Lako se praviti važan fensi-šmensi specijalitetima po receptima inih masterchefova, ali na sasvim običnim, svakodnevnim jelima poput pire-krumpira pokazuje se raspolaže li dotični kuhar (ili kuharica) vještinama vrijednim pažnje. Jer ako ne znaš spremiti najobičniji pire krumpir, što onda uopće znaš? A pripremiti sasvim običan pire krumpir nije baš tek tako, barem nije ako želite savršen rezultat. a za takav će vam biti potrebno određeno predznanje koje danas, nažalost, ne znaju ni oni koji kuhaju svakodnevno.

Drugo, potrudite se na vrijeme iz hladnjaka izvaditi maslac i mlijeko, odnosno, ako ga preferirate, vrhnje. Vrlo je važno sa su spomenuti sastojci sobne temperature, jer će se bolje umiješati u pire i neće mu pokvariti teksturu.

A sad slijedi treći i zadnji trik. Zaboravite standardnu gnječilicu za krumpir - mislimo na onaj uobičajeni alat s ručkom kojim usitnjavate skuhani krumpir. Takva će smjesa, jer je u nju otpušteno znatno manje škroba nego u na standardan način zgnječene krumpire, također savršeno primiti sve dodatke za pire i s njima će se lijepo povezati, što će vašem pireu dati teksturu o kojoj sanjate. Ujedno ćete izbjeći svaku opasnost od grudica.

Lako se praviti važan fensi-šmensi specijalitetima po receptima inih masterchefova, ali na sasvim običnim, svakodnevnim jelima poput pire-krumpira pokazuje se raspolaže li dotični kuhar (ili kuharica) vještinama vrijednim pažnje. Jer ako ne znaš spremiti najobičniji pire krumpir, što onda uopće znaš? A pripremiti sasvim običan pire krumpir nije baš tek tako, barem nije ako želite savršen rezultat. a za takav će vam biti potrebno određeno predznanje koje danas, nažalost, ne znaju ni oni koji kuhaju svakodnevno. 

Prvo i osnovno, naučite odabrati pravu vrstu krumpira. Stručnjaci tvrde da je za najkremastiji pire potrebno uzeti žute sorte krumpira, dok će ljubitelji rahlog pirea na svoje doći ako odaberu nešto brašnastije sorte bijelog mesa. 

Drugo, potrudite se na vrijeme iz hladnjaka izvaditi maslac i mlijeko, odnosno, ako ga preferirate, vrhnje. Vrlo je važno sa su spomenuti sastojci sobne temperature, jer će se bolje umiješati u pire i neće mu pokvariti teksturu.

A sad slijedi treći i zadnji trik. Zaboravite standardnu gnječilicu za krumpir - mislimo na onaj uobičajeni alat s ručkom kojim usitnjavate skuhani krumpir. Treba vam ono što su bake nazivale štrukapatata i koristile pri izradi njoka - mislimo na spravicu u koju se ubacuju kuhani krumpiri da bi ih se, korištenjem snažnog pritiska, pretvorilo u rahlu, rastresitu masu koja savršeno prima jaje, brašno i malo ulja ili maslaca za izradu njoka.

Takva će smjesa, jer je u nju otpušteno znatno manje škroba nego u na standardan način zgnječene krumpire, također savršeno primiti sve dodatke za pire i s njima će se lijepo povezati, što će vašem pireu dati teksturu o kojoj sanjate. Ujedno ćete izbjeći svaku opasnost od grudica.

Lako se praviti važan fensi-šmensi specijalitetima po receptima inih masterchefova, ali na sasvim običnim, svakodnevnim jelima poput pire-krumpira pokazuje se raspolaže li dotični kuhar (ili kuharica) vještinama vrijednim pažnje. Jer ako ne znaš spremiti najobičniji pire krumpir, što onda uopće znaš? A pripremiti sasvim običan pire krumpir nije baš tek tako, barem nije ako želite savršen rezultat. a za takav će vam biti potrebno određeno predznanje koje danas, nažalost, ne znaju ni oni koji kuhaju svakodnevno. 

Prvo i osnovno, naučite odabrati pravu vrstu krumpira. Stručnjaci tvrde da je za najkremastiji pire potrebno uzeti žute sorte krumpira, dok će ljubitelji rahlog pirea na svoje doći ako odaberu nešto brašnastije sorte bijelog mesa.
