte.

Japrake redajte u širu posudu po dnu, pa ih prelijte vodom tek toliko da ih prekrije. Kuhajte oko 1 sat na laganoj vatri. Po potrebi dodajte još vode.

Prelijte ih jogurtom ili kajmakom i uživajte.
