Točno godinu dana nakon izlaska prvog albuma, publika je krajem veljače dočekala jedno od najočekivanijih regionalnih hip-hop izdanja ove godine. Novi album splitskog glazbenika Kreše Bengalke, pod nazivom "Split Zoo", ugledao je svjetlo dana i bez velike promocije, fanovi su ga spremno dočekali.
- Na albumu je 17 pisama, a cilj je bio predstaviti druge repere iz svog kraja, i sebe kao producenta i MC-a. Do sad je izašlo šest singlova sa spotovima, uskoro bi trebao još jedan – kratko će splitski autor.
Glazbu za 'Split Zoo' potpisuje Krešo Bengalka, a na albumu gostuju stari znanci iz "Kiše metaka" kao i imena koje su se etablirale s prošlim albumom. Među njima su Vojko Vrućina, Stipe Srdela, Slobo Indijanac, Žuvi, Vuk Oreb, Batman 3000, Žuky Brate i grupa "Speedheads".
- Zbog timskog rada sve je išlo jako brzo. Vokale sam ima još prije godinu dana, a zadnjih devet mjeseci radio sam glazbu za te pisme, nešto malo nadosnimavan i bavija se spotovima s albuma – priča Krešo Bengalka koji se u posljednje vrijeme više posvetio produkciji.
Takvu odluku opravdava godinama koje su ga "uhvatile" pa umjesto pred mikrofonom, više vremena provodi pred instrumentima. Ovaj album prezentira realan prikaz društva koje se više može promatrati kao zoološki vrt, nego kao kulturno-civilizacijski krug. Zato sam naziv albuma neodoljivo podsjeća na George Orwellovo distopijsko remek-djelo "Životinjska farma". Sudeći po najavama, ne očekujemo "mekše" glazbene brojevi nego u prethodnom albumu, ali razlika postoji.
- Nema toliko ironije, dosta je direktan album i naglasak je na probleme mladih. Mislim da sam u ironiji postigao neku krajnost – ističe glazbenik, kojeg će publika imati priliku uživo poslušati sutra, 23. ožujka, na koncertu u klubu "Judino drvo", organiziranom povodom promocije novog albuma.
Najavljuje dvosatni program na kojem je predgrupa Smoke Mardeljano, a očekuje nas i energičan nastup svih gostiju s albuma "Split Zoo".
- Kupio sam pastile za grlo! – ozbiljno će Krešo, najavljujući sutrašnji nastup.
- Krešo može li slika? Dobar ti je ovaj alum skroz! Bomba je! - prekinuo nas je u razgovoru 18-godišnji Stipe i njegov prijatelj Luka. Bez puno truda pronašli smo prve reakcije publike koja je će u petak na koncertu spremno hvatati tekstove i upijati energiju albuma.
- Većinom mi je ovo publika, kroz tekstove se stavljam u kožu adolescenata. Što god radim želim se osjećat mlado – pojašnjava Krešo nakon slikavanja s fanovima.
Sudeći po redakcijama dijela publike, promocija albuma bi mogla iznenaditi čak i same izvođače, jer ih fanovi spremno čekaju.

Točno godinu dana nakon izlaska prvog albuma, publika je krajem veljače dočekala jedno od najočekivanijih regionalnih hip-hop izdanja ove godine. Novi album splitskog glazbenika Kreše Bengalke, pod nazivom "Split Zoo", ugledao je svjetlo dana i bez velike promocije, fanovi su ga spremno dočekali.
- Na albumu je 17 pisama, a cilj je bio predstaviti druge repere iz svog kraja, i sebe kao producenta i MC-a. Do sad je izašlo šest singlova sa spotovima, uskoro bi trebao još jedan – kratko će splitski autor.
Glazbu za 'Split Zoo' potpisuje Krešo Bengalka, a na albumu gostuju stari znanci iz "Kiše metaka" kao i imena koje su se etablirale s prošlim albumom. Među njima su Vojko Vrućina, Stipe Srdela, Slobo Indijanac, Žuvi, Vuk Oreb, Batman 3000, Žuky Brate i grupa "Speedheads".
- Zbog timskog rada sve je išlo jako brzo. Vokale sam ima još prije godinu dana, a zadnjih devet mjeseci radio sam glazbu za te pisme, nešto malo nadosnimavan i bavija se spotovima s albuma – priča Krešo Bengalka koji se u posljednje vrijeme više posvetio produkciji.
Takvu odluku opravdava godinama koje su ga "uhvatile" pa umjesto pred mikrofonom, više vremena provodi pred instrumentima. Ovaj album prezentira realan prikaz društva koje se više može promatrati kao zoološki vrt, nego kao kulturno-civilizacijski krug. Zato sam naziv albuma neodoljivo podsjeća na George Orwellovo distopijsko remek-djelo "Životinjska farma". Sudeći po najavama, ne očekujemo "mekše" glazbene brojevi nego u prethodnom albumu, ali razlika postoji.
- Nema toliko ironije, dosta je direktan album i naglasak je na probleme mladih. Mislim da sam u ironiji postigao neku krajnost – ističe glazbenik, kojeg će publika imati priliku uživo poslušati sutra, 23. ožujka, na koncertu u klubu "Judino drvo", organiziranom povodom promocije novog albuma.
Najavljuje dvosatni program na kojem je predgrupa Smoke Mardeljano, a očekuje nas i energičan nastup svih gostiju s albuma "Split Zoo".
- Kupio sam pastile za grlo! – ozbiljno će Krešo, najavljujući sutrašnji nastup.
- Krešo može li slika? Dobar ti je ovaj alum skroz! Bomba je! - prekinuo nas je u razgovoru 18-godišnji Stipe i njegov prijatelj Luka. Bez puno truda pronašli smo prve reakcije publike koja je će u petak na koncertu spremno hvatati tekstove i upijati energiju albuma.
- Većinom mi je ovo publika, kroz tekstove se stavljam u kožu adolescenata. Što god radim želim se osjećat mlado – pojašnjava Krešo nakon slikavanja s fanovima.
Sudeći po redakcijama dijela publike, promocija albuma bi mogla iznenaditi čak i same izvođače, jer ih fanovi spremno čekaju.
