Društvene mreže pune su tužnih oproštaja sa sportom od strane korisnika teretana i fitness centara nakon što je stožer donio odluku da se zatvore do, kako za sada znamo, Božića. Treninzi i vježbanje ljudima su u vremenima kada nema puno drugih izvora zabave postali važniji no ikada i sada im teško pada što će morati napustiti svoju dnevnu dozu serotonina. No je li stvarno uopće nužno da to učine? 

Koliko god voljeli tjelovježbu često netom prije nego što je treba započeti zaključujemo da nemamo volje ili vremena. Zato je mnogima lakše znati točno vrijeme kada trebaju doći u teretanu ili na grupni pilates ili… Ipak, postoji veliki broj načina kako ostati fit i za vrijeme lockdowna. Donosimo par savjeta kako ne upasti u očaj već bolju formu.

KUĆNE VJEŽBE

Opremu za vježbanje može se naći po povoljnijim cijenama u online dućanima, a za dio njih čak vam neće biti ni potrebna. Otkako je počela pandemija stalno viđamo reklame za stranice, YouTube kanale i aplikacije na kojima se mogu naći vodiči i videi s treninzima koje vode stručnjaci. Jedan od najpoznatijih  je Yoga With Adriane čiji je program 30 Days of Yoga mnogima bio prvi susret s jogom uopće. Osim YouTubea sve popularniji je i Instagram na kojem čak i neki sportaši znaju objavljivati kraće videe svojih najdražih vježbica, a mnoge aplikacije nude besplatna probna razdoblja tako da ih možete iskušati nekoliko prije nego što pronađete onu koja vam najbolje odgovara.

BRZO HODANJE I TRČANJE

Čak i tijekom najvećeg lockdowna u Parizu, kada građani nisu smjeli 'proviriti nosom' iz kuće, smjeli su trčati. Toliko je velika svijest o važnosti vježbanja u Francuskoj. Kod nas takvih potpunih zabrana uistinu nije ni bilo pa se trčati uvijek moglo. Nema boljeg načina za izbaciti stres i napetost iz sebe. Ne morate odlaziti na daleke lokacije, u večernjim satima napravite nekoliko krugova po svom kvartu, a napredak u brzini i vremenu koje možete istrčati dolazi jako brzo zbog čega mnogi postanu ovisni o njemu. I za trčanje se mogu pronaći vodići za početnika o omjeru brzog hodanja i trčanja, koliko dana zaredom vježbati, a kada napraviti pauzu i slično.

PLANINARENJE

Malo ljudi zna koliko dobra planinarska društva imamo u Dalmaciji i kako temeljito održavaju staze. Stranci koji dolaze u pred i post sezoni uvijek se oduševljavaju kako su uredno označene i koliko ih zapravo ima. Planinarenje je možda jedna od najzdravijih rekreacija. Osim što je fizički iscrpljujuće i dobar nadomjestak za kardio vježbe uključuje boravak na svježem zraku koji nam svima kronično nedostaje u stalnom boravku kod kuće. Uz to je i dobra mogućnost za druženje koje je u zatvorenom prostoru opasno zbog moguće zaraze. ima vas ne mora obeshrabriti, uz dovoljno toplu odjeću planinariti se može cijele godine, a vidjet ćete da je već nakon 15 minuta uspona hladnoća vaš zadnji problem.

Društvene mreže pune su tužnih oproštaja sa sportom od strane korisnika teretana i fitness centara nakon što je stožer donio odluku da se zatvore do, kako za sada znamo, Božića. Treninzi i vježbanje ljudima su u vremenima kada nema puno drugih izvora zabave postali važniji no ikada i sada im teško pada što će morati napustiti svoju dnevnu dozu serotonina. No je li stvarno uopće nužno da to učine? 

Koliko god voljeli tjelovježbu često netom prije nego što je treba započeti zaključujemo da nemamo volje ili vremena. Zato je mnogima lakše znati točno vrijeme kada trebaju doći u teretanu ili na grupni pilates ili… Ipak, postoji veliki broj načina kako ostati fit i za vrijeme lockdowna. Donosimo par savjeta kako ne upasti u očaj već bolju formu.

KUĆNE VJEŽBE

Opremu za vježbanje može se naći po povoljnijim cijenama u online dućanima, a za dio njih čak vam neće biti ni potrebna. Otkako je počela pandemija stalno viđamo reklame za stranice, YouTube kanale i aplikacije na kojima se mogu naći vodiči i videi s treninzima koje vode stručnjaci. Jedan od najpoznatijih  je Yoga With Adriane čiji je program 30 Days of Yoga mnogima bio prvi susret s jogom uopće. Osim YouTubea sve popularniji je i Instagram na kojem čak i neki sportaši znaju objavljivati kraće videe svojih najdražih vježbica, a mnoge aplikacije nude besplatna probna razdoblja tako da ih možete iskušati nekoliko prije nego što pronađete onu koja vam najbolje odgovara.

BRZO HODANJE I TRČANJE

Čak i tijekom najvećeg lockdowna u Parizu, kada građani nisu smjeli 'proviriti nosom' iz kuće, smjeli su trčati. Toliko je velika svijest o važnosti vježbanja u Francuskoj. Kod nas takvih potpunih zabrana uistinu nije ni bilo pa se trčati uvijek moglo. Nema boljeg načina za izbaciti stres i napetost iz sebe. Ne morate odlaziti na daleke lokacije, u večernjim satima napravite nekoliko krugova po svom kvartu, a napredak u brzini i vremenu koje možete istrčati dolazi jako brzo zbog čega mnogi postanu ovisni o njemu. I za trčanje se mogu pronaći vodići za početnika o omjeru brzog hodanja i trčanja, koliko dana zaredom vježbati, a kada napraviti pauzu i slično.

PLANINARENJE

Malo ljudi zna koliko dobra planinarska društva imamo u Dalmaciji i kako temeljito održavaju staze. Stranci koji dolaze u pred i post sezoni uvijek se oduševljavaju kako su uredno označene i koliko ih zapravo ima. Planinarenje je možda jedna od najzdravijih rekreacija. Osim što je fizički iscrpljujuće i dobar nadomjestak za kardio vježbe uključuje boravak na svježem zraku koji nam svima kronično nedostaje u stalnom boravku kod kuće. Uz to je i dobra mogućnost za druženje koje je u zatvorenom prostoru opasno zbog moguće zaraze. ima vas ne mora obeshrabriti, uz dovoljno toplu odjeću planinariti se može cijele godine, a vidjet ćete da je već nakon 15 minuta uspona hladnoća vaš zadnji problem.

Društvene mreže pune su tužnih oproštaja sa sportom od strane korisnika teretana i fitness centara nakon što je stožer donio odluku da se zatvore do, kako za sada znamo, Božića. Treninzi i vježbanje ljudima su u vremenima kada nema puno drugih izvora zabave postali važniji no ikada i sada im teško pada što će morati napustiti svoju dnevnu dozu serotonina. No je li stvarno uopće nužno da to učine? 

Koliko god voljeli tjelovježbu često netom prije nego što je treba započeti zaključujemo da nemamo volje ili vremena. Zato je mnogima lakše znati točno vrijeme kada trebaju doći u teretanu ili na grupni pilates ili… Ipak, postoji veliki broj načina kako ostati fit i za vrijeme lockdowna. Donosimo par savjeta kako ne upasti u očaj već bolju formu.
