Postoje uvijek delikatne situacije, one o kojima nemate što misliti, jer u pitanju su imperativi koji se pred vas stavljaju zbog općeg, društvenog interesa. I onda vam poneko zaplješće u znak odobravanja, zlonamjerni i gubitnici opsuju bližnje, a kad sve stavite koliko-toliko na svoje noge, dobijete “dželate”!
O Tomislavu Mrduljašu je riječ, bez namjere veličanja ili arbitriranja onoga što je učinio za ozdravljenje splitskog festivala ili kroz organizaciju glazbenih priredaba u gradu, poput spektakularnog minulog dočeka Nove godine, koje je uspio ozbiljno maknuti od profitabilnih dernek veselica.
Ma, o glazbi je riječ, i ne zanima me potencijalni glazbeni menadžer koji “educira” publiku, ali i ne puše u njezin rog! A sve u povodu instrumentalnih verzija znanih pjesama Olivera, Tedija, Giuliana, Bana... što će reći “Juga”, “Ješke od jubavi”, “Bez tebe”, “Tame”, “Gori more”... koje Mrduljaš potpisuje kao skladatelj.
Razumljiva glazba
Ćutin se lipo, baš tako kako i nosi naslov instrumentalnog CD-a u izdanju Croatia Recordsa. Jasno, nakon slušanja. I potpisujem pjevušeći, poput vas, vlastite stihove ispod znanih refrena, interaktivno.
Rijetke su slične prigode u domaćoj zabavnoj glazbi, mislim namjera da se zabava pretoči u sofisticirane istrumentale finih harmonija i suptilnih prohoda koje inventivnošću ne narušavaju glazbeni slijed i logiku, baštineći stečenu prepoznatljivost.
Ako sve češće svjedočimo klapskim prekrajanjima, usiljenim i rekonstruiranim zbog nepodatnosti preslikavanja u drugi medij, a zbog tržišta koje je zainteresirano za dalmatinski štof, pa trugujemo svim i svačim, treba reći da su Mrduljaševe festivalske pjesme prije par godina doživjele i uspješnu klapsku verziju.
Sad su iste, vjerujući u inventivnost melodijske linije, potražile i treće tumačenje, ovo instrumentalno, za sanjerenje i ugodu, kad opterećeni od glazbe očekujete da vas relaksira. Aranžmani, oni uglavnom Remija Kazinotija (svijetle figure u ovom poslu), traže i pronalaze logične odgovore u suvislom dijalogu instrumenata koji se trpe, štoviše ljube, ili pak u živoj gitari virtuoznog Mladena Maguda, nositelju priče i zapleta, nadasve neposrednosti.
Očito izvrstan primjer gdje glazba ne robuje niti žanrovima niti tumačima, ona je jednostavno razumljiva bez obzira na to gdje je svrstavali i kako je tretirali s obzirom na podrijetlo. Radiopostaje su dobile hit kompakt i podlogu za brbljanja koja Mrduljaševa glazba može samo oplemeniti. Rekoh, ćutin se lipo...

Postoje uvijek delikatne situacije, one o kojima nemate što misliti, jer u pitanju su imperativi koji se pred vas stavljaju zbog općeg, društvenog interesa. I onda vam poneko zaplješće u znak odobravanja, zlonamjerni i gubitnici opsuju bližnje, a kad sve stavite koliko-toliko na svoje noge, dobijete “dželate”!
O Tomislavu Mrduljašu je riječ, bez namjere veličanja ili arbitriranja onoga što je učinio za ozdravljenje splitskog festivala ili kroz organizaciju glazbenih priredaba u gradu, poput spektakularnog minulog dočeka Nove godine, koje je uspio ozbiljno maknuti od profitabilnih dernek veselica.
Ma, o glazbi je riječ, i ne zanima me potencijalni glazbeni menadžer koji “educira” publiku, ali i ne puše u njezin rog! A sve u povodu instrumentalnih verzija znanih pjesama Olivera, Tedija, Giuliana, Bana... što će reći “Juga”, “Ješke od jubavi”, “Bez tebe”, “Tame”, “Gori more”... koje Mrduljaš potpisuje kao skladatelj.
Razumljiva glazba
Ćutin se lipo, baš tako kako i nosi naslov instrumentalnog CD-a u izdanju Croatia Recordsa. Jasno, nakon slušanja. I potpisujem pjevušeći, poput vas, vlastite stihove ispod znanih refrena, interaktivno.
Rijetke su slične prigode u domaćoj zabavnoj glazbi, mislim namjera da se zabava pretoči u sofisticirane istrumentale finih harmonija i suptilnih prohoda koje inventivnošću ne narušavaju glazbeni slijed i logiku, baštineći stečenu prepoznatljivost.
Ako sve češće svjedočimo klapskim prekrajanjima, usiljenim i rekonstruiranim zbog nepodatnosti preslikavanja u drugi medij, a zbog tržišta koje je zainteresirano za dalmatinski štof, pa trugujemo svim i svačim, treba reći da su Mrduljaševe festivalske pjesme prije par godina doživjele i uspješnu klapsku verziju.
Sad su iste, vjerujući u inventivnost melodijske linije, potražile i treće tumačenje, ovo instrumentalno, za sanjerenje i ugodu, kad opterećeni od glazbe očekujete da vas relaksira. Aranžmani, oni uglavnom Remija Kazinotija (svijetle figure u ovom poslu), traže i pronalaze logične odgovore u suvislom dijalogu instrumenata koji se trpe, štoviše ljube, ili pak u živoj gitari virtuoznog Mladena Maguda, nositelju priče i zapleta, nadasve neposrednosti.
Očito izvrstan primjer gdje glazba ne robuje niti žanrovima niti tumačima, ona je jednostavno razumljiva bez obzira na to gdje je svrstavali i kako je tretirali s obzirom na podrijetlo. Radiopostaje su dobile hit kompakt i podlogu za brbljanja koja Mrduljaševa glazba može samo oplemeniti. Rekoh, ćutin se lipo...
