Vijeće za elektroničke medije (VEM) izreklo je HRT-u prekršajni nalog od 13.270 eura (100.000) kuna te 1320 eura odgovornoj osobi zbog prikrivenog oglašavanja u emisiji ‘Kod nas doma‘ u kojoj je gostovala Fahreta Jahić, poznatija kao Lepa Brena koja je reklamirala svoju kolekciju čarapa.

Vijeće za elektroničke medije (VEM) od HRT-a je još sredinom prosinca 2023. zatražilo očitovanje zbog mogućeg kršenja odredbi Zakona o elektroničkim medijima o prikrivenom oglašavanju, odnosno odredbi da “audiovizualna komercijalna komunikacija mora biti odmah biti prepoznatljiva kao takva” te da “nisu dopuštene prikrivene audiovizualne komercijalne komunikacije”.

Reakcija hrvatskog medijskog regulatora uslijedila je nakon emisije emitirane 4. prosinca 2023. u kojoj je Lepa Brena nekoliko minuta nesmetano reklamirala čarape iz svoje modne kolekcije, a voditeljica Iva Šulentić nije je u tome zaustavila.

Zbog toga su se naknadno oglasili s HRT-a tvrdeći kako je Lepa Brena bila prethodno upoznata sa svim temama razgovora.

Istaknuli su kako je scenarij gostovanja sadržavao sljedeće teme: predblagdansko vrijeme, kako ga ona provodi s obitelji, o njezinim koncertima pred mnogobrojnom publikom, njezina pjevačka karijera, uspomene na Zagreb, fenomen pet rasprodanih Arena Aleksandre Prijović i najava njezinog koncerta u Areni Zagreb sljedeće godine.

“No, unatoč toma gošća je nažalost iskoristila gostovanje u emisiji uživo i reklamirala svoj novi poduzetnički projekt. Nitko uključen u stvaranje ove popularne poslijepodnevne zabavne emisije nije imao namjeru baviti se reklamiranjem navedenih proizvoda”, izvijestili su s Prisavlja.

S druge strane, naknadno se za srbijanske medije o nastupu na Hrvatskoj radioteleviziji oglasila i Lepa Brena. “Nisam imala namjeru namjerno kršiti prava na reklamu. Nitko mi to nije izričito zabranio. Mogli su me prekinuti u bilo kojem trenutku i ne bih se uvrijedila. Imali smo sto drugih tema za razgovor”, kazala je Lepa Brena.

Vijeće za elektroničke medije (VEM) izreklo je HRT-u prekršajni nalog od 13.270 eura (100.000) kuna te 1320 eura odgovornoj osobi zbog prikrivenog oglašavanja u emisiji ‘Kod nas doma‘ u kojoj je gostovala Fahreta Jahić, poznatija kao Lepa Brena koja je reklamirala svoju kolekciju čarapa.

Vijeće za elektroničke medije (VEM) od HRT-a je još sredinom prosinca 2023. zatražilo očitovanje zbog mogućeg kršenja odredbi Zakona o elektroničkim medijima o prikrivenom oglašavanju, odnosno odredbi da “audiovizualna komercijalna komunikacija mora biti odmah biti prepoznatljiva kao takva” te da “nisu dopuštene prikrivene audiovizualne komercijalne komunikacije”.

Reakcija hrvatskog medijskog regulatora uslijedila je nakon emisije emitirane 4. prosinca 2023. u kojoj je Lepa Brena nekoliko minuta nesmetano reklamirala čarape iz svoje modne kolekcije, a voditeljica Iva Šulentić nije je u tome zaustavila.

Zbog toga su se naknadno oglasili s HRT-a tvrdeći kako je Lepa Brena bila prethodno upoznata sa svim temama razgovora.

Istaknuli su kako je scenarij gostovanja sadržavao sljedeće teme: predblagdansko vrijeme, kako ga ona provodi s obitelji, o njezinim koncertima pred mnogobrojnom publikom, njezina pjevačka karijera, uspomene na Zagreb, fenomen pet rasprodanih Arena Aleksandre Prijović i najava njezinog koncerta u Areni Zagreb sljedeće godine.

“No, unatoč toma gošća je nažalost iskoristila gostovanje u emisiji uživo i reklamirala svoj novi poduzetnički projekt. Nitko uključen u stvaranje ove popularne poslijepodnevne zabavne emisije nije imao namjeru baviti se reklamiranjem navedenih proizvoda”, izvijestili su s Prisavlja.

S druge strane, naknadno se za srbijanske medije o nastupu na Hrvatskoj radioteleviziji oglasila i Lepa Brena. “Nisam imala namjeru namjerno kršiti prava na reklamu. Nitko mi to nije izričito zabranio. Mogli su me prekinuti u bilo kojem trenutku i ne bih se uvrijedila. Imali smo sto drugih tema za razgovor”, kazala je Lepa Brena.
