Roditelji, a pogotovo oni ‘friški‘, kad-tad se nađu u situaciji u kojoj moraju smiriti i uspavati uplakanu bebu. Za ovaj zadatak svatko ima neku svoju ‘provjerenu i učinkovitu‘ strategiju. Međutim, što kaže znanost?

Kumi Kuroda, neurologinja iz Japana sa svojim je timom ovom pitanju pristupila sa znanstvene i logičke strane, kako bi osmislili najpouzdaniju tehniku za uspavljivanje djeteta, piše National Geographic.

Njihovo istraživanje objavljeno je u časopisu Current Biology.

Tijekom istraživanja, ovaj tim videokamerama je snimao 21 bebu dok su ih mame smirivale različitim metodama. Istovremeno, EKG uređaj bebama je mjerio otkucaje srca. Istraživanje je potvrdilo da bebu najviše umiruje bliski kontakt s mamom.

Istraživače je zanimalo i kako da se beba ne probudi čim je roditelj ispusti iz ruku.

Istraživanjem su otkrili da nije bitno na koji način je beba položena u krevetić, već da je potrebno dijete spustiti u krevet nakon osam minuta sna, piše National Geographic.

Naime, bebi treba 13 minuta da zaspi. Prvih pet minuta roditelji nježno ljuljuškaju dijete dok ne zaspi. Osam minuta bi ga još trebali držati u krilu i tek onda spustiti u krevet. Ova se strategija pokazala najefikasnijom za uspavljivanje i smirivanje.

- Znanost nam je bila potrebna kako bi bolje mogli razumjeti ponašanje bebe - rekla je dr. Kuroda, koja je ovim istraživanjem htjela smanjiti razinu stresa svim roditeljima.

Roditelji, a pogotovo oni ‘friški‘, kad-tad se nađu u situaciji u kojoj moraju smiriti i uspavati uplakanu bebu. Za ovaj zadatak svatko ima neku svoju ‘provjerenu i učinkovitu‘ strategiju. Međutim, što kaže znanost?

Kumi Kuroda, neurologinja iz Japana sa svojim je timom ovom pitanju pristupila sa znanstvene i logičke strane, kako bi osmislili najpouzdaniju tehniku za uspavljivanje djeteta, piše National Geographic.

Njihovo istraživanje objavljeno je u časopisu Current Biology.

Tijekom istraživanja, ovaj tim videokamerama je snimao 21 bebu dok su ih mame smirivale različitim metodama. Istovremeno, EKG uređaj bebama je mjerio otkucaje srca. Istraživanje je potvrdilo da bebu najviše umiruje bliski kontakt s mamom.

Istraživače je zanimalo i kako da se beba ne probudi čim je roditelj ispusti iz ruku.

Istraživanjem su otkrili da nije bitno na koji način je beba položena u krevetić, već da je potrebno dijete spustiti u krevet nakon osam minuta sna, piše National Geographic.

Naime, bebi treba 13 minuta da zaspi. Prvih pet minuta roditelji nježno ljuljuškaju dijete dok ne zaspi. Osam minuta bi ga još trebali držati u krilu i tek onda spustiti u krevet. Ova se strategija pokazala najefikasnijom za uspavljivanje i smirivanje.

- Znanost nam je bila potrebna kako bi bolje mogli razumjeti ponašanje bebe - rekla je dr. Kuroda, koja je ovim istraživanjem htjela smanjiti razinu stresa svim roditeljima.

Roditelji, a pogotovo oni ‘friški‘, kad-tad se nađu u situaciji u kojoj moraju smiriti i uspavati uplakanu bebu. Za ovaj zadatak svatko ima neku svoju ‘provjerenu i učinkovitu‘ strategiju. Međutim, što kaže znanost?

Kumi Kuroda, neurologinja iz Japana sa svojim je timom ovom pitanju pristupila sa znanstvene i logičke strane, kako bi osmislili najpouzdaniju tehniku za uspavljivanje djeteta, piše National Geographic.

Njihovo istraživanje objavljeno je u časopisu Current Biology.

Tijekom istraživanja, ovaj tim videokamerama je snimao 21 bebu dok su ih mame smirivale različitim metodama. Istovremeno, EKG uređaj bebama je mjerio otkucaje srca. Istraživanje je potvrdilo da bebu najviše umiruje bliski kontakt s mamom.
