Rasprava o ravnoteži između poslovnog i privatnog života izbila je na društvenoj mreži TikTok nakon što je jedan predstavnik tzv. generacije Z, osoba rođenih između srednjih 1990-ih i srednjih 2010-ih godina, svome poslodavcu rekao da na posao ne može doći sat vremena ranije jer mora u teretanu, piše Daily Mail, a prenosi Jutarnji list.

Cijela je gungula počela kada je jedan slušatelj podcasta "Demoted" (hrv. degradiran) njegove voditelje Natalie Marie i Ross Pomerantz pitao treba li svom zaposleniku koji je pripadnik generacije Z dopustiti da ne dođe na ranojutarnji sastanak jer mora u teretanu.

Naime, sastanak na koji je zaposlenik pozvan zakazan je za 8:00 sati, odnosno sat vremena prije nego što mu radni dan počinje.

"Tek si došao na taj posao. Boli me ku*ac za tvoju teretanu. Uz to, 8:00 je sati kasno za vježbanje. Vježbaj u 6:00 sati, možda 7:00", rekla je Marie. "Moja je iskrena reakcija - jel‘ ti mene za*ebavaš? Ruka mi se trese, a nije zbog kofeina", rekao je Pomerantz.

Marie i Pomerantz rekli su da je mentalno zdravlje radnika važno, a da "osobno vrijeme" ne bi trebalo ometati radnikove poslovne obveze. "Popunjavanje kalendara stvarima koje bi ja stavio u kategoriju privatnog vremena, od mene ćeš dobiti ‘ne‘", rekao je Pomerantz. "Morat ćeš se odreći nekih stvari", dodao je voditelj. "To ti nije dopušteno kada si na početku karijere", nadovezala se Marie.

Korisnik TikToka Alexandre Evidente na svom je profilu objavio video isječak iz podcasta "Demoted" u kojemu su nalaze spomenute izjave te zatim na njih reagirao tako što je "obukao cipele" kritiziranog radnika koji pripada generaciji Z.

Evidente je rekao da njegov radni dan počinje u 9:00 sati te da je morao odlučiti hoće li doći na sastanak prije nego što je dobio priliku poslodavca pitati hoće li mu nadoknaditi novac koji je platio za termin u teretani ili tih dodatnih sat vremena na poslu dodatno i platiti.

"U redu, recimo da sam preskočio teretanu. Dvije stvari. Kad mogu očekivati povrat novca za termin u teretani? I drugo, hoćete li me platiti za rad od 8:00 do 9:00 sati? Ili, hoćete li mi u najmanju ruku dopustiti da kući odem u 16 sati. Natalie, ako je tvoj odgovor na oba pitanja ‘ne‘, onda nemamo o čemu pričati", rekao je Evidente.

Neki korisnici TikToka koji su uključili u ovu raspravu rekli su sljedeće: "Da, nemojte normalizirati rad izvan radnog vremena, kad jednom pristanete na to, bit će i drugog, i trećeg puta"; "100 posto si u pravu, ova je reakcija savršena"; "Ne mogu shvatiti da ljudima nije jasno da ja neću raditi ako mi se taj rad neće platiti"; "Poslodavci moraju prihvatiti da nisu vlasnici svoju zaposlenika".

Marie je nakon paljbe koju su TikTokeri otvorili na nju i Pomerantza snimku u kojoj njih dvoje kritiziraju zaposlenika koji pripada generaciji Z uklonili s društvenih mreža. Voditeljica je rekla da su komentari koje su dobili bili "okrutni", piše Jutarnji list.

"Kao prvo i prvo, odlučili smo ukloniti video. Primili smo dosta kritika, i bile su opravdane. Komentari su postali okrutni pa smo odlučili ukloniti video", rekla je Marie.

Marie je potom rekla da je sastanak koji je bio predmet nesporazuma kvartalni sastanak te da je zaposlenik iz generacije Z, koji je za svoj rad primao plaću, za njega znao kada je prihvatio posao. "Da razjasnimo, ako vas ne plaćaju za rad prije 9:00 sati, ne morate raditi prije 9:00 sati. To nemojte tolerirati. Ovo je za plaćene radnike, jednom kvartalno", rekla je Marie.

Rasprava o ravnoteži između poslovnog i privatnog života izbila je na društvenoj mreži TikTok nakon što je jedan predstavnik tzv. generacije Z, osoba rođenih između srednjih 1990-ih i srednjih 2010-ih godina, svome poslodavcu rekao da na posao ne može doći sat vremena ranije jer mora u teretanu, piše Daily Mail, a prenosi Jutarnji list.

Cijela je gungula počela kada je jedan slušatelj podcasta "Demoted" (hrv. degradiran) njegove voditelje Natalie Marie i Ross Pomerantz pitao treba li svom zaposleniku koji je pripadnik generacije Z dopustiti da ne dođe na ranojutarnji sastanak jer mora u teretanu.

Naime, sastanak na koji je zaposlenik pozvan zakazan je za 8:00 sati, odnosno sat vremena prije nego što mu radni dan počinje.

"Tek si došao na taj posao. Boli me ku*ac za tvoju teretanu. Uz to, 8:00 je sati kasno za vježbanje. Vježbaj u 6:00 sati, možda 7:00", rekla je Marie. "Moja je iskrena reakcija - jel‘ ti mene za*ebavaš? Ruka mi se trese, a nije zbog kofeina", rekao je Pomerantz.

Marie i Pomerantz rekli su da je mentalno zdravlje radnika važno, a da "osobno vrijeme" ne bi trebalo ometati radnikove poslovne obveze. "Popunjavanje kalendara stvarima koje bi ja stavio u kategoriju privatnog vremena, od mene ćeš dobiti ‘ne‘", rekao je Pomerantz. "Morat ćeš se odreći nekih stvari", dodao je voditelj. "To ti nije dopušteno kada si na početku karijere", nadovezala se Marie.

Korisnik TikToka Alexandre Evidente na svom je profilu objavio video isječak iz podcasta "Demoted" u kojemu su nalaze spomenute izjave te zatim na njih reagirao tako što je "obukao cipele" kritiziranog radnika koji pripada generaciji Z.

Evidente je rekao da njegov radni dan počinje u 9:00 sati te da je morao odlučiti hoće li doći na sastanak prije nego što je dobio priliku poslodavca pitati hoće li mu nadoknaditi novac koji je platio za termin u teretani ili tih dodatnih sat vremena na poslu dodatno i platiti.

"U redu, recimo da sam preskočio teretanu. Dvije stvari. Kad mogu očekivati povrat novca za termin u teretani? I drugo, hoćete li me platiti za rad od 8:00 do 9:00 sati? Ili, hoćete li mi u najmanju ruku dopustiti da kući odem u 16 sati. Natalie, ako je tvoj odgovor na oba pitanja ‘ne‘, onda nemamo o čemu pričati", rekao je Evidente.

Neki korisnici TikToka koji su uključili u ovu raspravu rekli su sljedeće: "Da, nemojte normalizirati rad izvan radnog vremena, kad jednom pristanete na to, bit će i drugog, i trećeg puta"; "100 posto si u pravu, ova je reakcija savršena"; "Ne mogu shvatiti da ljudima nije jasno da ja neću raditi ako mi se taj rad neće platiti"; "Poslodavci moraju prihvatiti da nisu vlasnici svoju zaposlenika".

Marie je nakon paljbe koju su TikTokeri otvorili na nju i Pomerantza snimku u kojoj njih dvoje kritiziraju zaposlenika koji pripada generaciji Z uklonili s društvenih mreža. Voditeljica je rekla da su komentari koje su dobili bili "okrutni", piše Jutarnji list.

"Kao prvo i prvo, odlučili smo ukloniti video. Primili smo dosta kritika, i bile su opravdane. Komentari su postali okrutni pa smo odlučili ukloniti video", rekla je Marie.

Marie je potom rekla da je sastanak koji je bio predmet nesporazuma kvartalni sastanak te da je zaposlenik iz generacije Z, koji je za svoj rad primao plaću, za njega znao kada je prihvatio posao. "Da razjasnimo, ako vas ne plaćaju za rad prije 9:00 sati, ne morate raditi prije 9:00 sati. To nemojte tolerirati. Ovo je za plaćene radnike, jednom kvartalno", rekla je Marie.
