Dvije godine nakon što su predstavili koncept malenog i prostranog automobila Up! s klasičnim pogonom, u Volkswagenu su napravili korak naprijed. Tvrtka koje je po sadašnjoj prodaji prva u svijetu (pretekla je Toyotu), odlučila je napraviti električnu verziju E-Up, koja će biti tržišni hit. Ne kao američki Tesla ili neki drugi elektroauto u simboličnoj seriji. Planirano je da već 2013. starta na tržištu, s ozbiljnom nakladom od pedeset tisuća godišnje.

Oblik malenog kombija

Simpatičan automobilčić dugačak je samo 320 cm, a tajna nevjerojatne prostranosti je u obliku malenog kombija, širine 164 i visine 147 centimetara. Stranice su uspravne, a kotačima u samim rubovima karoserije. Koncepcija sjedala je 3+1, što znači da uz prednja dva normalnih proporcija, kao u Polu, straga ima mjesta za još jednu odraslu osobu (sjedalo je postavljeno ukoso) i dijete.

Iako se prve konceptne verzije imale motor i pogon straga (kao nekadašnja “buba”), stručnjaci iz Wolfsburga su se odlučili na provjerenu koncepciju prednjeg pogona, zbog sigurnosti i voznih svojstava. Kompaktno iznad prednje osovine ugrađen je AC elektromotor snage 40 kW (54 KS), koji kratkotrajno može davati 60 kW (82 KS).

Preko CVT mjenjača spojen je na diferencijal. Izmjenični elektromotor je lakši, manji i učinkovitiji od istosmjernog te bolje podnosi kratkotrajna preopterećenja. Ključ uspjeha su litij-ionske baterije, kao u laptopima i mobitelima. U podnicu je ugrađen paket od 240 kilograma baterijskih članaka najnovije generacije, kapaciteta 18 kWh. Istosmjerni se napon preko inverterskog pretvarača pretvara u izmjenični.

Kako bi se postigle dobre performanse i autonomija, ukupna je masa zadržana na 1085 kg te je bilo nužno olakšati karoseriju, koja istodobno osigurava visoku sigurnost u sudaru. To je postignuto kombiniranjem strukture od visokočvrstog čelika te oplate od aluminija i kompozita ojačanog ugljičnim vlaknima. Rezultat su uvjerljivi. Simpatični elektroauto do stotke sprinta u 11 sekunda, a kako se ne bi rasipala energija (radi osiguranja autonomije), brzina mu je ograničena na 135 km/h.

S jednim punjenjem E-Up može prijeći 130 kilometara, dovoljno za svakodnevnu vožnju. Cijena još nije određena. Iako su troškovi tri puta veći nego kod klasičnog auta, cijena ne bi trebala biti veća od 25.000 eura. U većini zemalja EU-a za takve su aute predviđeni višestruki bonusi: niže osiguranje, besplatna cestarina i parkiranje...

Punjenje iz kućne mreže

Litij-ionske baterije ukupne mase 240 kilograma pune se iz kućne mreže od 230V, tijekom 7 sati. Mogu se napuniti i brzim punjačem, u jedan sat, na 80 posto kapaciteta (autonomija 100 km).

Predviđena trajnost je 1500 ciklusa punjenja i pražnjenja te Volkswagen planira dati jamstvo od pet godina ili 150.000 km.

Dvije godine nakon što su predstavili koncept malenog i prostranog automobila Up! s klasičnim pogonom, u Volkswagenu su napravili korak naprijed. Tvrtka koje je po sadašnjoj prodaji prva u svijetu (pretekla je Toyotu), odlučila je napraviti električnu verziju E-Up, koja će biti tržišni hit. Ne kao američki Tesla ili neki drugi elektroauto u simboličnoj seriji. Planirano je da već 2013. starta na tržištu, s ozbiljnom nakladom od pedeset tisuća godišnje.

Oblik malenog kombija

Simpatičan automobilčić dugačak je samo 320 cm, a tajna nevjerojatne prostranosti je u obliku malenog kombija, širine 164 i visine 147 centimetara. Stranice su uspravne, a kotačima u samim rubovima karoserije. Koncepcija sjedala je 3+1, što znači da uz prednja dva normalnih proporcija, kao u Polu, straga ima mjesta za još jednu odraslu osobu (sjedalo je postavljeno ukoso) i dijete.

Iako se prve konceptne verzije imale motor i pogon straga (kao nekadašnja “buba”), stručnjaci iz Wolfsburga su se odlučili na provjerenu koncepciju prednjeg pogona, zbog sigurnosti i voznih svojstava. Kompaktno iznad prednje osovine ugrađen je AC elektromotor snage 40 kW (54 KS), koji kratkotrajno može davati 60 kW (82 KS).

Preko CVT mjenjača spojen je na diferencijal. Izmjenični elektromotor je lakši, manji i učinkovitiji od istosmjernog te bolje podnosi kratkotrajna preopterećenja. Ključ uspjeha su litij-ionske baterije, kao u laptopima i mobitelima. U podnicu je ugrađen paket od 240 kilograma baterijskih članaka najnovije generacije, kapaciteta 18 kWh. Istosmjerni se napon preko inverterskog pretvarača pretvara u izmjenični.

Kako bi se postigle dobre performanse i autonomija, ukupna je masa zadržana na 1085 kg te je bilo nužno olakšati karoseriju, koja istodobno osigurava visoku sigurnost u sudaru. To je postignuto kombiniranjem strukture od visokočvrstog čelika te oplate od aluminija i kompozita ojačanog ugljičnim vlaknima. Rezultat su uvjerljivi. Simpatični elektroauto do stotke sprinta u 11 sekunda, a kako se ne bi rasipala energija (radi osiguranja autonomije), brzina mu je ograničena na 135 km/h.

S jednim punjenjem E-Up može prijeći 130 kilometara, dovoljno za svakodnevnu vožnju. Cijena još nije određena. Iako su troškovi tri puta veći nego kod klasičnog auta, cijena ne bi trebala biti veća od 25.000 eura. U većini zemalja EU-a za takve su aute predviđeni višestruki bonusi: niže osiguranje, besplatna cestarina i parkiranje...

Punjenje iz kućne mreže

Litij-ionske baterije ukupne mase 240 kilograma pune se iz kućne mreže od 230V, tijekom 7 sati. Mogu se napuniti i brzim punjačem, u jedan sat, na 80 posto kapaciteta (autonomija 100 km).

Predviđena trajnost je 1500 ciklusa punjenja i pražnjenja te Volkswagen planira dati jamstvo od pet godina ili 150.000 km.
