Mali dućan – nije otok, ali kvart je sunčan. I u dvije riječi stane sav šarm prve otvorene prodavaonice “Ribole” na adresi koja glasi, i da dobro ste pročitali, Ribola 1, u Kaštel Kambelovcu. 

Prva “Ribola”, otvorena prije tri desetljeća, na adresi Ribola 1. Da ste željeli, ne biste mogli bolje. Drveni strop, originalne pločice i onaj nepogrešivi miris kvartovske butige kojim uvijek dominira onaj svježeg kruha.

Nasmijano lice prodavačice Liljane Ribić je ono koje ugledate kada se spustite niz stepenice prve otvorene prodavaonice “Ribole”, koja i danas radi punom parom. U to smo se itekako sami imali prilike uvjeriti. Ali, vratimo se, za početak, u neka jednostavnija vremena. Ona kvartovskih butigi. Uvijek fino rashlađenih zbog svojih omanjih veličina, gdje ste morali “napraviti par skala” za spustiti se u nju. Lagano nakrcanih, ali nikad prekrcanih mješovitom robom. I blagajnica koje su znale svakog i sve. Ljeti su znale koji okus sladoleda svako dijete iz kvarta voli, kakav kruh kupuje koja domaćica, i hoće li radije paštetu ili mortadelu za marendu.

U Ribole 1 je i dalje tako. Šarm kvartovske butige nije izblijedio. Ista lica zalaze u nju, a svakoga od njih gospođa Lilja već šest godina pozdravlja sa smiješkom. Polovicu svojeg staža provela je tamo.

Generacije se mijenjaju, duh ostaje

Neka nova dica ćestajati, iste snove imati – čuje se s radija, i ne može biti prigodnije. Generacije se mijenjaju svugdje, ali duh ostaje. Bilo da je riječ o balunu ili odlasku u spizu. A, za vrijeme našeg posjeta bilo je prerano za mlađariju. Ipak je ljeto... oni stariji koji su se odjednom počeli ukazivati na vratima, pristojno pozdravljaju. Lilja još pristojnije odzdravlja...

- Daj mi polubili i litru mlika – nalažu joj kao da se godinama poznaju, što i jest slučaj.

- Naša je Lilja divna. Redovito proćakulamo, a i butiga nam je blizu – govore nam “Ribolini” susjedi. Iako su razgovorljivi, neće tako lako pristati na fotografiranje.

- E, da je naša Mara tu, odmah bi se slikala. Osamdeset joj je godina, možda je naš najstariji redoviti kupac, sporo hoda, ali brzo bi pristala da je snimite – kazala nam je Lilja Ribić dok je štrucu kruha i litru mlijeka pakirala u biorazgradive vrećice.

Nema govora o masovnoj kupnji kartona mlijeka i guranja punih kolica prema vozilu. Za to trebamo otići s adrese Ribola 1 u Poljičku 71. Trideset godina u budućnost. Artikli su isti, pakiranje modernije. Nema nostalgije, ali moderno uređenje u kojem prevladavaju drveni tonovi je toplo. Ako je prva “Ribola” kao da ste kod bake, ova je onda kao da ste kod sebe doma.

- Jesi li šta zaboravija kupiti - pita nas najnovije otvorena “Ribolina” prodavaonica sa svojih zidova. Prve kupce ugostila je u studenome 2021. godine i od tada svatko željan odlaska u spizu radi đir između njezinih polica.

Mali dućan – nije otok, ali kvart je sunčan. I u dvije riječi stane sav šarm prve otvorene prodavaonice “Ribole” na adresi koja glasi, i da dobro ste pročitali, Ribola 1, u Kaštel Kambelovcu. 

Prva “Ribola”, otvorena prije tri desetljeća, na adresi Ribola 1. Da ste željeli, ne biste mogli bolje. Drveni strop, originalne pločice i onaj nepogrešivi miris kvartovske butige kojim uvijek dominira onaj svježeg kruha.

Nasmijano lice prodavačice Liljane Ribić je ono koje ugledate kada se spustite niz stepenice prve otvorene prodavaonice “Ribole”, koja i danas radi punom parom. U to smo se itekako sami imali prilike uvjeriti. Ali, vratimo se, za početak, u neka jednostavnija vremena. Ona kvartovskih butigi. Uvijek fino rashlađenih zbog svojih omanjih veličina, gdje ste morali “napraviti par skala” za spustiti se u nju. Lagano nakrcanih, ali nikad prekrcanih mješovitom robom. I blagajnica koje su znale svakog i sve. Ljeti su znale koji okus sladoleda svako dijete iz kvarta voli, kakav kruh kupuje koja domaćica, i hoće li radije paštetu ili mortadelu za marendu.

U Ribole 1 je i dalje tako. Šarm kvartovske butige nije izblijedio. Ista lica zalaze u nju, a svakoga od njih gospođa Lilja već šest godina pozdravlja sa smiješkom. Polovicu svojeg staža provela je tamo.

- Poznajem li ih? Ma, znam što jedu i piju!

Generacije se mijenjaju, duh ostaje

Neka nova dica ćestajati, iste snove imati – čuje se s radija, i ne može biti prigodnije. Generacije se mijenjaju svugdje, ali duh ostaje. Bilo da je riječ o balunu ili odlasku u spizu. A, za vrijeme našeg posjeta bilo je prerano za mlađariju. Ipak je ljeto... oni stariji koji su se odjednom počeli ukazivati na vratima, pristojno pozdravljaju. Lilja još pristojnije odzdravlja...

- Daj mi polubili i litru mlika – nalažu joj kao da se godinama poznaju, što i jest slučaj.

- Naša je Lilja divna. Redovito proćakulamo, a i butiga nam je blizu – govore nam “Ribolini” susjedi. Iako su razgovorljivi, neće tako lako pristati na fotografiranje.

- E, da je naša Mara tu, odmah bi se slikala. Osamdeset joj je godina, možda je naš najstariji redoviti kupac, sporo hoda, ali brzo bi pristala da je snimite – kazala nam je Lilja Ribić dok je štrucu kruha i litru mlijeka pakirala u biorazgradive vrećice.

Nema govora o masovnoj kupnji kartona mlijeka i guranja punih kolica prema vozilu. Za to trebamo otići s adrese Ribola 1 u Poljičku 71. Trideset godina u budućnost. Artikli su isti, pakiranje modernije. Nema nostalgije, ali moderno uređenje u kojem prevladavaju drveni tonovi je toplo. Ako je prva “Ribola” kao da ste kod bake, ova je onda kao da ste kod sebe doma.

- Jesi li šta zaboravija kupiti - pita nas najnovije otvorena “Ribolina” prodavaonica sa svojih zidova. Prve kupce ugostila je u studenome 2021. godine i od tada svatko željan odlaska u spizu radi đir između njezinih polica.

Ne možete ništa zaboraviti ni da želite – kazala nam je voditeljica prodavaonice Anđela Kotromanović.

Jer, na čak 1000 m2 suvremeno opremljenog prodajnog prostora, posjetiteljima je dostupna raznovrsna ponuda prehrambenih i neprehrambenih proizvoda, potrebnih svakom kućanstvu, kao i posebne usluge i proizvodi poslovnih partnera “Ribole”.

Sada naši kupci u ovom dijelu Splita imaju sve na jednom mjestu, čime želimo potvrditi da “Ribola” zaista i jest njihov najbolji susjed – kazali su iz “Ribole”. U skladu sa temeljnim odrednicama poslovanja usmjerenih ka održivom razvoju i očuvanju okoline u kojoj tvrtka djeluje, u sklopu novootvorenog hipermarketa instaliran je suvremeni sustava za prihvat ambalaže – Tomra. Parking nije problem, garaža u Poljičkoj je odmah tu, bilo da izlazite iz grada ili ste na putu za Split. “Ribola” je tu kao prva ili posljednja stanica. Već trideset godina.
