Kada bismo čovječanstvo podijelili u samo dvije kategorije, one bi se zasigurno razlikovale prema članovima koji piju čaj i onima koji su vjerni isključivo kavi. Nakon što se odlučite kojoj od dvije kategorije vi pripadate, mala je vjerojatnost da ćete se olako premjestiti u onu drugu, no čini se da je biti član jedne od ove dvije skupine ipak prihvatljiviji kada je u pitanju zdravlje.

U odnosu kave i čaja, zdravija verzija ipak je čaj, a stručnjaci otkrivaju i što se događa s našim tijelom kada potpuno prestanemo piti kavu i zamijenimo je čajem. Časopis Reader's Digest navodi da bi ova promjena mogla pomoći da bolje spavate, snizite kolesterol, te čak s vremenom, i izbijelite zube.
Međutim, prelazak s kave na čaj velika je promjena za organizam i trebali biste biti spremni na neke negativne nuspojave, uključujući glavobolju izazvanu simptomima izostanka kofeina, čiji je sadržaj obično veći u kavi nego u čaju. Također, u početku se možete suočiti i s lošim raspoloženje, jer je dokazano da kava smanjuje rizik od depresije.

Ovisnost o kofeinu
Većina ljudi, koji dan započinju sa šalicom kave, složit će se da im samo jedna kofeinska jutarnja doza i nije dovoljna, pa nerijetko za nekoliko sati posegnu za još jednom šalicom. Kod čaja, situacija je ponešto drugačija.
Čaj, za razliku od kave, ima umirujući učinak koji energiju podiže na prirodan način i ne dovodi organizam u stanje stalne potražnje za kofeinom. Iako i čajevi sadrže kofein, radi se o znatno manjoj količini nego li kod kave pa je i vjerojatnost da će doći do ovisnosti niža.
Ipak, treba imati na umu, ako ste strastveni kavoljubac koji planira početi piti isključivo čaj, da bi vaše tijelo moglo negativno u početku reagirati na takvu promjenu. Stoga, ako ne želite patiti od jake glavobolje i niskog tlaka u početcima nove rutine, kavu zamijenite čajem na postepen način, lagano smanjujući doze kave i uvodeći za početak crni ili zeleni čaj. Nakon nekog vremena, moći ćete skroz prestati s konzumiranjem kave, a i povećati izbor čaja.

Zdravija opcija
Bez obzira na nečiju općenitu sklonost prema jednom od ova dva napitka, prelaskom s kave na čaj ne mogu se poreći zdravstvene prednosti. Sonya Angelone za Reader's Digest navodi da pržena kava sadrži spojeve koji povećavaju loš LDL kolesterol koji mogu povećati rizik od srčanih problema. Zamjena kave čajem može sniziti kolesterol ili ga čak poboljšati.
Kava također ima i tendenciju da stvara kiselinu u želudcu, što je rijedak slučaj kod čaja.
Isto tako, previše kave u vašem sustavu otežava apsorpciju magnezija u tijelu, što dovodi do grčeva u mišićima i osjećaja nemira. Čaj također hidratizira vaše tijelo bolje od kave, a neke vrste čajeva, poput zelenog, sadrže vrlo moćne antioksidante koji pomažu u borbi protiv molekula koje izazivaju rak u tijelu.

Čaj ljeti
Vreli čaj možda vam se neće učiti najboljom opcijom za osvježenje tijekom vrućih ljetnih dana, no sa samo nekoliko kockica leda, zeleni čaj može postati prava osvježavajuća poslastica.
Zanimljivo je i da vrući napitci, tijekom ljeta, organizam rashlađuju. Razlog tome je što kada ispijamo tople napitke, naš mozak dobiva signal da je potrebno rashladiti tijelo pa se počinjemo znojiti, a isparavanje znoja jedini je učinkoviti način da se naše tijelo prirodnim putem rashladi.
Znojenjem se gubi tekućina iz organizma pa je tijekom ljetnih vrućina potrebno piti što više tekućine kako bi se ona nadoknadila, i to barem dvije litre dnevno. Stoga, uz običnu vodu, kao najbolju opciju izaberite neku od sebi najdražih vrsta čaja i uživajte u ljetu.

Kada bismo čovječanstvo podijelili u samo dvije kategorije, one bi se zasigurno razlikovale prema članovima koji piju čaj i onima koji su vjerni isključivo kavi. Nakon što se odlučite kojoj od dvije kategorije vi pripadate, mala je vjerojatnost da ćete se olako premjestiti u onu drugu, no čini se da je biti član jedne od ove dvije skupine ipak prihvatljiviji kada je u pitanju zdravlje.

U odnosu kave i čaja, zdravija verzija ipak je čaj, a stručnjaci otkrivaju i što se događa s našim tijelom kada potpuno prestanemo piti kavu i zamijenimo je čajem. Časopis Reader's Digest navodi da bi ova promjena mogla pomoći da bolje spavate, snizite kolesterol, te čak s vremenom, i izbijelite zube.
Međutim, prelazak s kave na čaj velika je promjena za organizam i trebali biste biti spremni na neke negativne nuspojave, uključujući glavobolju izazvanu simptomima izostanka kofeina, čiji je sadržaj obično veći u kavi nego u čaju. Također, u početku se možete suočiti i s lošim raspoloženje, jer je dokazano da kava smanjuje rizik od depresije.
Ipak, ako iz bilo kojeg razloga razmišljate o prebacivanju s kave na čaj, trebali biste pri tome razmotriti nekoliko stvari zbog kojih ova promjena može utjecati na vaš život, na dobre i loše načine.

Ovisnost o kofeinu
Većina ljudi, koji dan započinju sa šalicom kave, složit će se da im samo jedna kofeinska jutarnja doza i nije dovoljna, pa nerijetko za nekoliko sati posegnu za još jednom šalicom. Kod čaja, situacija je ponešto drugačija.
Čaj, za razliku od kave, ima umirujući učinak koji energiju podiže na prirodan način i ne dovodi organizam u stanje stalne potražnje za kofeinom. Iako i čajevi sadrže kofein, radi se o znatno manjoj količini nego li kod kave pa je i vjerojatnost da će doći do ovisnosti niža.
Ipak, treba imati na umu, ako ste strastveni kavoljubac koji planira početi piti isključivo čaj, da bi vaše tijelo moglo negativno u početku reagirati na takvu promjenu. Stoga, ako ne želite patiti od jake glavobolje i niskog tlaka u početcima nove rutine, kavu zamijenite čajem na postepen način, lagano smanjujući doze kave i uvodeći za početak crni ili zeleni čaj. Nakon nekog vremena, moći ćete skroz prestati s konzumiranjem kave, a i povećati izbor čaja.

Zdravija opcija
Bez obzira na nečiju općenitu sklonost prema jednom od ova dva napitka, prelaskom s kave na čaj ne mogu se poreći zdravstvene prednosti. Čaj ljeti
