Prof. dr Danicu Grujičić, načelnicu Odjela za neuroonkologiju Kliničkog centra Srbije (KCS), ni slomljeno stopalo nije spriječilo da radi, pa je tako u kolicima, s gipsom na nozi operirala pacijenta, piše Blic. Prof. Grujičić je prije desetak dana pukla mala kost stopala. Iako na prvi pogled djeluje bezazleno, oporavak od prijeloma ove kosti traje tjednima, a pacijent se ne smije oslanjati na povrijeđeno stopalo.

- Moj prijelom noge ne bi trebao biti tema. Pacijenti koji leže kod mene na klinici su mnogo bolesniji od mene. Prijelom me sprječava da hodam i da se oslanjam na nogu, ali me ništa ne boli. Ne bi trebalo od mene praviti heroja, jednostavno, moji pacijenti ne mogu čekati - rekla je prof. dr. Pacijenti koji leže kod mene na klinici su mnogo bolesniji od mene. Prelom me sprečava da hodam i da se oslanjam na nogu, ali me ništa ne boli. Ne bi trebalo od mene praviti heroja, jednostavno, moji pacijenti ne mogu da čekaju. Ceo život sam radila na jedan određeni način i sada ne mogu da radim drugačije. Mi ovde dolazimo i bolesni i povređeni da operišemo, ne zato što volimo da operišemo kada se ne osećamo dobro, nego zato što osećamo ogromnu odgovornost prema svojim pacijentima.

- Cijeli život sam radila na jedan određeni način i sada ne mogu raditi drugačije. Ja i moji kolege ovdje dolazimo i bolesni i povrijeđeni, ne zato što volimo operirati kad se ne osjećamo dobro, nego zato što osjećamo ogromnu odgovornost prema svojim pacijentima. Ipak, razumijem zašto su mladi liječnici nezadovoljni. Vidi se bahatost na svakom koraku, vidite brojne upravne odbore, nadzorne odbore, ljudi dobijaju ni za kakav rad enormne svote novca, a drugi koji imaju ogromnu odgovornost i koji se ubijaju od posla, kao što su moje kolege, žive krajnje bijedno - kazala je prof. dr. Grujičić.

- Uvijek će nas sprječavati nepredviđene prepreke, ali isključivo od naše volje ovisi hoće li nas svladati ili ćemo ih nadići - poručila je prof. dr. Danica Grujičić.

Prof. dr Danicu Grujičić, načelnicu Odjela za neuroonkologiju Kliničkog centra Srbije (KCS), ni slomljeno stopalo nije spriječilo da radi, pa je tako u kolicima, s gipsom na nozi operirala pacijenta, piše Blic. Prof. Grujičić je prije desetak dana pukla mala kost stopala. Iako na prvi pogled djeluje bezazleno, oporavak od prijeloma ove kosti traje tjednima, a pacijent se ne smije oslanjati na povrijeđeno stopalo.

- Moj prijelom noge ne bi trebao biti tema. Pacijenti koji leže kod mene na klinici su mnogo bolesniji od mene. Prijelom me sprječava da hodam i da se oslanjam na nogu, ali me ništa ne boli. Ne bi trebalo od mene praviti heroja, jednostavno, moji pacijenti ne mogu čekati - rekla je prof. dr. Pacijenti koji leže kod mene na klinici su mnogo bolesniji od mene. Prelom me sprečava da hodam i da se oslanjam na nogu, ali me ništa ne boli. Ne bi trebalo od mene praviti heroja, jednostavno, moji pacijenti ne mogu da čekaju. Ceo život sam radila na jedan određeni način i sada ne mogu da radim drugačije. Mi ovde dolazimo i bolesni i povređeni da operišemo, ne zato što volimo da operišemo kada se ne osećamo dobro, nego zato što osećamo ogromnu odgovornost prema svojim pacijentima.

- Cijeli život sam radila na jedan određeni način i sada ne mogu raditi drugačije. Ja i moji kolege ovdje dolazimo i bolesni i povrijeđeni, ne zato što volimo operirati kad se ne osjećamo dobro, nego zato što osjećamo ogromnu odgovornost prema svojim pacijentima. Ipak, razumijem zašto su mladi liječnici nezadovoljni. Vidi se bahatost na svakom koraku, vidite brojne upravne odbore, nadzorne odbore, ljudi dobijaju ni za kakav rad enormne svote novca, a drugi koji imaju ogromnu odgovornost i koji se ubijaju od posla, kao što su moje kolege, žive krajnje bijedno - kazala je prof. dr. Grujičić.

- Uvijek će nas sprječavati nepredviđene prepreke, ali isključivo od naše volje ovisi hoće li nas svladati ili ćemo ih nadići - poručila je prof. dr. Danica Grujičić.
