Sjećate li se termofora? Nekada su bili popularni, a onda se dugi niz godina nisu često upotrebljavali. Početkom energetske krize u nekim domaćinstvima stanari su ih opet počele češće upotrebljavali. 

Belgijanka Monique (84) zadobila je opekline drugog stupnja nakon što je koristila termofor. Centar za opekline u vojnoj bolnici Queen Astrid, koji je liječio njezine ozljede, kaže da je od početka energetske krize zabilježio pet puta više pacijenata. 

"Koristim bocu tople vode, jer imam problem s koljenom, a noću ju zagrijavam. Budući da nemam grijalicu u sobi, koristim je kad je hladno", kaže ona.

"Dana 11. veljače napunila sam termofor kipućom vodom, pustila paru prije nego što sam ga zatvorila. Uzela sam termofor pod ruku i odjednom mi je sve eksplodiralo i smočilo hlače. Nazvala sam svoju djevojčicu, koja je liječnica, i rekla mi je da brzo odem pod hladan tuš. To sam i učinila. Dugo sam ostala pod tušem. A onda sam stavila malo vrhnja, legla u krevet i cijelu noć sam se brinula da plahta ne dotakne moju opekotinu."

Monique se pokušala izliječiti, ali bol je bila jaka, pa je dva dana kasnije otišla u centar za opekline vojne bolnice Queen Astrid u Neder-Over-Heembeeku.

"Toliko me boljelo da sam morala ići tamo. Rekli su mi da će liječenje trajati tjednima. Imam opekotine drugog stupnja. Imala sam veliku ranu i manju. Uvjeravam vas da je bolno, i stvarno ne želim da se to dogodi drugima. Zamislite mamu s djetetom kako stavlja termofor u krevetić kako bi je zagrijala. Vidite katastrofu. To je stvarno opasno."

U centru za opekline vojne bolnice Queen Astrid dolazi sve više pacijenata s opeklinama nakon korištenja termofora.

"To je problem s kojim se susrećemo posebice zimi, ali posebice u posljednje dvije godine od kada je počela energetska kriza. Ljudi pribjegavaju alternativnim načinima da se ugriju. Jasno je da termofor nije prava ideja", tvrdi Anne Pierlot, liječnica u centru za opekline. "Došlo je do iznimnovelikog povećanja. Ima nekoliko slučajeva mjesečno."

Liječnica spominje površinske opekline, ali i duboke opekline. "U potonjem slučaju, to su u osnovi ljudi koji su spavali sa svojim termoforima i držali ih blizu njih jako dugo. Ne nužno s vrelom vodom. Na 50 ili 60 stupnjeva, kada ih ostavite na sebi duže vrijeme, to može uzrokovati duboke opekline do 2. stupnja. Ako termofor nosite dugo vremena, on može stvoriti opekline trećeg stupnja i dovesti do operacijske sale", upozorava Anne Pierlot.

Belgijanka Monique (84) zadobila je opekline drugog stupnja nakon što je koristila termofor. Centar za opekline u vojnoj bolnici Queen Astrid, koji je liječio njezine ozljede, kaže da je od početka energetske krize zabilježio pet puta više pacijenata. 

"Koristim bocu tople vode, jer imam problem s koljenom, a noću ju zagrijavam. Budući da nemam grijalicu u sobi, koristim je kad je hladno", kaže ona.

"Dana 11. veljače napunila sam termofor kipućom vodom, pustila paru prije nego što sam ga zatvorila. Uzela sam termofor pod ruku i odjednom mi je sve eksplodiralo i smočilo hlače. Nazvala sam svoju djevojčicu, koja je liječnica, i rekla mi je da brzo odem pod hladan tuš. To sam i učinila. Dugo sam ostala pod tušem. A onda sam stavila malo vrhnja, legla u krevet i cijelu noć sam se brinula da plahta ne dotakne moju opekotinu."

Monique se pokušala izliječiti, ali bol je bila jaka, pa je dva dana kasnije otišla u centar za opekline vojne bolnice Queen Astrid u Neder-Over-Heembeeku.

"Toliko me boljelo da sam morala ići tamo. Rekli su mi da će liječenje trajati tjednima. Imam opekotine drugog stupnja. Imala sam veliku ranu i manju. Uvjeravam vas da je bolno, i stvarno ne želim da se to dogodi drugima. Zamislite mamu s djetetom kako stavlja termofor u krevetić kako bi je zagrijala. Vidite katastrofu. To je stvarno opasno."

U centru za opekline vojne bolnice Queen Astrid dolazi sve više pacijenata s opeklinama nakon korištenja termofora.

"To je problem s kojim se susrećemo posebice zimi, ali posebice u posljednje dvije godine od kada je počela energetska kriza. Ljudi pribjegavaju alternativnim načinima da se ugriju. Jasno je da termofor nije prava ideja", tvrdi Anne Pierlot, liječnica u centru za opekline. "Došlo je do iznimnovelikog povećanja. Ima nekoliko slučajeva mjesečno."

Liječnica spominje površinske opekline, ali i duboke opekline. "U potonjem slučaju, to su u osnovi ljudi koji su spavali sa svojim termoforima i držali ih blizu njih jako dugo. Ne nužno s vrelom vodom. Na 50 ili 60 stupnjeva, kada ih ostavite na sebi duže vrijeme, to može uzrokovati duboke opekline do 2. stupnja. Ako termofor nosite dugo vremena, on može stvoriti opekline trećeg stupnja i dovesti do operacijske sale", upozorava Anne Pierlot.

Sjećate li se termofora? Nekada su bili popularni, a onda se dugi niz godina nisu često upotrebljavali. Početkom energetske krize u nekim domaćinstvima stanari su ih opet počele češće upotrebljavali.
