Skloništa za životinje često su stalno puna, a u ljetnim mjesecima jednostavno pucaju po šavovima zbog neodgovornih skrbnika koji prije godišnjih odmora napuštaju životinje. Upravo zato Prijatelji životinja već 19 godina zaredom kampanjom "Obitelj na more, a pas na ulicu?!” ukazuju na nužnost odgovorne skrbi za pse i mačke.

Legendarna pjevačica Zdenka Kovačiček, zaštitno lice ovogodišnje kampanje, želi dodatno skrenuti pozornost na tzv. teže udomljive pse - one starije životne dobi, hendikepirane, crne i traumatizirane.

Osim s Vilijem, Čupavim i Danelly, koji su pozirali s njom na plakatima, Zdenka se na snimanju zbližila i s predivnom Norom čija je jedina 'mana' što je crna.

Zaista zvuči nevjerojatno i apsurdno, ali nekada u teže udomljive pse i mačke spadaju oni s crnom dlakom. Crne životinje zato dulje čekaju udomljenje, nerijetko i godinama. Imajte to na umu kada posjetite sklonište u potrazi za novim članom obitelji”, apeliraju iz udruge Prijatelji životinja.

Na snimanju za kampanju bio je i devetogodišnji Astor, pas koji se kreće pomoću kolica jer je zbog ljudske neodgovornosti doživio i jedva preživio nalet automobila koji mu je ozlijedio kičmu.

Zdenka Kovačiček poziva da i njega, koji je usto proveo život uglavnom na lancu, udomi netko s velikim srcem iz udruge Noina Arka, koja je preuzela brigu o njemu.

Čakovečki azil Prijatelji također brine o hendikepiranim psima kojima je ozlijeđena kičma i mogu se kretati jedino pomoću kolica. Aleksandra Hampamer, voditeljica skloništa, naglašava: "Psi s hendikepom, iako su pokretni isključivo u invalidskim kolicima prilagođenima psima, žive kvalitetno i uživaju u životu. Psi se lako prilagode situaciji i ne pate kao ljudi zbog svojeg hendikepa. Druže se s drugim psima, vesele se igri i maženju. U kolicima se ponašaju apsolutno normalno kao i ostali psi, skaču, vrte se u krug, vesele.”

Iz osječkog skloništa koje vodi Udruga Pobjede, koja skrbi o šest hendikepiranih pasa, kažu: "Zahvaljujemo svim privremenim udomiteljima naših hendikepiranih pasa jer znamo koliko truda i pažnje trebaju. Sretni smo da naši psi barem neka kraća ili dulja razdoblja provedu uz čovjeka u vlastitom domu, makar privremenom.”

Osim crnih i hendikepiranih pasa, teže su udomljivi i drugi psi koji su proživjeli teške traume. U osječkom skloništu nalazi se prekrasan pas Azriel kojemu je velika površina tijela bez dlake, i to zato što ga je neki monstrum polio kipućom vodom. "Rane smo mu u azilu zaliječili, ali dlaka mu nikada neće izrasti”, pojašnjavaju u Udruzi Pobjede.

Dodaju da su na pitanje je li to što Azriel nema dlake prelazno odgovorili: "Ne, dragi ljudi, jedino što je s Azriela prelazno na ljude jesu optimizam i želja za druženjem.” Ne napušta ih optimizam da će i Azriel naći svoj dom te su zahvalni Zdenki Kovačiček što poziva na udomljavanje i teže udomljivih pasa.

Udruge Mreže za zaštitu životinja apeliraju na sve koji imaju mogućnost da razmisle o pružanju makar privremenog doma psima s hendikepom, unatoč tome što zahtijevaju više brige. Udruge često pomažu i u pokrivanju troškova terapija i veterinarske skrbi za životinje. No kako bi i takvi psi imali život u ljudskoj obitelji, trebaju pomoć te pozivaju na udomljavanje umjesto kupnje.

"Životinje koje se na prvi pogled čine teže udomljivima donose golemu radost svojim udomiteljima. Sigurno ima mnogo ljudi kojima bi, primjerice, pas starije životne dobi puno više odgovarao jer ne zahtijeva duge šetnje i mnogo aktivnosti. Stariji psi su mirni i većinu vremena uživaju odmarajući se u svojem kutku. Trebaju im samo mir, tišina i ljubav koju će višestruko vratiti”, poručuju Prijatelji životinja.

Skloništa za životinje često su stalno puna, a u ljetnim mjesecima jednostavno pucaju po šavovima zbog neodgovornih skrbnika koji prije godišnjih odmora napuštaju životinje. Upravo zato Prijatelji životinja već 19 godina zaredom kampanjom "Obitelj na more, a pas na ulicu?!” ukazuju na nužnost odgovorne skrbi za pse i mačke.

Legendarna pjevačica Zdenka Kovačiček, zaštitno lice ovogodišnje kampanje, želi dodatno skrenuti pozornost na tzv. teže udomljive pse - one starije životne dobi, hendikepirane, crne i traumatizirane.

Osim s Vilijem, Čupavim i Danelly, koji su pozirali s njom na plakatima, Zdenka se na snimanju zbližila i s predivnom Norom čija je jedina 'mana' što je crna.

Zaista zvuči nevjerojatno i apsurdno, ali nekada u teže udomljive pse i mačke spadaju oni s crnom dlakom. Crne životinje zato dulje čekaju udomljenje, nerijetko i godinama. Imajte to na umu kada posjetite sklonište u potrazi za novim članom obitelji”, apeliraju iz udruge Prijatelji životinja.

Na snimanju za kampanju bio je i devetogodišnji Astor, pas koji se kreće pomoću kolica jer je zbog ljudske neodgovornosti doživio i jedva preživio nalet automobila koji mu je ozlijedio kičmu.

Zdenka Kovačiček poziva da i njega, koji je usto proveo život uglavnom na lancu, udomi netko s velikim srcem iz udruge Noina Arka, koja je preuzela brigu o njemu.

Čakovečki azil Prijatelji također brine o hendikepiranim psima kojima je ozlijeđena kičma i mogu se kretati jedino pomoću kolica. Aleksandra Hampamer, voditeljica skloništa, naglašava: "Psi s hendikepom, iako su pokretni isključivo u invalidskim kolicima prilagođenima psima, žive kvalitetno i uživaju u životu. Psi se lako prilagode situaciji i ne pate kao ljudi zbog svojeg hendikepa. Druže se s drugim psima, vesele se igri i maženju. U kolicima se ponašaju apsolutno normalno kao i ostali psi, skaču, vrte se u krug, vesele.”

Iz osječkog skloništa koje vodi Udruga Pobjede, koja skrbi o šest hendikepiranih pasa, kažu: "Zahvaljujemo svim privremenim udomiteljima naših hendikepiranih pasa jer znamo koliko truda i pažnje trebaju. Sretni smo da naši psi barem neka kraća ili dulja razdoblja provedu uz čovjeka u vlastitom domu, makar privremenom.”

Osim crnih i hendikepiranih pasa, teže su udomljivi i drugi psi koji su proživjeli teške traume. U osječkom skloništu nalazi se prekrasan pas Azriel kojemu je velika površina tijela bez dlake, i to zato što ga je neki monstrum polio kipućom vodom. "Rane smo mu u azilu zaliječili, ali dlaka mu nikada neće izrasti”, pojašnjavaju u Udruzi Pobjede.

Dodaju da su na pitanje je li to što Azriel nema dlake prelazno odgovorili: "Ne, dragi ljudi, jedino što je s Azriela prelazno na ljude jesu optimizam i želja za druženjem.” Ne napušta ih optimizam da će i Azriel naći svoj dom te su zahvalni Zdenki Kovačiček što poziva na udomljavanje i teže udomljivih pasa.

Udruge Mreže za zaštitu životinja apeliraju na sve koji imaju mogućnost da razmisle o pružanju makar privremenog doma psima s hendikepom, unatoč tome što zahtijevaju više brige. Udruge često pomažu i u pokrivanju troškova terapija i veterinarske skrbi za životinje. No kako bi i takvi psi imali život u ljudskoj obitelji, trebaju pomoć te pozivaju na udomljavanje umjesto kupnje.

"Životinje koje se na prvi pogled čine teže udomljivima donose golemu radost svojim udomiteljima. Sigurno ima mnogo ljudi kojima bi, primjerice, pas starije životne dobi puno više odgovarao jer ne zahtijeva duge šetnje i mnogo aktivnosti. Stariji psi su mirni i većinu vremena uživaju odmarajući se u svojem kutku. Trebaju im samo mir, tišina i ljubav koju će višestruko vratiti”, poručuju Prijatelji životinja.
