stdClass Object ( [id] => 223182 [title] => Kašnjenje radova na brzoj cesti Solin-Klis [alias] => kasnjenje-radova-na-brzoj-cesti-solin-klis [catid] => 296 [published] => 1 [introtext] => [fulltext] => Dan nakon objave prošlotjedne ponude rješenja kolegica je uspjela “izmamiti” izjavu iz “Hrvatskih cesta” o kašnjenju radova i odluci da se cesta ipak neće u komadu zatvoriti jer se javilo previše zabrinutih ljudi koji misle (kao i ja) da bi to bila katastrofa. Da radovi kasne bilo je jasno svakomu tko se redovito vozi brzom cestom, pa čak i meni laiku koji se htio oprostiti od ceste u starom izdanju dan prije Stare, kada mi je bilo očito da se do spajanja posljednjeg dijela ne može stići u preostala dva dana 2013.

Najava povremenih zatvaranja tijekom sljedećih nekoliko mjeseci isto će iživcirati mnoge vozače koji će prije kretanja morati provjeriti je li cesta prohodna ili ne, a ako se zeznu, čeka ih vrrrlo dugo putovanje u koloni prepunoj crvenih lica koja nešto govore sama sa sobom. Pretpostavljam da vam je jasno kakvi izrazi izlaze iz tih ljudi. Koliko god me razveselilo promišljanje po kojemu ipak mjesec dana neće u potpunosti biti zatvorena jedna vrlo bitna cesta, ipak mi se čini da i ta situacija s povremenim kolapsima prometa nije baš neko..., pa - recimo - baš neko najzgodnije rješenje.

Što se samih rokova tiče, mislim da 10-15 dana ne igra neku veliku ulogu, ali da bi sve trebalo biti gotovo do Uskrsa jer - ako ste zaboravili - tada “službeno” počinje predsezona, vrlo bitno razdoblje u kojemu se mnogi znaju odlučiti za povratak i tijekom ljetnih praznika, slobodnih dana, godišnjih odmora... Rješenje o režimu vožnje koje je moj stari kumpanjo, generacija s FESB-a, predložio ispalo je vrlo nezgrapno: naime, on je promišljao da se sadašnja cesta koja veže Dugopolje i Solin preusmjeri u dvotračnu cestu koja ide prema Splitu, a ona novodovršena da ide isključivo prema gore.

Koliko god logike tu bilo (jer se mogu pretjecati sporija vozila i ne treba ih preusmjeravati), taj bi potez ubio gotovo sve lokalce koji bi za par stotina metara radili krug od 20-ak kilometara. I dalje sam protiv zatvaranja, pa makar i povremenoga. Čini mi se da je moje rješenje (koliko god naivno zvučalo) puno praktičnije i bezbolnije za cijeli ovaj kraj, a time bi se u potpunosti izbjegle kolone i stajanje u redu, kao što je to bilo svaki put kada bi se zbog radova brza cesta zatvarala.

Da radovi kasne bilo je jasno svakomu tko se redovito vozi brzom cestom, pa čak i meni laiku koji se htio oprostiti od ceste u starom izdanju dan prije Stare, kada mi je bilo očito da se do spajanja posljednjeg dijela ne može stići u preostala dva dana 2013.

Najava povremenih zatvaranja tijekom sljedećih nekoliko mjeseci isto će iživcirati mnoge vozače koji će prije kretanja morati provjeriti je li cesta prohodna ili ne, a ako se zeznu, čeka ih vrrrlo dugo putovanje u koloni prepunoj crvenih lica koja nešto govore sama sa sobom. Pretpostavljam da vam je jasno kakvi izrazi izlaze iz tih ljudi. Koliko god me razveselilo promišljanje po kojemu ipak mjesec dana neće u potpunosti biti zatvorena jedna vrlo bitna cesta, ipak mi se čini da i ta situacija s povremenim kolapsima prometa nije baš neko..., pa - recimo - baš neko najzgodnije rješenje.

Što se samih rokova tiče, mislim da 10-15 dana ne igra neku veliku ulogu, ali da bi sve trebalo biti gotovo do Uskrsa jer - ako ste zaboravili - tada “službeno” počinje predsezona, vrlo bitno razdoblje u kojemu se mnogi znaju odlučiti za povratak i tijekom ljetnih praznika, slobodnih dana, godišnjih odmora... Rješenje o režimu vožnje koje je moj stari kumpanjo, generacija s FESB-a, predložio ispalo je vrlo nezgrapno: naime, on je promišljao da se sadašnja cesta koja veže Dugopolje i Solin preusmjeri u dvotračnu cestu koja ide prema Splitu, a ona novodovršena da ide isključivo prema gore.

Koliko god logike tu bilo (jer se mogu pretjecati sporija vozila i ne treba ih preusmjeravati), taj bi potez ubio gotovo sve lokalce koji bi za par stotina metara radili krug od 20-ak kilometara. I dalje sam protiv zatvaranja, pa makar i povremenoga. Čini mi se da je moje rješenje (koliko god naivno zvučalo) puno praktičnije i bezbolnije za cijeli ovaj kraj, a time bi se u potpunosti izbjegle kolone i stajanje u redu, kao što je to bilo svaki put kada bi se zbog radova brza cesta zatvarala.

Dan nakon objave prošlotjedne ponude rješenja kolegica je uspjela “izmamiti” izjavu iz “Hrvatskih cesta” o kašnjenju radova i odluci da se cesta ipak neće u komadu zatvoriti jer se javilo previše zabrinutih ljudi koji misle (kao i ja) da bi to bila katastrofa. Da radovi kasne bilo je jasno svakomu tko se redovito vozi brzom cestom, pa čak i meni laiku koji se htio oprostiti od ceste u starom izdanju dan prije Stare, kada mi je bilo očito da se do spajanja posljednjeg dijela ne može stići u preostala dva dana 2013.
