Europski sud presudio je kako prodaja luksuznih kreacija modne kuće Dior u nespecijaliziranim trgovinama odjeće snižava vrijednost tih odijevnih predmeta. Tako je nakon devet godina povlačenja po sudu potvrđena teza uprave Diora da njihovom asortimanu nije mjesto na policama tik uz manje luksuznu odjeću.

Sud je, javlja AFP, potvrdio da luksuzna odjeća, osim svojom kvalitetom, luksuzna postaje i zbog aure koju dobija prodajom u glamuroznim specijaliziranim trgovinama.

Ovo je pitanje došlo pred sud zbog ugovora između Diora i tvrtke Societe Industrielle Lingerie, kojim je toj tvrtci dopuštena prodaja korzeta s potpisom prestižne modne kuće. Spor je nastao kada je SIL, suprotno ugovorenome, luksuzne korzete stavio u prodaju i u diskontnim trgovinama.

Europski sud presudio je kako prodaja luksuznih kreacija modne kuće Dior u nespecijaliziranim trgovinama odjeće snižava vrijednost tih odijevnih predmeta. Tako je nakon devet godina povlačenja po sudu potvrđena teza uprave Diora da njihovom asortimanu nije mjesto na policama tik uz manje luksuznu odjeću.

Sud je, javlja AFP, potvrdio da luksuzna odjeća, osim svojom kvalitetom, luksuzna postaje i zbog aure koju dobija prodajom u glamuroznim specijaliziranim trgovinama.

Ovo je pitanje došlo pred sud zbog ugovora između Diora i tvrtke Societe Industrielle Lingerie, kojim je toj tvrtci dopuštena prodaja korzeta s potpisom prestižne modne kuće. Spor je nastao kada je SIL, suprotno ugovorenome, luksuzne korzete stavio u prodaju i u diskontnim trgovinama.

Sud: prodaja Diorovih kreacija u običnim trgovinama snizuje im vrijednost

Europski sud presudio je kako prodaja luksuznih kreacija modne kuće Dior u nespecijaliziranim trgovinama odjeće snižava vrijednost tih odijevnih predmeta.
