Slavni Robbie Williams (49) objavio je na Instagramu da pati od dismorfofobije, poremećaja percepcije vlastitog tijela. 

"Moja idealna težina je kada su ljudi zabrinuti za mene", stoji na crtežu koji je Williams objavio.

Priznaje: "Mogao bih napisati knjigu o čistom samoprijeziru kada je u pitanju moja slika tijela. O ružnoći osjećaja ružnosti."

Godinama se otac četvero djece borio protiv svojih kilograma kako bi mogao voljeti sebe. Robbie je posljednjih mjeseci smršavio. Mnogi njegovi obožavatelji bili su zabrinuti.

"Patim od dismorfofobije", piše Robbie Williams. "Povrh svega, ponekad mogu imati 40+ kilograma prekomjerne težine. Možeš zamisliti što moja psiha vidi. U svakom slučaju, to je j....a katastrofa."

Čak i sada kada je izgubio puno kilograma, Robbie Williams se ne osjeća ugodno sa svojim tijelom. "Trenutno sam mršav, ali takav kakav sam, mislim: ‘Super, Rob, uspio si postati mršav i sada si star‘", pokušava objasniti svoju dilemu koja proizlazi iz njegovog mentalnog poremećaja.

"Borba je stvarna, tuga šokantna. Imam ih cijeli život. I neće popustiti", kaže Robbie Williams. Samoprihvaćanje i ljubav prema sebi čine se nemogućima za superzvijezdu.

Želio je podijeliti svoju dijagnozu dismorfofobije "kako bi se oslobodio", nastavlja. "I ako se netko drugi prepozna u riječima koje sam napisao, možda će to pomoći obojici.

Što je dismorfofobija?

Dismorfobni poremećaj karakterizira činjenica da bolesni vjeruju da vlastito tijelo nije dovoljno lijepo i ima nedostatke. Percepcija vlastitog tijela je poremećena. Oni koji su pogođeni vide svoja tijela drugačije od svoje okoline, često imaju znatne strahove i veliku patnju zbog patološkog poremećaja.

Godinama se otac četvero djece borio protiv svojih kilograma kako bi mogao voljeti sebe. Robbie je posljednjih mjeseci smršavio. Mnogi njegovi obožavatelji bili su zabrinuti.

"Patim od dismorfofobije", piše Robbie Williams. "Povrh svega, ponekad mogu imati 40+ kilograma prekomjerne težine. Možeš zamisliti što moja psiha vidi. U svakom slučaju, to je j....a katastrofa."

Čak i sada kada je izgubio puno kilograma, Robbie Williams se ne osjeća ugodno sa svojim tijelom. "Trenutno sam mršav, ali takav kakav sam, mislim: ‘Super, Rob, uspio si postati mršav i sada si star‘", pokušava objasniti svoju dilemu koja proizlazi iz njegovog mentalnog poremećaja.

"Borba je stvarna, tuga šokantna. Imam ih cijeli život. I neće popustiti", kaže Robbie Williams. Samoprihvaćanje i ljubav prema sebi čine se nemogućima za superzvijezdu.

Želio je podijeliti svoju dijagnozu dismorfofobije "kako bi se oslobodio", nastavlja. "I ako se netko drugi prepozna u riječima koje sam napisao, možda će to pomoći obojici.

Što je dismorfofobija?

Dismorfobni poremećaj karakterizira činjenica da bolesni vjeruju da vlastito tijelo nije dovoljno lijepo i ima nedostatke. Percepcija vlastitog tijela je poremećena. Oni koji su pogođeni vide svoja tijela drugačije od svoje okoline, često imaju znatne strahove i veliku patnju zbog patološkog poremećaja.
