Tko je god kod kuće pokušao napraviti sladoled, susreo se s određenim problemima. Ponajprije, recepti su previše komplicirani pa vam već u startu dođe da odustanete ili pak traže sastojke koje se prethodno treba sjetiti staviti u zamrzivač. Nadalje, mnogi recepti zahtijevaju korištenje stroja za sladoled ili pak traže da se smjesa za vrijeme zamrzavanja svako sat-dva dobro promiješa. Tko nije odustao na početku, na ovoj je stavki već sigurno izgubio entuzijazam. Domaći sladoled s Nutellom

Sastojci:

500 ml slatkog vrhnja
400 ml kondenziranog mlijeka (ovdje se možete podsjetiti kako ga lako možete napraviti)
150 g Nutelle

Priprema:

Vrhnje istucite u mekani šlag. Dodajte mu kondenzirano mlijeko.

Nutellu stavite u posudu pogodnu za miksanje (po potrebi teglicu najprije uronite u toplu vodu da se malo opusti). Dodajte joj dio smjese vrhnja i mlijeka. Dobro izmiješajte mikserom uz pokrete od gore prema dolje, kako bi krema postala što prozračnija.

Kad je krema jednolična, dodajte ostatak smjese s vrhnjem i ponovite postupak.

Prebacite u posudu zgodnu za zamrzavanje, po želji površinu malo prošarajte Nutellom te stavite u zamrzivač na tri sata.

Gotovi sladoled dobro zatvorite, a na površinu mu stavite komad prijanjajuće folije koji će ga čuvati od ulaska zraka i spriječiti stvaranje velikih kristala leda pa će ostati kremast i fin.

Tko je god kod kuće pokušao napraviti sladoled, susreo se s određenim problemima. Domaći sladoled s Nutellom

Sastojci:

500 ml slatkog vrhnja
400 ml kondenziranog mlijeka (ovdje se možete podsjetiti kako ga lako možete napraviti)
150 g Nutelle

Priprema:

Vrhnje istucite u mekani šlag. Dodajte mu kondenzirano mlijeko.

Nutellu stavite u posudu pogodnu za miksanje (po potrebi teglicu najprije uronite u toplu vodu da se malo opusti). Dodajte joj dio smjese vrhnja i mlijeka. Dobro izmiješajte mikserom uz pokrete od gore prema dolje, kako bi krema postala što prozračnija.

Kad je krema jednolična, dodajte ostatak smjese s vrhnjem i ponovite postupak.

Prebacite u posudu zgodnu za zamrzavanje, po želji površinu malo prošarajte Nutellom te stavite u zamrzivač na tri sata.

Gotovi sladoled dobro zatvorite, a na površinu mu stavite komad prijanjajuće folije koji će ga čuvati od ulaska zraka i spriječiti stvaranje velikih kristala leda pa će ostati kremast i fin.

Domaći sladoled od tri sastojka: bez gnjavaže, aparata i previše čekanja! Evo i kako će ostati kremast poput kupovnog

Tko je god kod kuće pokušao napraviti sladoled, susreo se s određenim problemima. Ponajprije, recepti su previše komplicirani pa vam već u startu dođe da odustanete ili pak traže sastojke koje se prethodno treba sjetiti staviti u zamrzivač. Nadalje, mnogi recepti zahtijevaju korištenje stroja za sladoled ili pak traže da se smjesa za vrijeme zamrzavanja svako sat-dva dobro promiješa. Tko nije odustao na početku, na ovoj je stavki već sigurno izgubio entuzijazam. I oknačno, kad vidite da nešto treba ostaviti u zamrzivaču preko noći, velika je šansa da ćete dotični recept također ostaviti da prenoći. Na neodređeno.

Domaći sladoled s Nutellom

Sastojci:

500 ml slatkog vrhnja
400 ml kondenziranog mlijeka (ovdje se možete podsjetiti kako ga lako možete napraviti)
150 g Nutelle

Priprema:

Vrhnje istucite u mekani šlag. Dodajte mu kondenzirano mlijeko.

Nutellu stavite u posudu pogodnu za miksanje (po potrebi teglicu najprije uronite u toplu vodu da se malo opusti). Dodajte joj dio smjese vrhnja i mlijeka. Dobro izmiješajte mikserom uz pokrete od gore prema dolje, kako bi krema postala što prozračnija.

Kad je krema jednolična, dodajte ostatak smjese s vrhnjem i ponovite postupak.

Prebacite u posudu zgodnu za zamrzavanje, po želji površinu malo prošarajte Nutellom te stavite u zamrzivač na tri sata.

Gotovi sladoled dobro zatvorite, a na površinu mu stavite komad prijanjajuće folije koji će ga čuvati od ulaska zraka i spriječiti stvaranje velikih kristala leda pa će ostati kremast i fin.
