Dalmatinski omlet

Sastojci:

2 jaja
100 g raštike
50 g ljute kobasice
30 g pečenih maslina

Priprema:

Obarite i sitno nasjeckajte raštiku. Pomiješajte je s dva jaja i kobasicom narezanom na fete te ih začinite solju i ispecite omlet. Kad je omlet pečen, ukrasite ga pečenim maslinama i odmah poslužite.

Sastojci:

2 jaja
100 g raštike
50 g ljute kobasice
30 g pečenih maslina

Priprema:

Obarite i sitno nasjeckajte raštiku. Pomiješajte je s dva jaja i kobasicom narezanom na fete te ih začinite solju i ispecite omlet. Kad je omlet pečen, ukrasite ga pečenim maslinama i odmah poslužite.

Trebate li ideju za dobar, kvalitetan obrok pun proteina, ali i vitamina, ne tražite dalje. Nudimo vam recept za dalmatinski omlet s popularnim povrćem i finim dodatkom za pikantan okus. Prije koju godinu za naš prilog Maslina otkrio ga je Veljko Barbieri, a nas je baš oduševio, kako po sastojcima, tako i pop jednostavnosti pripreme.

Želite li kušati pikantni damatinski omlet, trebat će vam vezica raštike. Nećete iskoristiti cijelu, ali bit će vam drago što vam je ostalo još raštike za idući omlet jer ćete ga poželjeti vrlo uskoro...

Dalmatinski omlet

Sastojci:

2 jaja
100 g raštike
50 g ljute kobasice
30 g pečenih maslina

Priprema:

Obarite i sitno nasjeckajte raštiku. Pomiješajte je s dva jaja i kobasicom narezanom na fete te ih začinite solju i ispecite omlet. Kad je omlet pečen, ukrasite ga pečenim maslinama i odmah poslužite.
